Not only do I love the convenience and the color, the customer service is amazing. The other products have been great so far. All for a great price. I never have to worry about not finding my right color, they do it for me!

This is so easy to use (even easier after a couple times). I love the color and haven’t had to spend hundreds of dollars at the salon for the same. I’m hesitant to use the highlights as that seems difficult, but love this
This is a great home hair dye product. I have always used shop brought kits and have always found that I'm running out of dye as I have thick long hair. Not with Esalon dye, in fact I had lots to spare. The kit is packaged beautifully and a real treat to receive in the post. The colour is the prefect match to the colour ordered as I know this can always be a worry when ordering things online. Its easy to mix and goes on well and does not drip like some shop brought products. The only thing I found is it is a little tricky to wash out and did take two washes, next time I will ensure I wash for longer on the first go. Great product cant wait to receive my next order.
I have used store bought hair color for years. It always looked great to me. I decided to try this product. It looks fantastic! I have never received so many compliments on my hair. People are sure I had it done in a salon lol. The customer service has been great also with my requests to keep changing my color shade.
I actually love this option for hair color! After years of bouncing between expensive salon visits and limited store bought options I have finally scored a balance that allows great salon results with affordable price!!!!
I love eSalon hair color...its easy to use and the color last twice as long as a higher priced color bought from a store...I will never use anything else...plus its delivered to my door!
Most perfect and lasting hair color I have ever had. It was great. There were no weird places turning back to grey before other parts. It was as if it was just natural when it turned back. I would like to recommend you to others, how do I do that?
It looks so natural and I have gotten so many compliments. It arrived quickly and was very easy to apply. My hair felt healthier after I coloured it and it gave a great shine.
This is a beautiful color and covers up my tendancy to go too brassy

I loved this color for the first week or two. So I've found good hair color shampoo and conditioner to prevent recurrence of brassiness and to make the color last as long as possible.
I was thrilled to find that my color was a perfect match for me! The entire kit gets 5 stars. Try it...you will not be disappointed....if you are, they will fix it!
Just received my first custom color order and I couldn't wait to use it! I loved everything that came in the box and my results are amazing. My hair is shiny, smooth, & soft! Considering making eSalon my go-to hair care brand!
I requested a change (more red) to my current color and absolutely LOVE the shade I was sent. Adding red can be tricky but the new custom color blends perfectly with the darker shade I had before...looks completely natural and so shiny. I could not be more pleased!
I cannot say enough about my experience with your product. Having always gone to a Salon, that is all I have to compare to, and your product surpasses my Salon experiences!
I love the color and it leaves my hair soft and bouncy. The box is so cute that it comes in. Also it has a shampoo and conditioner that leaves my hair radiant.
I got my color about 10 days ago, but was in the midst of moving, so didn't take the time. Finally did it this morning, and it LOOKS FABULOUS! I can't believe how soft my hair feels, the color is perfect, and it's got highlights throughout so it looks natural. Very easy to use with step-by-step instructions. My first purchase was a success. You guys got the color down perfectly! I really cannot tell the difference between the color my stylist had always given me and eSalon. It truly is as simple as uploading a recent picture. This will be saving me a ton of $ over time!
I googled for the most organic hair color and eSalon popped up. The color lasts really well and all of the instructions, tools and other products keep up my lovely color beautifully. Love it!
Overall I am really pleased with my hair color. It was a bit darker than I wanted, but I found that the system for adjusting color for my next order and adding other things to my order was very easy and user friendly. It's great that you can get a discount on items that you want to add to your plan and that you can adjust exactly how many weeks you want between coloring. I added highlights to my next order sense I get the first one 1/2 off to try that out too. I'm hopeful that they will work as well as the color. The color kit was very easy to use. I have done home dying a couple times before, and this kit includes everything you need and easy to follow instructions with several tips that were helpful.
This is SO MUCH cheaper than getting your hair done at the salon. Even if I get a color and a highlight kit at the full price it comes up to about $45, and the last time I got my hair done at the salon with a color and highlight it was over $80.
I am so happy I found eSalon!! I've never had results like this from an at-home color. In fact, I've had really bad experiences in the past with drugstore box colors, that I haven't tried doing it myself in years. I just don't color my hair or I plan on paying a lot at a salon. Recently I wanted to go red so I went to a salon to make sure it was done right. The results were nice but the price was even more than they originally quoted me. Made me so mad b/c I called ahead to confirm the price beforehand. I immediately started looking for a cheaper alternative. I literally just did my hair yesterday with my eSalon color and I am crazy happy! I still can't get over the quality of the color system, and all the little packets of stuff that came with it. All the personalizing is awesome. I can adjust it anytime, ship it as frequent as I want, and look up helpful videos anytime I need them (like coloring the back of my head, which is a challenge to say the least!). I just told my sis-in-laws about it and I sound like a commercial or something. lol But I can't help it!
ESalon Color Kit is easy to use at home. I also bought the application accessories: brush, tray and protective mini-gown, so I feel like a pro! Most importantly, my color looks natural and my hair looks and feels really healthy!
I'm really pleased with how easy it is to color my hair with these products. The instructions are excellent. And I'm happy with the adjustments to the color that my stylist made for me.
I love my red hair but keeping it up in the salon was time consuming and expensive. I love how my product is delivered to my house when I need it and at a price I can afford. I have had them adjust the color a few times and they have always gotten it spot on and gorgeous. Love this product and this company.

The new color was exactly what I wanted. I had some trepidation about making a change and finding the change to be too dramatic - but it was a subtle change that came out perfectly - Thank you!!
At the beginning, I was so suspicious how this DIY hair color re-touch would do me. It turned out it's the best, efficient, and effective way to save my money and make me look good.
My color was exactly what I wanted and then some!!! My colorist exceeded expectations and I felt like a person with my custom color! I was initially worried about coloring my own hair, but the directions were easy to follow and specific enough for hair color newbies like me to get through it, no problem!!
I love this product it makes my hair look much more healthy and I'm able to cover my gray
knowing that I will get the exact color every month. Love it!!

My first shipment of coloring was too bland and didn't have enough gold to make my hair strawberry blonde, it just looked reddish brown, but I wrote to the colorist and suggested the changes and VOILA, my hair looks natural and has depth. THANK YOU!
Seriously amazed! I’ve been using the box root touch up for years, mostly because I think it’s ridiculous to pay the same amount for a full color just to get my roots done at the salon. I happened to see something about eSalon in a magazine and decided to try. I was very nervous, I will admit. I got my first box and thought the color might be a little too dark. I sent them some other pictures of my hair and told them the color my stylist used, so they easily adjusted my color and sent me another box for free. I also bought the color kit with the cape, clips, brush and bowl. I watched the videos on the site to see how to section my hair for the roots. I’m basically doing everything they do in the salon at home. I especially like that there’s a time in the process to put the color all over to blend everything together. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair! I’m so happy! Thank you eSalon!
Last time I dyed my hair was when I was in the college...so I was nervous doing it alone, but it turned out not messy at all, on my hair & bathroom! I loved the color eSalon made for me for the first time 💟 It was natural dark brown with a hue of red/mahogany, covered my gray beautifully, and the amazing conditioner left my hair silkier than before coloring. Hope the color stays well & I'll definitely try again.
This color has depth and perfectly goes with my skin. I included in the comments that I was undecided on color and left it up to the stylist. The color I received was perfect.
I failed to submit a review when I initially used the product, so here it is: I received so many compliments from everyone with all of them asking where I got my hair done. And for me that says a lot as I had in the past would stay with one hairstylist for ever it seemed. Love! Love! Love!
When I got the products, I was quite pleased with the ease, and color that I received. I have never had a better coloring product of my 30+ years of coloring my hair.
My hair was dyed previously to ordering this with the roots showing a good couple inches. I was nervous but it actually turned out pretty cute. Has a natural ombre look :)
I’ve been coloring my hair for over 30 years. This is by far the best home product I’ve used. Esalon product is high quality, consistent and affordable.
I have been going to the local hairdressers probably twice a year for a colour, at a very expensive £90.
I am so pleased with the colour the colourist made up, it has covered all my greys (I'm 48) the colours is so perfect for me & so glossy too.
I will be a customer now for as long as you are in business!
