Color holding up well so far. Its been about 5 weeks. I was worried about that since the store bought color didnt hold for very long. I highly recommend. I dont like coloring my hair or putting anything harsh in my hair. I dont blow dry or style. I dont even wear makeup. Im all natural. Im impressed so far
I had eye surgery and out of pocket to go to my beauty shop for the last 4 months!1 So my sweet hubby was looking on line and saw the Esalon add and we sent picture of me in and got this fantastic product...I have used it three times and he loves the color and so do I and I have wonderful hi lites and hair looks so natural! thank you

This has been a fantastic experience. The coloring cream did not dry out my hair while coloring. It went on soft and stayed soft through the entire process. My hair is beautiful and silky with amazing color throughout, including my resisting greys!
I held on to my custom color for a while before trying it out- I had tried home hair color before many years ago, always disappointing and once downright disasterous (slightly green tinge!) which cost a fortune to rectify at the salon. However- I am so glad I eventually gave the e-salon color a try- I am very very pleased with the results. It covered more grey than my salon color did and is also a better shade for me, and is of course cheaper. Result!!!
ESalon offers a product that covers my gray completely, while not resulting in a harsh, unnatural color. There is no difference in the root color and the ends, leaving my hair looking evenly colored, soft and pretty. I love the color too, with hints of multi-layered color that gives it an even more natural look.
Great custom color, great product quality.
Oh, it covers grey really well too, and I love that I get a chance to tweak my color before each shipment.

I used to dye my hair constantly in my teens, but went all natural around age 17 and never looked back. Fast forward to age 34 and I'm getting gray hair that I'm totally not ready for, so I decided to give eSalon a try. I'm really glad I did. I told them I wanted a color as close as possible to my natural hair color and they absolutely delivered, no one noticed that my hair was dyed (and the condition of my hair didn't worsen either). It came out so well I decided to mix it up and go darker the next time and that came out great too. My only critique is that I wish they threw in a shower cap of some kind, but that's no big deal. I highly recommend giving eSalon a try.
My initial color was great. I've been home coloring for years due to the frequency I need to color to stay ahead of the gray roots. The cost of going to the salon so very often was no longer an option. The application process with this product is so easy. And, since it was available I had my perfectly acceptable color tweaked and was absolutely thrilled with the results! I can't wait for the highlights to be available to change it up even more. I'm 100% pleased with my eSalon experience!
This is the first time a colorist got my natural hair color, spot on. Love it! 7/25/17---Went to the salon to get a hairstyle makeover. My Stylist loved my hair color. She also told me to keep using your hair mask too!!
I've never colored my hair myself before, but wanted to give it a try. The first time I used it I freaked out. I thought it was too dark and was in a real panic. But after a couple washes and several compliments, I loved it. I realize my "real" color had faded so much that, of course, adding any color made it look darker. I just did my 2nd application. The first lasted at least 6+ weeks. I love the copper tones in this color, too. I'm very happy with this product and will continue to use it. I bought the root touch-up, but haven't used it yet.
First, I loved the packaging. The color smells nice and I like all the little things such as pro tips, the sticker to hang up instructions and two pairs of gloves.
The color was matched perfectly!
I recently tried out my new customized hair color, Dark Blonde (Pearl Golden), and the shade that my colorist created, was perfect! The first color mix I used for my roots did an amazing job covering my silver hairs along my part. Then the second color mix I saturated the rest of my hair with turned out beautifully! I tried my best to follow the easy step-by-step directions since they are easy to understand. I did buy the Heart Lock It Color Care Shampoo and matching Conditioner because I have long hair right now and figured the sample packets (which are included with your hair dyes) would be too small of product for me. Both Shampoo and Conditioner, smell amazing and provided a lot of softness and moisturizing after I washed out the hair color. Once my hair air-dried completely, it was super soft to the touch! Thanks to my colorist for doing an awesome job!!
Really, really loved that my head did not itch after color. Color was great and it was so easy. Roots that usually appear lighter after I color were blended perfectly!
My aunt, who's been a professional hairstylist over 40 years, loves your hair color. She has been coloring my hair for me for quite some time. We both are in agreement that it's wonderfully packaged, a high quality product, easy to use instructions, and well worth the money. She likes the fact that you thought to include two pairs of gloves, the stain remover, shampoo, and conditioner. I love the convenience that it gets shipped to my door at my own scheduled times. I also love that I have the options to skip a shipment or change the timing. Thank you for such a wonderful product. Oh and I forgot the fact that everything has my name on it is a rather nice feature also. Make me feel so pampered.
I HAVE GONE TO A TOP SALON FOR 16 YEARS AND PAID HIGH PRICES. I WAS SO NERVOUS TO ORDER ONLINE. I PICKED OUT MY COLOR AND SENT PICTURES TO SHOW GROWTH AND YES GRAY HAIR. THE GIRL GOT IT ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. I LOVE THE COLOR FOR 1/3 THE PRICE. I WAS ABLE TO DO IT IN MY OWN HOUSE. ONCE IT WAS ON I WAS ABLE TO DO CHORES SO I DIDNT HAVE WASTED TIME SITTING IN A SALON. I RECOMMEND ESALON TO EVERYONE. I AM SO HAPPY I TRIED THEM.

This hair colour is superb. It seems to cover my greys fo r longer than anything else I've used. It's convenient, straight to the door. Great colour. I totally recommend it.
I just tried my hair color today and I love it. The color is perfect. Usually when I color my hair I have spots in my hair that are still not quite the same color as the rest , but with eSalon the color looks so good. And my hair feels so soft. My husband said it looks shiny and he never makes much of a comment. Thank you for finally giving me a product I am happy with.
I love this hair color, every 6 weeks I get this mailed to me and the color is perfect. It smells so nice and the color lasts a long time. I love getting it in the mail and not having to worry about finding it in the store.

My hair color looks very natural. I do not have many gray hairs but they cover well. The color lasts for a long time. I really did not need to color my hair last time because my color was still good. I am happy with how long my hair color stays.
I received a pop up in Instagram and thought I would try eSalon. I love how I could customize my kit. In the past I have used beauty supply colors and it made my hair have red undertones. I was also surprised with the coverage because I didn't think I had enough when I first mixed it. I just recently had my daughter order a color too!

my custom hair color got delivered few weeks back kept putting it off to do my hair i read the reviews so i was worried about doing it my hair was dry and limp i am on a lot of pills so my hair just didnt look good no shine . So last night decided to try it in my hair i am over the moon with the result the shine is back and my hair feels so soft i would recommend this product it has brought life back to my hair .

I hadn't colored my own hair for quite some time. Went the subtle, then not so subtle highlight route at a salon. Wanted to cover the highlights but was afraid the result would be too dark. Ordered esalon color and hoped for the best. Love it! The color is perfect and my hair is shiny and healthy looking. Highly recommend giving this a try if you are ready to do your own color.

I can't say enough good things about my first experience. First, it came super fast, well packaged and secure. The instructions were so easy to follow, I like that it had a "quick start" side, for those of you veteran coloristas lol, and a very detailed but still super easy to follow side. It has a sticker so you an stick the instructions up and not have to touch things with dye hands. I also ordered a set of hair clips (thank goodness!) and a shower cap (great quality!).
The gloves are also great quality, not that cheap crap and that always breaks and you end up with a chunk of color on your hand.
On to my color... I've been using clairol flare 6rr forever and was happy with the color, it's the best I'd found so far. But it's messy and will ALWAYS bleed, I'm talking four weeks out and I still had red on my collar if I didn't dry my hair enough. This does not bleed!! Barely a mark on my towel, nothing on pillow! With the clairol stuff my pillow always looks like I was bludgeoned in the middle of night lol. Minimal smell, and my hair was so soft afterwards!! And the color is just perfect! Exactly what I imagined and have wanted since I first decided I was a redhead but no one told my genes lol.
I am so happy I did this!!

I held off ordering because I didn't think you could achieve a natural look at home. After seeing a couple of my favorite YouTubers stated they use it I thought why not give it a shot. So glad I did! The directions and product were top quality. It looks so natural.
Thank you so much. I just now used the color. I was very nervous since I’ve NEVER used an at home color. I have been getting highlights and color done in a salon for the past 20 years. I had my daughter apply the color and the instructions were easy to follow. I love the presentation of the whole kit from the personalized bottles to how all the accessories are perfectly tucked into one box. The color turned out as well as my 100$ salon visit! The only thing I’m missing is the gloss. Your site says it’s out of stock. There should be an option for me to order it and you’ll ship when it’s in stock. I get very busy and I might forget to recheck the site. Just a suggestion. Thanks so much!
I have never colored my hair at home but being unable to get an appointment with my stylist I had to do something. I researched home colors and esalon popped up a number of times as one of the best. I placed an order and worked with a very nice colorist. The color arrived quickly with comprehensive instructions. I was nervous, especially because my husband had to help apply the color. We fumbled through and the results are fantastic. The color easily covered the grey, the color is rich and my hair condition is perfect. I am amazed and very happy with the results.
I have used eSalon colour 3 times now and am highly satisfied. The colour and condition of my hair are great and the product, packaging and instructions are of a good quality.
Great color! I was not sure what color I actually wanted when I started. My colorist and I made three different adjustments and now I get so many compliments on my hair at a fraction of what it cost to go to my hairdresser.
