I am delighted with my new colour with eSalon. There is step by step help with using your colour at home and is very easy to do with great results. I love it.
My friend suggested I try eSalon. Why not? It was a fabulous experience. I received many emails with suggestions or details about how to apply the color when I received it. I received many follow up emails making sure I was satisfied. Normally I do not want constant emails, but these were certainly appreciated. The product came in a cute box. Yes, I am that person marketing people want. The directions were clear. The product was easy to use and so affordable. I'm excited for month 2!
My color was perfect. I highly recommend this product. Also if you are unsure about a color go demi permanent! That’s what I did and it washes out alittle bit each time so if you are unsatified it’s not a long time to get it fixed. First time dying my hair and I’m super excited to switch to permanent and stick with it.
Over all the presentation and the product are amazing. It felt like receiving a treat in the mail and took the sting out of the dreaded grey hair maintenance routine I dread every few weeks! Customer service was top notch! I was able to customize my order and make a few changes for my next order. My colour came out a little darker than I wanted but the colourist was able to make changes to my next order to rectify that. Also My colour has not faded too much as it does with most brands for me and is holding up well 3 weeks on! Love it!!
I used to pay an arm and a leg for a professional to color my hair only to be left with dry lifeless strands that started losing the color after a few weeks. This esalon is the perfect color and my hair is healthy and shiny! 5+ stars from me.... thank you for giving my hair life again

I have gotten more compliments with my latest hair coloring than ever! I think it is very close to the color I had as a teenager so it looks very natural.
I have used this product several times now and I don’t usually write reviews but it really has made my hair soft and so shiny that I had to write this I have been dying my hair for several years myself I’ve never had it done at a salon but this does give you that shine that a salon color does at a fraction of the cost and it comes with the shampoo and conditioner which I really like also Don’t hesitate to try this I believe you like myself will love it.
I can't believe how wonderful my hair turned out. The kit was so easy to use and had everything I needed including two pairs of gloves! The color is so rich and the gray coverage is 100%. I never knew what color to truly buy when it came to box colors and being able to add my personal details and photo to my profile made my personal color chosen perfect for my skin tone. I love this product!

This is my first time ever dying my hair, but when I started noticing the grey, I had no choice. So I debated for months, and decided on esalon. I knew the color was darker than my normal color, but it came out rich, multidimensional and beautiful!! I love the results, and it only cost me $10 for my first order! Do it! You won’t regret it;)
Tweeked the color this time to remove some of the brassiness. Came out great. Gray is colored and hair’s so shiny. The color kit is high quality right down to the gloves they provide. Love the shampoo too.
Even though I accidentally mixed both bottles together my color came out very even! The smell and feel of my hair after washing and conditioning was lovely! It came quickly and was very easy to do. Can't argue the price either!

The headline says it all. These guys are great. Its taken me a little while to figure out how to use the highlights, and it's difficult to do the back on my hair very well... I guess I would appreciate more tips on that. But I love this service - its inexpensive, high quality hair coloring, and I can do it according to my schedule!
I was using Loreal Feria color 74 deep copper. It is just never available anywhere, even a on their site. I was panicking. I love that color, it is kind of my signature thing. A friend suggested esalon. The other hair color site I looked at just didn't have my shade. I am so thankful. The color they sent me is a dead on match to my hair color. So pretty and bright. Now I will order every 3 weeks and know that my color is always there! Thank you!
For an online service it's great. Don't need to worry about picking up a dye and it being in stock, it comes to me and the treatment leaves my hair coloured and feeling moisturised
I was spending so much money coloring my hair when a friend recommended I try eSalon. While it took a couple of times to perfect my color (due to stubborn grays) the colorist was so awesome and easy to work with. I love my color, it's salon quality and lasts. Definitely recommend eSalon for your hair color needs. Their customer service and colorists are top notch!
I have not had the time until today, 4/27, to color my hair. The shade of red is perfect! I thought that I had the back pretty well covered, but there is one area that I didn't quite cover. That's okay, as I will get better at this process for sure. I am glad that I contacted eSalon and am very satisfied. Thank you.

I'm so happy with this color. It actually changed the texture of my hair. Getting the shampoo and conditioner. It's worth spending more to get these results.
I came across eSalon via Facebook and I never really wanted to color my hair... But then I fell in love with the copper hair color and I just wanted to try it. So I ordered the dark blonde copper golden color. It was very nice. It looked really natural and I received a lot of compliments for it. I decided that I could get more into the copper so I asked if they could adjust my next order and make it a bit more intensive copperish. Said and done. They worked very quickly and with my next order I received my new costum color. I LOVE IT. It is soooo beautiful. And it ist pretty easy to apply too. I could do it all by myself. It took me a lot longer than it should have but it worked out anyway. The shampoo and conditioner are so great. They make the hair so soft and shiny but it doesn't look heavy and doesn't get greasy fast. It is very light and my curls are beautiful! So thumbs up!! I am totally gonne stick with this color.
Noticed immediately a very nice shinny deep black color that seeemed very natural looking at the same time compared to store bought. Hair came out soft and clean feeling.
The color was such a good match. It is true, I got more compliments than I did when I spent lots of time & money having it done professionally. My hair doesn't feel damaged like it does with over-the-counter products. Truly satisfied.

I've been coloring my hair for well over 25yrs and have tried numerous products and brands, this is by far the most cost effective and best ever coverage I have seen. My biggest cons are that my hair grows incredibly fast and needs coloring every 3-4 weeks and my husband desperatly wants me to go natural which means that I would be 92% gray/silver at only 46yrs old. Not Ready! Keep it coming eSalon, forever yours!

Have had salon colorist for years. Saw eSalon in a magazine ad. Very happy with product. Great match, great gray coverage, seems to have more high and low tones than premium box colors. Best DIY hair color I’ve ever had. eSalon Colorist matched it to a box color I used to love that was discontinued years ago. Spot on! Highly recommend. Excellent Customer Swevice too!
The starter kit was awesome and complete! I love the results of my color and the texture left in my hair! I was a little worried that dying my hair would dry out my ends and cause split ends (like some have before) but it was not an issue at all.
eSalon worked with me to get just the right color I was looking for - my natural auburn This is NOT flat color. It is shiny and healthy looking. Have had someone come up to me to compliment me on my hair color. Very happy with the results every time I color my hair.

I love eSalon Custom Hair Color. It's easy to use with detailed instructions for at-home application. When I received my first kit, the color was great, but I wanted it a little darker. Anyone who colors their hair knows it's always risky to go "darker!" I emailed the consultant and explained exactly what I was looking for, and the next kit was a PERFECT match! It could not have been better and the ease and convenience of it coming right to my door each month is spectacular. No more having to make an appointment - which I always did once I was way overdue (and then had to wait at least another week)! Professional results at home. Holy crow the dying process was intense - the product is obviously nicer than a box dye, just from the consistency alone - and I am finally close to a colour I actually want!! The team went above and beyond, making sure from my picture that I was getting the colour I wanted - I was genuinely ready to be okay with being underwhelmed but it looks frackin amazing. Can't wait to get my girlfriend to start using it as well!
I've never had color so near prefect as this. I have a fair amount of greys, that are actually white. I like them but wanted them to blend a bit better. I'm blonde so they aren't super contrasting, just white. This custom color turned out so pretty. I've been sick of salon treatments and weaves that end up being a variety of low lights and high lights, nothing natural. I now have a beautiful natural color that is as close to my natural blonde as I've ever been! As a bonus it costs me less, saves time and I can fine tune things or change it as I go. Never going back to the salon. 🤗 So happy. Update: several weeks post color and my hair still looks as good as the first day. My hair has so much shine and feels very healthy, not dry or damaged at all.
I recently saw a friend and commented on how great her hair looked. She recommended eSalon. I used it for the first time 6 days ago. WOW!!! I have had 5 or 6 people raving about how great my hair looks in only a few days! And my hair feels great too! I am blown away by how great the product, the results, and the customer service is. I started using esalon 5 years ago with an all over color that I loved! I really liked it, but wanted some highlights too. Working with my hair stylist on how to best get the highlights I want and be able to maintain my color myself between visits has been my goal and esalon fits my needs perfectly. I still go see my hair stylists quarterly for a fresh look, but I don't have to depend on her for root touch ups. I also love that they include the extras that you need, like quality gloves and stain remover.
