The color was a perfect match!
Easy to use and covered my small amounts of gray as well as roots. Most of all color is staying. Big difference from the last time I bought color from store.
Last color suited my needs exactly. Covered gray with a medium brown golden hued color. After 3 weeks, and in the sun, my hair has lightened to an even prettier goldish light brown in places.
This is my third shipment. I have been extremely happy with the color selection and results. I didn't think I would be able to get same results as my hairdresser. I feel it's even better! And I'm saving a lot of money too.
Love love love! Was very nervous about doing this as I've had a bad experience once before with a different product and it turned my roots orange!!! This was so easy to do on my own! With the excellent step by step directions it was simple to do. I missed a few spots in the front of my hairline and I have a few wisps of gray poking through so next time I'll be a bit more generous on the color in that area. Overall I love this and am sold, especially being so busy and reducing the cost of going to the salon this is so helpful!!! My color was spot on!!! Thank you I'm so very excited!!! It covered my gray so well!!!
This was my first time using eSalon and I must say...I absolutely love this. I have either being doing box-dyes or going to the Salon and spending $200 to get my hair done. I wanted to find something that would get me the exact color I want, for a good price. This... was what I was looking for. They listened to what I needed when I selected my color and gave me a package that was very detailed but also very nicely displayed. I will be going to them again. :) This was perfect.
I am 57 years old and I am not a person that writes that many reviews but I have had soo many people tell me how pretty the color of my hair is and how healthy, have even got my doctor hooked on esalon ,have used store colors for years and will never go back, thank you so much
This color is perfect for me. The application was so easy, and it lasts, unlike other products that fade right away. I was considering not coloring anymore, but this color is so beautiful I'm going to keep coloring.

I did mention to the eSalon and they promised to me to change the formula to help keep the color.

I cannot emphasize how wonderful this hair color is!! Perfect match, covers grays, more than enough product, hair looks and feels healthier!! The cost is alittle more than boxed hair color but, so worth it!!
I am so happy I went with the revised selection for color than what I originally picked. It turned out wonderfully. My red hair is fading just a little now after 3-4 weeks and it's never been so vibrant with salon color this far in. I am very happy with my experience and service from eSalon so far!
I've tried for a few years to find the color closest to my unique original hair color . It's red but reds are so hard to copy good. This color is so close and I've had so many compliments!!! The right hair shade makes my skin look it's best:)
Finally I have the hair colour that I want , it looks natural and no sign of grey at all. They got the color right on the first try, sent the same the next round and I love it. I had never tried to dye mu own hair, before eSalon, but the instructions are simple and spot on. I'll never get it done in a salon again!
I love this hair color. The color was awesome the coverage was flawless. I was a little worried about doing the color myself, but much to my surprise the process was easy to follow and the end result was perfect! This was worth even penny.
I love that my colorist cares about what I really want... and helps to adjust my color until I get exactly what I want. All the colors can be mixed at differing proportions in order to get the lighter darker or more colorful as you want. I had my favorite box office the drug store wall, but I always wished I could make it a little lighter. Now I can!look

I really like the color and the condition of my hair after use. I was not sure about just coloring the roots and think I should have colored all my hair.

I've been using these products for about 6 months now and I must say that my hair looks great! Not only did all three scenarios turn out fine, I LOVED it. My hair looks awesome and according to my skeptical southern mother "your hair looks 10 times better than when you get it done at the beauty shop!" Customer forever.
I kept the same formula and just made sure to apply a little earlier/heavier to hairline and I now have great, even coverage and great color. I'll keep ordering this formula for sure. So easy!

Hi, I'm 64 and have never colored my hair. You are correct if you're assuming I have some gray hair. (Do to my age, right?) Didn't really know what to expect...I did know if this was a disaster, eSalon would help me get it right. Their customer support is amazing. I was starting to panic about the color I chose so I called customer support. The person that answered was so nice reassuring and helped me order another color. I left the conversation with quite a bit more confidence I made a good choice on color. My girlfriend helped with the application and it came out perfect. Not all of the gray was colored, however I was pleased with the outcome. My hair looked so natural that none of my friends even knew I colored my hair!!! Now that I have a total of one hair coloring experience under my belt, I decided to take a chance to have eSalon add a bit of red to the formula. I hade red hair naturally and those with red hair know how rough it is to match their natural color.
Well Esalon matched it perfectly and the quality of their hair color is the best I have ever tried. It doesn't dry my hair out and it doesn't fade fast like all others.
Color covered the grey very well. Root area was a little lighter than over-all shade.
Several people noticed the color and ask if it was professional done or had I done it at home. Thanks e-salon.

I love this hair color. I can color my hair any time I want and it won't cost me an arm and a leg to do it. The color choices are great and I'm able to change my color as I wish. Make sure to buy the professional kit along with your initial hair color purchase. I find it easier and cleaner to use the bowl and brush. I've colored my hair three time already using the kit and it has worked amazingly.
I love that my roots are blending with the rest of my hair. I am going lighter and my colorist has given me a lighter shade without my roots standing out.
I like the fact that I don't have to go out and find the shelf empty of my favorite color. I like the fact that my colorist listens to me and makes the changes until we get it right.
The color was exactly what I expected. It was easy enough to apply that my 12 year old daughter did it for me. All of the little extras - gloves, application brush, stain remover, etc. made everything go smoothly. I think I look better than I would after a trip to the salon.
This is the first hair color that covered all my grays. Usually my grays around my front hairline never color this time they did and stay colored after a month. Happy
I used it on 96 year old Nana. Came out close to her natural younger days hair color. Had some reddish tones, but that was perfect for her. She looks 10 years younger.
I love my new color! I went from boring blonde to radiant red! The color blended perfectly, although the fumes were strong. The kit and instructions were easy to follow. I had initially miscommunicated what I wanted, but called customer service that quickly turned around my color formula and shipped my kit asap! I will continue ordering via eSalon!

My custom hair color totally matched the color from my hairstylist back home. I recently moved and was in need of a colorist. Saw an ad for esalon and thought I'd try it. I couldn't be happier the color looks great and it's very easy to apply. The kit comes with directions, stain guard, stain remover, shampoo, conditioner, applicator bottle and gloves. I will continue to use esalon for my coloring needs!

I'm way to low maintenance to keep my hair up at a salon, and I've done every hair no-no at Sally's. This is the perfect fit for me. I don't have to cross my fingers as I buy a color and hope for the best! The color is perfect every time. I just did the roots the past few times and I keep excepting to see a line or an obvious sign of just doing the roots- nope. You'd have no idea. Color matches flawlessly!
