The products are easy to apply. Gray coverage is great. Color always comes out even and consistent and lasts so much longer than your typical home color products.

The products smell so nice and it’s easy to use. My color adjusted a couple times and it’s so convenient not to go to a salon. The colorist is spot on adjusting and instructions are simple.

I was a little sceptical this would be any better than store bought but expensive. I am happy to say I was wrong, the colour match was perfect, the application easy and the condition of my hair after was amazing. So shiney and soft even my husband noticed (miracle). So if you are on the fence try it you won't be sorry.
I have been coloring my hair for over 20 years due to grey hairs. Coloring can make my curly hair damaged and drier looking. This hair color product has not made my hair damaged looking. I also love the color and my ability to adjust the color as I need to. I speak with my colorist at ESalon and explain what color I am looking for and she has assisted to adjust my color. Will continue to use this product. Also like that it gets delivered to me regularly

First time I did not read the instruction, so after consulting I was advised how to retain the color n procedure . It proved to be very helpful on my next hair coloring which was far better than the first .
This was my first time coloring my own hair due to some pesky grays. I could not have asked for a better experience. Color turned out great, not flat but multidimensional. Hopefully application will get easier in time.

I ordered the salon kit with my first order (hair clips, color basin, brush, cape, timer, AND a battery!), which made my experience super easy! My color came out beautifully! Thanks to my expert colorist! Although, my roots dyed a darker color than my ends from having a previous at-home dye job. But, they were both awesome though, so I didn't really mind. I'm hoping with this next order the color will even out. I have been telling all my friends about ya'll!! They raved over my new hair!!

I absolutely LOVE eSalon!
Not only was it an easy application, everything in the kit was great quality, down to the stain remover! It didn’t smell bad, it didn’t burn or itch! The texture is great as you apply it! The shampoo and conditioner are SO easy to wash out. And when it dries. It’s light and fluffy! Not damaged and weighed down.
The color?? PERFECT! I had already been dying it a red color. The length and ends of my hair are the similar shade, just more natural looking! And my roots are EXACTLY the shade I wanted! I do have a little lighter shade of red where my silver hairs are, but with my next application, a little more focus on that area and I think it’s be covered perfectly!

I have used this twice now and I am amazed at how much longer the colour lasts compared to those you buy in the shops (which I have been doing for years and years). I have a lot of grey hair at the roots and this colour covers it all - and keeps it covered. Pack is full of everything you need and is so easy to use - I can do it myself and still get really good even coverage. Although the product is pricier than others, you don't need to colour as frequently therefore working out to be in line overall and of course it is way cheaper than a hairdressers. The colour itself is great and exactly how I expected. looking forward to my next one.
The color came out so nice! It actually blended with my previous foils so I still had highlights! I still don't see grays either! I'm excited to try this next month!

I'm excited to try it on my own when my kit comes, but it's good to know that I can come back and get it professionally done. This is my third time using esalon and I am extremely pleased with the results. Everything from ordering, requesting colour changes, a consultant on hand to the timely delivery which arrives in a lovely packaged box with full instructions and all you need for a professional dye job at home!
This product is absolutely worth the money not just for the above reasons but for the end result - soft, shiny locks to the exact colour you requested. I have had lots of compliments on my hair with people asking which salon I went to. They were shocked when I told them I did it myself! Having been a fan of supermarket bought home dyes I can honestly say that I will always now use and recommend esalon for the coverage it gives to greys, the length of time this coverage lasts (5 weeks vs 3 weeks), the ordering service, the consultations and value for money

I tried eSalon for the first time in October and initially did not get the color I was going for. But eSalon definitely made it right. I received credit to place another order, adjusted the color, left notes and received responses for all my inquiries and alterations. An eSalon representative/colorist had even called me to go over my options and discuss what I would like in my next color. The order had been customized carefully and I am much happier with these results! My roots were still a little darker than I was hoping for but the difference between roots and ends looks as if it was an intentional style and I like the color of the ends so I am definitely ordering again in a few weeks!
I've been getting hair color for a few years now from eSalon. I recommend them to everyone I know and I am more than happy with the results for my own hair. Not having to pay 4 times as much for a salon coloring appointment, being able to do it myself at home on my own time, with great directions, and having it delivered automatically has made my life so much easier (and prettier). My hair is soft and shiny, a beautiful color for which I receive regular compliments - and NOT GRAY - yay!
After 2-3 failed attempts at home color application in the past, I decided I didn't want to go down that road anymore. It just never turned out to be what I wanted, and I never applied it myself. I always had my mom to help me apply it. I was hesitant to order from eSalon. I was very nervous to do the application myself, but the directions on mixing and applying were super easy. I love the videos. I watched those while my package was en route. I loved having the skin protectant, 2 sets of gloves, and color removal pad for the skin in the kit. The color came out even more amazing than I thought it would. My only regret is not doing it sooner for money savings AND great color. Will certainly be subscribing!!
I am very pleased with my new color. The shade is terrific. I would have preferred a touch of violet as I had requested when I re-configured my color - otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

I just saved $200 salon fee for color correction. The color is fabulous, my hair looks healthy and shiny. Have shampooed four times since color and the color is still shiny and fresh. Lasting longer than any store bought product. Wonderful, can't handle all the compliments I'm getting!

I have naturally red hair with a little grey at the temples. Over the years, my hair has darkened and lost it's true red color. This product brings my red to life and makes it shine! And the softness- I do not know what they use, but my hair has never been so soft. Better than the salon!!!
The latest batch of color I received is by far the closest match to my natural color as I have ever found. The ends didn't grab and turn gorilla fur black (yes, it happens frequently with other colors)

The entire coloring process was a breeze, thanks to the awesome instructions included. Color turned out great, and didn't have any missed spots (I have super long hair so that isn't always an easy feat)!
My mother is a hairstylist so I have always been using salon brands to dye my hair. I moved to a different state last year and waiting for my mom to do my hair in between visits was torture. I can honestly say that this product is outstanding. I have a lot of gray hair and it is hard to find a hair color that will cover and last. To make matters worse I am a Redhead and that is a hard color to get right.

I ordered & I received my color within a few days. It is so easy to use & I am in love with the new color they made for me. It is a beautiful & vibrant color! Thanks for the latest color update/modification. My ends and roots are more color-consistent but I still have nice shiny streaks on the outer layers. I was a little concerned at the difference in the color formula after it was mixed (more pink than red) but the end result was great. Even my grandson complimented the different bolder shade. Great job!

The color matches my natural color really well. I find it lasts longer than the hair dyes I bought at the store. I like that the kit comes with two sets of gloves. It is also delivered automatically based on a schedule you choose. You receive an email shortly before shipping that allows you to update your order or cancel it if you aren't ready to color your hair yet.
