Can't say enough about the colorists patience with helping me find my perfect color. They are awesome! The color itself is outstanding, covers grey well, and lasts well. No drastic fading in-between colors. Was a staunch supporter of Olia because of the way the color made my hair feel so silky, but the color did not last, faded fast. You have a lifetime client!

Love this product! Very nicely packaged with simple instructions for use. All greys completely covered for the first time. Color was more appropriate for my skin tone than previous color. Color was consistent but offered highlights which I love. I’ve been getting complimented which usually doesn’t happen. My color is also lasting longer with less fading. This about covers it(excuse the pun) !
I have always used the drugstore brands and been unhappy. I sent my picture they mixed my perfect color. I followed the instructions and have kept ordering ever since. I had adjusted the color for better coverage and tone, and also requested more info on how to wash it out better so it didn't take forever - I am new to coloring my own hair, and the color is great, nice coverage, really pretty and the extra gloss application they included really did help my hair look even healthier and shinier.

I have been coloring my hair for years but as the grays became more with age it was very difficult to keep my color. I happened to see eSalon so decided to try it and filled out the information form and also sent a picture. I received a e-mail saying my colorist was going to change the color just a bit, so I thought OK that is fine but was a bit concerned. For the 1st time today I tried it and couldn't wait to wash it after the coloring was completed. I am amazed how wonderful it looks. I would highly recommend this service!!
Colorist suggested gradual lightening of my salt & pepper hair to go completely gray. Have been doing this & love each of the colors. Looks so great & lasts so long on my short hair, I've decided that instead of going gray - I want to go back to my natural color!

Seriously you nailed it! My hair looks freaking next level after a mess of a job with a CVS box that promised no red tones and delivered FREAKING RED tones 100%! I waS SO SAD. You guys fixed it, I was nervous at first but WOW my color is everything I asked for & more. Shine, tone is great. I love you! Will be back!
I used this hair color just as they told me to. I added it to my roots first, then I wait 15 mins. after that, I added water to the almost empty bottle and poured it on my hair (in the shower) and massaged it in and waited 3-5 mins., then rinsed it out. This works great for me, and it is the right color that I wanted so I'll keep getting it by mail.
The colour is nice it’s more caramel than red. When I got home I washed and used the toner I was given, great product, it added a little more red but still isn’t red looks a little pink in the sun. The guy did a great job of evening out the tone because it was patchie at best when I went in now it blends nicely, I will be back to experiment until I get it right. Great colour leaves your hair in great condition. I just have to find a colour I love ❤️ and it will take me a few tries. I recommend this product. Nice colour just not in love with it for me .

After my first order, I needed an adjustment made in the color. It was done and my second order was perfect! The BEST thing for me is that the color stays on my gray roots much longer than store-bought color!! It also doesn't fade which is a big plus for red color! So many compliments!!

I was looking for a neutral, natural looking dark blonde to even out my faded, previously colored hair. This was perfect. Not too brassy, not too cool...just the perfect shade.

Finally a color I can apply myself and looks good! I had such bad experiences with haircolor from the supermarket. So I decided to color my hair only at the hairsalon. But only until I discovered eSalon. I thought it was worth a shot and I am so happy I did it! The color was easy to apply, the instructions were easy to understand and the result is gorgeous. Will definitely order again!
I wasn't sure how this would work out for me but I LOVE it. I started out with a color that was darker for fall and decided I wanted something lighter. I finally submitted a picture of myself so that my color could be better customized. I am so happy I did. The color blended right in. Not too dark and not too light. It was exactly what I wanted. So happy I decided to give it a try. I am VERY happy with my results.
I asked my colorist to adjust the color and I'm saying she came pretty darn close! Couldn't be happier.... I posted a pic of my hair and the pic posted before was the color I requested.
My customize hair color is wonderful. I love how my hair looks and feels after I applied my hair color. I would definitely recommend this products to friends and family.
The formula on the latest shipment was great! I think we need to keep this formula for at least 2 shipments and then reevaluate. After a few washes the auburn color in my hair is peeking out at the roots, but I think the new formula is helping. I feel like I will end up with great highlights. Also, no gray hair seen yet.😀
