This is the second time I've used this product. The first time was for grey coverage and a slight change in my red . I loved it so much I came back for touch up this time and fell in love all over again. So many compliments on my color and shine . It was so easy and cheaper than having it done I will not color any other way ! I highly recommend it!

After years of having salon applied highlights moving to London and being charged more than £200 I gave up on being blond and decided to move back to my natural colour, I heard about E-salon and thought I would give it a try, I sent across some photos and said what i was wanting and I got a reply saying that I would need a toner doing prior to the actual colour application. The toner and colour sent accross was perfect, easy to follow instructions, easy to apply and great result. Very happy Girl.
This may be an obvious thing to say but I know my hair better than anyone else, including any professional who has ever touched it. I know how it's supposed to look, what color it should be and the texture after I color it. eSalon gets it right on every single point. I was a little skeptical at first when I saw the 15 weight developer because I have always used 30 or 40, but I gave it a try and I am SO happy I did. The color is exactly right. No brassiness- and it actually got rid of some residual brassiness that I had from a bad experience with another commercial brand- and it's so soft and easy to style. This is the exact shade of icy blonde I've been trying to get for quite a while, so I'm sold. Thank you so much!
I've been using this service for 4 years now and I absolutely love it! My natural color is red and the colorists at E-salon have worked with me to dial in the closest color to my natural one. I even received a personal phone call from one of the colorists to discuss changes and the results were fabulous! This is by far the best at-home hair dye I've ever used. I love that eSalon gives you all the tools needed to get salon quality results at a fraction of salon prices. The color turned out great (It was a bit of a different shade than I was expecting, but still looked great) and at my last haircut the stylist thought it was my natural color! I'm not sure you could get a better compliment than that on your hair color!
Finally got the right RED! I have naturally light blonde hair but with my light skin and light eyes it never really did anything for me. So I've been looking for the correct red forever. First time with eSalon... Perfect Color!!

OMG this is fantastic. Last night I did bottle #1, and this morning I did bottle #2. (Meaning I didn't follow the instructions meticulously - and my copy got wet and useless). I slept with bottle one rinsed out and I did bottle 2 this morning. And I did skip step 3 (warm water mixed with leftover color massage into hair 2-3 minutes)...sorry, gals. My hair is 25% grey but was red. I've been trying to match a childhood hair sample. My colorist hit it spot on by the second try! The color is deep and multi dimensional, unlike drugstore brands. My color of red is very copper, which I understand is a very fragile dye to maintain. I use some Tinted Love on it once a week and it stays great. This is easy to use, it doesn't require you to be a beautician "wannabe".
I was a bit nervous to try although I have colored for many years, and I was quite pleased with the results, the color was just right for me! The cape and clips are of good quality, glad for the timer!! All this for $30.00, heck of a deal!!

It has been years sense I last colored my hair. I decided that it was just becoming so dull. My bits of gray didn’t bother me so much, but I got it all with eSalon’s color. I got a very flattering color, shine and no gray. The color is so much like my original no one has even noticed. I’m one happy camper.

The color blended extremely well with the color I already had on my hair. My stylist couldn’t tell the difference. It covered the gray to my satisfaction. I will definitely place a reorder.
The whole experience has surpassed my expectations - from the personalised bottles to the end result! I have used both box dyes and salon colouring for over a decade, and I'll never go back to off-the-shelf box dyes after this. I loved that there was a different colour for roots, giving a more even colour. I worried the red would be too dark for me as I usually choose a brighter red but it is absolutely perfect. I knew I would love it as soon as I began rinsing my hair and saw a beautiful deep red on the gloves. I did worry a bit after using the included shampoo as my hair immediately felt awful, like it had been bleached. However, as soon as I used the included conditioner, my hair instantly felt healthy again. Looking forward to continuing to use esalon for my future colour, and planning on buying the shampoo and conditioner to keep the vivid colour as long as possible, very happy with my choice. I think after all these years, I've finally found the colour I love!
This was my first time ever dying my base color and ever doing any dye at home. I'm a very pleased with the results! I asked for a medium brown in a demi, and I submitted a pic of myself and feel like my colorist really did a good job in giving me a formula that flatters my skin and eye color. I was covering some highlights and will say that the color took slightly differently in those places than on my virgin hair, but it gave the overall look more dimension so I'm ok with that. I would use this product again!
I like the product and its easy to do all by myself. I like that I don't have to sit in a salon for an hour to get my color done. I've been happy with the color.

I've been going to a colorist for years and then my friend told me about eSalon. I couldn't be happier with the results and I feel confident that any changes I want in the future will be just as great.
Update: It's been a year and I still love the color and quality I get from my esalon products.
This is great! Only coloring product that tones down the reddish undertones that over the counter hair coloring hasn't done for me in a long time. I have stubborn grays that refuse to accept the color. But with eSalon every gray is covered and this color doesn't fade. No more spending over $100 and a drive to the salon. My hairdresser was surprised at the great color and online support from an internet product. Will never go back to spending and driving when I get perfect results every time in the comfort of my home.
I've been going to a salon for 25 years and this experience was WAY BETTER it took some guts because my hair is very long and I thought I may have to cut it all off if I screw this up but my husband and I are PLEASANTLY SURPRISED thank you
I'm a professional hair stylist and I specialize in color and I absolutely love this do it yourself color, I am the first person to tell clients not to use at home color because of the many disadvantages that come along with it but esalon color has definitely changed my opinion of at home color, I've never seen salon grade color come in a box that you can do yourself until now, I recommend this to everyone that interested in getting the same results you'd get in a salon but with the ease of staying at home and the price of most at home color you'd find at the store, it is delivered within days off ordering and it's exactly what they say it will be! Must try even if you don't want the auto ship, try it once and you'll NEVER go to another method! Not to mention the color is perfectly designed to suit your skin tone and natural color.
