Recently had to cut finances and trimmed my delivery of your color temporarily.
I was excited to receive my shipment the other day. I just did my touch up and feel and look awesome again! Your products are superior and so is your customer service.
This is one of the best hair colourants I have used in a long time, have a few white hair round hairline , all other products after a few washes it shows through but e-salon products have not, Iv'e been on holiday also and after a week in the sun using all the products I purchased especially the colour enhancing treatment my hair is still looking vibrant , shiny and healthy.
Decided to try this hair color product to just see what it was like.. This is a Gem.. I will never buy store bought hair color again.. It colors the grey and adds a lovely highlight of color to my hair.. pleasing..very pleasing..
Color looks great and great quality product. Dye didn't smell bad or stain and the instructions were easy to follow. Would have spent a lot at a salon for the same result
I liked the original color I described to eSalon. Then I decided to lighten it a little. The new color is great. Easy to use. New instructions come with every kit along with two pair of gloves! I recommend it

Easy to use, clear instructions and good results. I have adjusted the colour to darker for the winter months. The shampoo and conditioner is the BEST I have ever found for my very curly hair. Excellent communication and prompt, helpful responses.

I love this product! I was so scared I have only had my hair colored from the same person for the last 13 years but my budget couldn't afford her... I will now be coloring my own hair from now on! Also my hair was really dry and course from summer sun, pool water and salty beach water and my hair was so silky soft and manageable after!!

I love the color of this dye! Very virbrant and beautiful. My only feedback is that is usually doesn't cover some areas of my hair as well as I would like. Usually at the temples of my hair line.
I’ve have horror stories when it comes to dying my hair at home. It’s why I pay out the nose for my hair stylist. But $150 every 5 weeks is rough. This was seriously the easiest thing ever. And by easy, I mean my husband was able to do it. No joke. And the color is gorgeous. I love my hair stylist but this is my color of choice now.
Best hair color on line . My first order was in 2015 it was to dark so the second time i order again and told my colorist what i wanted and she listened i love my hair color planing on ordering more stuff from here to try . I love how i can send pictures of the before and after that way she can see what I'm talking about . Great service !
At the time of the review. I have performed a strand test and the color I love, love, love! Excited to do my entire head! The color is so beautiful and dark. Appears that it will cover my gray well! Okay, so today I colored my hair. I love the color and it covered all of my gray. I saw a lot of really bad reviews and I hope this doesn't happen to me but like 1 of the other reviews. I went to youtube and saw every day people like myself that had used the product and had success with it so I moved forward and I couldn't be happier.

This has been an awesome experience. I love the brown color, exactly what I asked for and the gray coverage for a demi-permanent color is absolutely amazing. I have really long thick hair and I only have to wash it once or twice a week, so this will probably last longer than a normal color at the salon. I had exceptional gray coverage and it can be stubborn sometimes. The smell is beautiful, which is such a welcome change. The colorist did a great job making sure the color was right on point and I could not be happier.
I've been dying my hair at home for over 10 years. This is by far the best product I've ever used! The red color is exactly what I wanted and I've gotten a ton of compliments.
This product is everything it is advertised to be. It is easy to use and lasts just as long as going to the salon. I like the color that was mixed for me on the first try. I had an accident with one of my shipments, that was my fault. I called and explained and asked for a fast replacement. I was surprised that I got it in 2 days and they didn't charge me for the product or the expedited shipping. I love this company!
I loved the personalized kit! I was so excited to try it! I got the professional brush, bowl, drap and clips to go with it!
It was easy to apply and it looks great! I would have preferred it a shade or two lighter but I'm sure it can be adjusted!! I will definitely try again and use in the future!!
Tried my personalised colour for the first time, surprisingly for me I made no mess! The colour was as I had imagined, very rich in depth and warming leaving a lovely soft sheen. Thank you I love it. Have requested the stylist to modify the colour to have more red tones. Looking forward to my parcel arriving.
I applied the color 2 days after I recieved it in the mail. We went to visit my new husbands family. Over the course of the weekend I had gotten so many compliments on the beautiful hair I had.

we adjusted my color once with no problems. It is a great color! I'm still considering going a little lighter though. Any questions I've had, have been answered in a timely manner.

I purchased my first color application and unfortunately missed abit in the back coloring. I let them know and within days recieved another application to redo what was missed. They are very prompt if you have any issues, and are more the helpful getting back to you in a timely manner.
I really feel fortunate to have found esalon. I'm looking forward to my next order soon.
UPDATE: I recently colored my hair and used the Lightlab. It was perfect! The highlights were exactly what I needed to update my look!! I love this product!!!!
I have been coloring my hair for many many years. I am a former cosmetologist and this is one of the best products I have ever used.
I absolutely love this color, my stylist prescribed a darker shade of the same color for my roots, and the the 2nd bottle for the remainder. No one even asked if I colored my hair, it's that close! My hair is down to the middle of my back, and I had plenty. It is shiny, and feels & looks healthy, I'm hooked! I really like that I can choose how often i get my color! I love eSalon!!!
I used this hair color 3 weeks ago, I think, and it's still shiny and there're no lighter sections so far. Even the outgrown parts are still in the shade of the product.

This was my second coloring & and strange ladies come up & ask who does my hair? I explain to them esalon specially mixes it for me & I squirt it on my hair! Voilà best perfection.
My new color is everything I wanted it to be! I wanted to darken my bleached ends to blend more with my natural color. The colorist created a color richer and darker than my ends, but with a tiny bit more red and lightness to brighten up my natural color. I painted in the color starting at the ends, and adding some strands up near the roots to unify the color. The result couldn't be better! My hair looks completely natural, but much richer, with copper/ blonde highlights. Love it!
This color was worth the few bucks more than I spend at the store. The gray coverage was much better, and I noticed it did last longer than the store brands. I like that I can tweak my color and get a personalized response when I request adjustments. So far, I'm very happy with my purchase!

My colourist worked closely with me and suggested a different shade than I had originally chosen, based on the photo I sent in. She was RIGHT!! The colour was perfect for me and the product quality is great! There is little to no dripping while applying as well the colour doesn't fade like the usual store bought products I have used for years. SO GLAD I found this website!! A HUGE thank you to the eSalon team!!

I have tried many types of hair coloring but I have to admit, this is it for me! The color is natural and just what I wanted and easy to use but most of all it looks professional.
The color came out beautiful. I am so pleased. It is definitely salon grade color as it completely covered my greys in half the time it takes with the drug store box, which usually does not completely cover. Now, I am adding highlights...I think;).
I was really worried as to how it would turn out -- too red or so dark brown that it would look black. It looks great. e-Salon thinks of everything -- including a sticker to afix the instructions to your bathroom mirror. I left the color on longer than the stated 30 minutes because my roots are so "grey", they are actually white. The result looks wonderful -- just slightly lighter than the ends but it looks very pretty. I'm glad I tried your service and products. Talking to the color expert on the phone really helped. Just looking at a picture on the computer is not enough. Thank you e-Salon!
