I have used the hair color twice now and have been pleased with both. The first time I had my daughter help with the application and the second time I had my husband help! Once we got past the intimidation factor, it was easy peasy! REALLY! I have a very demanding job and so scheduling a salon visit was difficult. I LOVE the convenience of doing this on my own schedule and also that it contains everything I need. No last minute trips to the store for ANYTHING!
I have always had my hair done by a stylist.... finding the time, money was always hard.... I would wait until "desperation mode".... Now I can do my hair on my time for a great price.... I get tons of compliments !!! I just did the highlights tonight and wow.... it wasn't super easy and I probably didn't do the best job, but when my hair dried the highlights are subtle and beautiful !!! LOVE eSalon !!
I was extremely nervous about using this product to color my roots/greys, especially because I have naturally light brown hair, I'm about 70% grey and I have my hair professionally highlighted light blonde! I don't have the time (usually 3.5 hours) every 6-8 weeks to get my hair done so I tried this. I was shocked!! the color matches my roots perfectly and covers about 99% of my grey! I've saved so much money and time using this color. Now I only have to go to the salon every 12-16 weeks instead of every 6-8.
The only 'not so great' thing about this product is that when you go to wash it out, the color is caked on your scalp. It takes me about 20 straight minutes of using my fingernails under the water in the shower to get all the color (which ends up being like a paste) out of my hair before I can shampoo and condition. It's a little strange... but for the results, time and money saved, it's not a huge deal.
Not only was this color exactly what I wanted, it was easy to do! I was finished completely in about 2 hours and my hair looks amazing. I've gotten many compliments!

I was really nervous to try this, but it worked out perfectly. It was darker than I thought it was going to be, but I love it. The color is beautiful and was easy to apply. I really happy with my results so far.
I’ve been using this for several months and my hair doesn’t feel dry the way it would from box color. I’ve changed colors which was easy, and just did highlights today. I love them. I was surprised at how easy they were to apply. The videos helped.

This was my first time using this product. I really was terrified because I didn't know what to expect. Before I used it I took it to my hairdresser just to see what she thought. She said to go for it and if any issues she could correct. No issues though and when I went to her for a trim she thought the color looked great. Thank you so much e-salon. Love my hair color! I've done this twice so far. The first time was great but a little too brassy. I messaged my colorist and they reformulated my color and nailed it the second time!
This is the first time I have gotten the tint that I have wanted. I get so many compliments about my hair color and how shiny it is almost daily. I never have to worry about whether the store has run out of my tint, or forgetting to buy a box of dye when I am at the store. I get consistent results that look fantastic. And using the color refresh shampoo keeps my red hair looking bright and vibrant, not washed out like it usually would between dyes. I'm very happy with the results.
Colour is exactly what I asked for. Great grey coverage with no signs of fading or greys showing through even after several weeks. I love it. A great product. So glad I found it. Beats any home dye brand hands down.
I have been a client for about a year now..I have tweaked my color a few times, each time done with ease. We have finally perfected the color. The colorist was so helpful and accommodating assisting me!! Love this service, quick, easy and the product is just amazing!! You will love this product and service! If you have reservations, don’t they are amazing and will work with you to get the color you desire! The product is also amazing and works great... better than spending hundreds of dollars every month at the salon.
Great coverage with good strong, long lasting product. It's been a month and the color is rich, shiny and beautiful. I originally ordered a darker shade and was contacted with a suggestion to go 2 shades lighter. I'm so glad I did. I will be a long term customer for sure!!

I was just out of town training for a new job. A lady came in looking to rent space in the building.. My manager was talking to her about it in the hall, when, out of the blue she looks in at me and says, "That color looks fantastic on you. It is perfect for your coloring and eyes. I have been through 18 mos of chemo. I am a breast cancer survivor. My hair grew back thin and solid white in areas. It was very important to have my hair blend all over. The results are priceless . I highly recommend to anyone wanting a salon look on a budget. Great deal and fantastic color. I am 53 years old and I have had several people comment on my hair thinking it is my natural color. I've used many hair color kits over the years and this is by far the best kit I have ever used. It looks like I spent $100 to get high lights and low lights as well as color. This color is truly multidimensional, leaving hair with a natural color and yet healthy also. Thank you for coming into my life...I can truly hide my greys!
Why do I say almost as good? Well, I must admit the salon serves hot or cold drinks, I get a hand, head and neck massage and other amenities. The color from eSalon is great though when I don’t have an afternoon or tons of money to spend. The color is rich, vibrant and my hair looks shiny and silky when dry. It is an excellent product, far superior to the department store brands.
Just had my second color done and it’s great. I asked to have my color adjusted so it’s a little darker for winter and the color is exactly what I wanted.
I love using eSalon! I order every 2-3 months mainly to add vibrancy to my natural hair color. I recently requested to tweak my color formula-- to go a little brighter-- and it didn't turn out 100% what I was looking for. I called customer service and spoke to a very friendly colorist, Alex. In just a few minutes of discussing my hair she figured out what needed to change and said they'd send the adjusted formula at no extra cost.
Color is perfect. Have lots of compliments & surprised I did it at home. Love the shampoo & conditioner that takes out the excess & makes it look so natural. I like that it never has that 'you just colored your hair' look. Also, bought the color tint brush & love it for getting color to the roots. Great products--worth every penny!

This order came so quick I ordered and next thing you know it was at my door. I was skeptical because other home dyes have not turned out so well but I have noticed more gray and my little bro had to point it out so figured i'll give it try well I did. it covered the gray 100% and gave shine although I only stayed with my natural color its still very refreshing to straighten my hair and not see all these gray hair fly aways thank you so much!!

The color is exactly perfect! Sent a picture and shared what had been using (brand and color). This color is spot on and lasts SO much longer! Easy to apply—included shampoo and conditioner an added bonus. Have told many others about eSalon now!
As a true born natural red head as the aging process kicks in it has lightened my hair to a strawberry blond. I decided to try the E-Salon product and highly recommend this to any natural red head. It is very natural looking and does not look like a cheap product on your hair. My hair was so soft and due to the wonderful product I only have to color my hair once a year, usually at summers end when the sun has bleached it.
I love my color. I cannot believe that I have struggled with over the counter color for years and then, along comes e salon. I am so happy with the color and results. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
This color is AWESOME! I went to a new hair dresser shortly after coloring me hair, and she said she LOVED my hair color ... that it was such a rich, chestnut brown. I thanked her, and said I just did it myself. She was so surprised ... she thought it was my natural color. :)
I’m so hooked. I have had my hair color at salons, I’ve purchased box hair dyes and this has totally been one of my favorites so far and at a reasonable price. Can’t get any better.
I will always use esalons from now on! My hair feels so soft after every wash even after 6 weeks of coloring! I also love how when it’s wet it doesn’t feel like straw.... I’m a fan for life!

I've been using this product for 3 years and I get great coverage & color. I do love the pampering of having someone else do it, but I moved away from my favorite hair colorist, and now with eSalon hair color I can do it myself at my own convenience and still get great color results.
I absolutely love my stylist. On my first order, although it was the color I ordered, my preference was to add a touch of red as I felt like I had that "mousy" color. Well....without any real input from me, my stylist came up with the perfect formula and sent me exactly what I was looking for. I LOVE MY HAIR COLOR!!!
I’m so happy that I actually found a hair coloring that covers my white stubborn gray hairs. The coloring last a long time more than the store bought. I love the personal attention that I get from my hair colorist. I couldn’t be any happier.

I have always had my medium long hair colored in a salon. However, I thought I'd give this a go after seeing the ads on Facebook. I read the instructions FIRST, followed the steps verbatim (and with a glass of Cabernet... )
The color is absolutely spot-on. The process makes sense and not only that, my hair is glossy, easy to comb, bouncy and the grey roots are hidden, perfectly blended to the crown and length. For one who has never colored her hair at home, I am a true believer. All I say again is read the instructions, go step by step..... I love my hair, it looks prettier than ever and at a lesser expense for maintenance. Very pleased!
In my hair days, I have gone from monthly salon visits spending untold amounts to grocery store box color. With life changes came checkbook changes for this girl. Since I found eSalon, I finally have a happy middle. No more damage from box color and my hair dresser noticed the difference by paying me a compliment. The eSalon colorist matched my salon color perfectly the first time. I was pleasantly surprised that she was able to match the reds so well just from a photograph. I have been using eSalon for 6 months now and couldn't be happier.

The hair colour that was tailored to my preferences and needs was excellent - the best hair colour I have tried yet, and the colour was just about what I wanted. The brilliant thing is it can be adjusted until I am happy with my colour. Great price too! I will never be buying any other colour again other than this, very pleased with it.
Very happy with eSalon. They are always listening to what you have to say to make your color exactly what you expect. They make adjustments as you request. They give you plenty of notice before sending your product out and make adjustments if needed. They send emails to make sure you are happy. My hair color has been exactly what I wanted because they made adjustments to get it there. Customer service is superb!!!! Would like to see the solution a little thicker other than that this is the best product I have ever used!!!
