Beautiful and rich color. Not like your run of the mill store bought type, either. This is the real stuff. It's like being in the salon but way cheaper and you are at home. The directions are so easy and not overwhelming. Someone that has never colored their own hair could understand these simple instructions. The color was beautiful and it has not faded whatsoever! 1 month and it still looks like the day I colored it. Excellent service, too. Shipping was quick and if you want your color adjusted, that is really simple to do as well. So glad I tried this! On auto ship and awaiting my next order. Love it!
This product is so much better than buying the box ones at the store! My hair feels and looks very good! The kit is terrific and has everything you could ever need. Two pairs of gloves was helpful. Not only is my custom color perfect, my hair is so shiny and soft after using the color, shampoo and conditioner. The price is very reasonable, I can order my color whenever I need and the delivery is really fast, but my favorite thing is the fact that this product is cruelty free.
What I like best about eSalon color is that it doesn't fade over the 6 weeks between treatments. I can do a hair color after I get a hair cut, and no one notices a change in color, much different from when I used the Supermarket brands. And it also leaves my hair in a more shiny condition. My color match of what I wanted is perfect. I have never had so many compliments on my hair color. So convenient that when I’m due for my color it’s shipped right to my door and it’s ready to go.
The color I originally picked out (intense blonde red) was too bright for me, so I called customer service and not only did they send me an entirely new color free of charge, but they threw in a $15 hair repair mask (because I had to strip the red out) for free, and even shipped it at no charge. I have recommended this service to my friends and will DEFINITELY order again. I love my new color too (medium blonde).
This hair dye has an amazing color. It’s exactly what I wanted. Even when going to the salon, stylist could never get my color right. It’s absolutely incredible how an online salon can get the perfect color match with only a photo and a few questions to answer.

Everything they say about their color is true! Everything they say about how easy it is is true! I'm not certain I'll step back in a salon again for color!
Boy, was I wrong. I first did a strand test because I was sure that the color would be way off. How could you possibly match my color from a photo and questions I answered. When I saw the result of the strand test I was very surprised at how well it looked, so I dove in and did all my roots. WOW, it turned out fabulous. I few days later I went to my stylist for a cut (she has been coloring my hair for about three years and I needed to cut down on cost) and she also couldn't believe how well the color matched and what a good job I did of getting all the grey. She had never heard of esalon, but I'm sure she is looking into it. Thank you so much for helping me.
The kit contains everything you need for the entire process, making it easy to follow directions. The color is great and you can have it adjusted if you are unhappy with your results. The shampoo and conditioner leave your hair feeling very healthy, shiny and light.

I have bought various home dye kits from the high street and none have ever left my hair feeling this good. They've created my perfect colour, and although i was a bit daunted at first, it was really easy and beautifully presented. Will now only use this!
I love the quality of the color as it does make my hair shiney etc...but would like to add a smidge more of red...just a little more but not too much. Still want it to look somewhat natural. Like a chestnut brown...medium brown with a touch of red...

It was a bit darker than I have been used to but most everyone loves it! Took me awhile to get used to it. I think I would like to try to go a bit lighter. But all said and done, I do love the color and the lasting effect. It's well worth it's cost.

I have been using this hair color for over a year and I absolutely love it!!! My hair is soft and manageable with lots of body. I refuse to pay salon prices but "box color" only lasts a week or so. This color covers my gray and lasts until I am ready to color again. I highly recommend this product!!!!
I have to say the color you mixed for me is perfect and everyone tells me how gorgeous my hair is. Anyone hesitating about trying eSalon, my advice is, "Go for it!" I am so happy I did!
I love the vibrant natural color you get with this product. There is no Ammonia smell that goes with the usual hair color. This is the best color I’ve ever used. I’m so sold on it. Most permanent hair color was bad for my hair thinning it out and leaving it limp. I have naturally curly hair but after other colors my hair was unmanageable. Now my curls pops right back in.
My hair was a mess as the last couple of times I used other brands on my hair- I sent a picture and explained to them what I wanted and it is PERFECT!!! My hair feels so much better and the color is gorgeous!
The color lasts a long time without fading. My hair was so soft & shiny after coloring my hair. It was just a little dark but since this is my first order, we will be able to adjust next time.
Switching from the salon to doing this myself, I was really nervous. I like how the color does still have some dimension even though it is one color. In the past, I always had color and highlights. I was hesitant to go to one color but due all of the gray I have, my salon color was getting pricey and time consuming to keep up with. I am happy with esalon so far.

The kit was complete with everything needed and instructions were easy to follow. Great follow up by the team to ensure that I got the color I wanted. They advised that the color I initially requested would be too dark, and I’m glad they did. My color was perfect!

I believe I have been ordering my hair color and additional items for almost 3 years. I have to say as cheesy as it will sound this is the REAL DEAL!!! Esalon provides the quality and individual care like a 5 star salon with the price and convenience that everyone can afford!!! I have changed the color, gotten highlights, changed my hair from straight to curly back to straight and the color and products are all AMAZING!!!
I've used this hair color for over three years now, and appreciate how it's been fine-tuned for me by eSalon when I've needed it to be. The color looks amazing on my very fine, very straight hair, foot-long hair, especially the first two weeks. It's very light blonde, but the layers underneath have all sorts of caramel, honey and darker undertones which gives it a lot of depth. I have ZERO skills in the application department, so having it turn out so well, and consistently each time is a huge relief. I travel a lot, so being able to switch up the delivery all the time is super helpful. My only complaint is that it gets a little brassy towards the end, even though I wash my hair only every other day, and use the eSalon color safe shampoos. Also wish the smell during the coloring process wasn't so very strong.
I have had a lot of trouble coloring my own hair since I started graying the color would either be too dark or brassy. It's finally a nice shade of blonde. I absolutely love it!
The color mixing is great. They are helpful in adapting it as your go to get it just right and make changes. Nice package and extras to get your coloring done. Good company and products.

Love the color, the company, the ease of ordering, if I don't need a shipment yet, I just send them an email. If I don't care for the color, they will change that for me as well. This sure beats going to a salon!

I can’t believe how well the colorists @ Esalon have matched to my original color! After all the bleaching I did, I didn’t think it was possible. I love the whole kit that arrives at my door each month (gloves, stain guard, stain remover, color shampoo/conditioner and the color itself). This makes my hair so soft and manageable. The color stays in for a long time usually about 1 1/2 -2 months. I also love the price, which is about $50-$60 cheaper than what I spend at a salon. You’ve won me over, I’ll never go back to store bought or the salon again for color!
I've been using my original eSalon blend for almost a year, and this time I asked my colorist to increase the level of copper just a bit. Looks wonderful!
I was reluctant to try this, I've been coloring at home for 10+ years and always use inexpensive color. The esalon color was almost the perfect shade but what impressed me the most was that I didn't get an obvious color difference from my roots and previous colored hair. The directions were easy and helpful. My hair felt great when I was done and didn't have a funky smell either. Best part, the red color has not faded one bit! That alone is worth the cost to me.

This is exactly the color I was wanting! I have been getting compliments daily since I colored. The ends are not as rich as I was wanting, but that is likely because of my own application (user error haha!) I imagine next time I will be a little more diligent in saturating the ends more and it will be perfect! Even still, I love the color and it was exactly what I wanted.
Amazing how over a website ESalon got the color perfect and my hometown salon couldn’t get it right or keep it consistent. The price is great so I can keep my hair looking fresh and not have to wait til I can afford a “professional job”.

I love my color. It is natural looking and the easy to understand instructions make it fool proof. I have timed my haircut ‘til just before my color arrives, every 7 weeks, so I have very few “bad hair days”. Great product and service.
UPDATE. I asked for a color adjustment to reduce brassiness and cover grey,
this shipment. I colored my hair yesterday....it is gorgeous. A little bit darker blond, grey is mostly covered, a perfect winter color. Thank you!!
Well, I cannot be any happier with this color. I am slowly trying to find my natural shade (going from dark brown back to my natural brown [which pulls red]). I will admit I was a bit scared when I put it all together, but was amazed when my hair dried. Thank-you eSalon you have my business!
I love eSalon. After many tries at a hair salon, I have tried eSalon and I have finally gotten the color I wanted. My hair looks full of life and perfect blind of colors. I'd recommend this to anyone on a budget and loves to get their hair done.
ok....I am somewhat of a cynical hair color user. A previous scalp injury coupled with long term color use has left some burnt spots. And that doesn't include the grey/white hairs that's crept in and irritated me with color resistance. I've used eSalon for a while now and have consistent results without the burnt areas from before. In fact I have seen an improvement in the damaged areas with less breakage and dryness. I've noticed that no matter how many times I wash my hair the color hasn't faded significantly. Even in a hurry and skipping hair product my hair has not reverted to the burnt wiry damage that had been common with over the counter coloring product. I hope to continue using eSalon products. Remember, you get what you pay for and I'm getting the good stuff.
