I’ve gotten so many compliments! After years of dying my hair at home and the shade never looking ‘quite right’ my hair finially suits me! The shade is exactly what I wanted and I would have never been able to pick it out myself. It was great that the kit came with the different dye for my roots compared to the rest of my hair so finially I’m the same colour all over. I couldn’t be happier and can’t wait to get more.
The custom hair color really is superb. It is easy to use and the added extras of gloves, skin protector, stain remover, shampoo and conditioner completes the kit. Having the ability to make shade adjustments and get advice from your colorist is great as it means you'll always have the best color for you.
This color turned out gorgeous! Just the right amount of "strawberry" for my strawberry blonde request. Easy to do, goof-proof, natural looking w/tones & highlights.
I have hard to color hair that picks up red. I was hesitant to try this color because of it. My color expert did an excellent job developing my color. No red. I love the packaging and it comes with everything you need to color your hair. I also have hard to color gray areas and after 4 weeks my grays are still covered.
I started purchasing my hair color from Esalon right when the company started and knowing i had someone an email away to answer my questions gave me more confidence in coloring my own hair I have always done my own color because I couldn't afford to go to a salon so that's made all the difference in the world having salon colors that I can do myself and being able to alter my color as many times as i wanted to make sure i had the color or changes that i wanted was amazing i love the color and the company.
I recently purchased a coloring kit, and was pleasently surprised and how good the color was. I only needed one box when normally I have to buy 2 boxes because I have long, thick hair. I'm very interested in buying your product again, but I was promised a couple of free items that I didn't receive. Other than that, I'm considering buying again.
I was unsure about using ecolour, having always used the same brand of box colour but the idea of it being delivered to my door at regular timescwas appealling. I have been really pleased with the quality of the product, the colour of my hair and the service. My hairdresser has even commented on the colour of my hair!! I would like to suggest that ecolour review the amount of plastic used when packaging the kits though. I am sure it is not all needed. I would be happy to receive it all loose in a smaller box and perhaps be able to return the bottles for refilling?

When I first purchase my first eSalon I wasn't sure if they color was any different from the store. But I have to say just one word AWESOME. The product has changed how my hair looks and feels. To me my feel stronger and looks gooodd.
I received so many compliments on my hair color, gave me such a boost of confidence. Application and instructions were very simple and easy. Box and products nicely labeled and felt very personalized. The dye did not leave my hair feeling dry or over processed, the shampoo and conditioner made my hair very soft. Ive already recommended to alot of friends, will def continue to use.
Instructions were easy to follow, everything you might need was in the kit. I was a little concerned about the final step, mixing with a little water to apply to previous colored hair. This was not a step that I had ever done that way, but the color happened and the end results were spot on!
Just what I wanted! And the directions were so easy to follow! My greys are gone! And I’ve gotten compliments from total strangers on my gorgeous red hair!
This color is perfect for gray coverage and has been the closest to my natural hair color. Which even Salon Hair Stylists have a hard time doing. Thanks!

This concept is amazing. Not only I had the advise of a specialist to get the exact color I wanted (with a far better quality than products found in supermarkets), but I could color my hair when I had time, which means I hadn't to shuffle around my busy agenda to find 2 hours to get a decent color for a crazy price. Best colour I've ever had on my hair. I'm a natural redhead but as I've got older I feel I need to add that bit extra. Ive had so many compliments on this colour, I can't recommend it enough. My hair feels so soft and I love how it's so personal to you! Thank you so much!

Excellent product! Unlike some store bought brands I've tried in the past, the color came out great, with dimension and shine. Also, unlike my hair stylist, it didn't break the bank. Love the Auto ship feature. No need to remember, it does it for me.
In love with my new color!!! Love that my colorist Karen suggested a different shade of brown. I could never get this tone from a box dye. Thank you Karen.

I love the color. It gets lots of comments. My hair has also grown longer than ever, so I think I might also be less damaging overall. I will add that it sometimes makes my scalp tender, but I have very sensitive skin.
I love everytime I make an adjustment, it just as I imagined in my head and asked for! This blend I was not sure I put into words quite the change I wanted because its usually very slight. I'm in LOVE & have had at LEAST, 2 minimum, complements a DAY on it since coloring! Its a keeper! My grays were terrible to cover & color did not last long in the PAST...... I am a customer for life...(because well no one remembers my REAL color I've been some variation since 15 😉) NOT giving it up because of stubborn greys AND NOW I DON'T HAVE TO! THANKS A MILLION!!!!💕😍

The process for slecting your perfect color was so easy yet comprehensive. Many color options to choose from. The colorist even reached out with questions or suggestions. The end result was the exact color I was hoping for! What a wonderful experience... and at a fraction of the cost of going to a salon!
Since I teach swim lessons AND have natural red hair, my natural color fades ridiculously fast. My colorist here was able to perfectly match my natural color, and now I use the dye as a toner every couple of weeks to ward off that nasty grey-green I get from the pool! When "swimmer's shampoo" failed me, my colorist here was able to save the day!
Absolutely love this dye. This was my first time dying my hair myself and the clear instructions made everything so easy. I will continue to use this forever! It makes your hair so soft and smells amazing after it’s washed. Highly recommend!

The colour is great. It makes my hair feel lovely and it looks in great condition now. It was very easy to use and covered my grey really well . Wish you did a small touch up bottle to use after 3-4 weeks for the new growth at the front and stubborn greys along just the hair line. Love this product can't wait for my new one to arrive.

I’ve coloured my own hair for years, in between I have been to the hairdressers and I’ve never come away happy! So I carry on, then I came across E salon and thought I would have a look and decided to try the product.
I am so very pleased with the condition of my hair as it does not feel dry but nice and soft and the instructions are very easy to follow. I loved the colour I chose but decided I need it a little lighter which after having a discussion that have made the changes for me so I await for my delivery. What’s good about this product they can adjust the colour for you

Easy to use with clear instructions. Most impressive is the fact that it covered all my grey hairs and hasn’t faded over time something the off the shelf dyes didn’t do. It is slightly more expensive than off the shelf boxes but it’s well worth it because it was equal to the colour I’ve had in salons at a fraction of the cost.
I have blonde hair with a considerable amount of gray. I love how using this product helps me blend in the gray without looking brassy or over-dyed. It is also very gentle on my hair.

I've had my hair dyed by stylists many times and have also used boxed dyes from the store but this is the best my hair has every turned out. The color goes perfect with my skin tone and it produced an even color overall.
So much better than I expected! The color is not too saturated, it's very natural looking. The only criticism I have is that there is less shine to my hair. Over all, I am very happy.
I have been coloring my hair for over 20 years. i have gone to salons and purchased color from Sally's. This is great quality color (colors well and doesn't fade as fast) and they got my shade of red right, so right!!!! I love it! I will never buy color anywhere else again.
This is my second time using eSalon coloring. I do think it covers gray better than off the shelf brands and keeps them covered prior to the next coloring. It is great to have the color adjusted for preferences after using it the first time. It is 7-10 more than the shelf brands, however if it continues to perform well on gray coverage and allows me to extend my time between colorings, i believe it is worth it.
My hair turns out absolutely perfect every time! I'm never going to the Salon again for color! And a million times better than the store-bought ones; they always left my hair dry. In short, try it yourself!
