I’m a novice at dyeing my hair (Only my 2nd time doing it myself in about 20 years)and have always left it up to the salon to do but enter COVID and here we are. Honestly I also got lazy and didn’t want to make the hour trip to my stylist not to mention the last time I was there for 4 hours because she was overbooked. I decided to try this thing myself and I’m so glad I did! The color is spot on and looks great and covered my grays perfectly. I watched the videos first which I recommend if you’re a novice like me. I love that you include a color block and stain remover (didn’t need to use the stain remover since the color block did the trick- pleasantly surprised since I always stain). I also like that the product was thick and doesn’t drip which means no mess! And there was plenty of product to cover my hair and then some. I’ll be ordering again for sure! Now if only esalon could send a pair of magic scissors to trim my hair too...!!
I have used the coloring set twice by now and I simply love it. Application is easy even if you are not a pro and the result is amazing: even, bright and natural looking color.
While I have had my hair colored for years, I have never done it myself. Granted, my daughter came over to help. The instructions were easy to follow and my hair came out great. The custom color was spot on!
I've been using this coloring kit for several months and love it. The color is so natural, with highlights and all. The color results are nothing like typical kits available in stores. It's gentle, provides natural multi-color tones, lasts several weeks, affordable and great customer service. I will never go back to the salon to color my hair.
It took a couple tries, bit my colorist finally got the color spot on! I am ecstatic at the results. The grey coverage is flawless and it is the perfect color red for me!

Needed something to use in shower and didn’t color my scalp. Wow! Everything i liked. Was able to contact my colorist and make slight adjustment for my next shipment. Can’t do that with too many other hair color treatment. Highly recommend

Color is perfect. I have had to vary color slightly at times but each time it comes out great. Easy to use product. Prior to using eSalon I had never colored my own hair. During this Covid craziness we moved out of state and I couldn't find a salon that I liked as much as my previous hairdresser. Thought I would try coloring my own hair. No more salon's for me!

I was very impressed with my color kit. Not only was the color nice, but the shampoo and conditioner is great! Definitely would recommend to anyone who colors their own hair!
I have always gone to the salon but when Covid-19 plagued us I had to find an alternative. The salons are back open now but I love this color so much and the money I’m saving I am still doing my own hair, at home, and getting compliments every day! Excellent product that lasts!

This is the first time coloring at home that my hair color was the same each time I colored it and it didn't look like I just colored, more like it was just refreshed. Love It!
I have not been to a salon since the March quarantine. My precious husband has been coloring my hair with the eSalon color set. The color is gorgeous!! I get lots of compliments (from a distance) and it has good longevity. I would recommend it to anyonw.
My hair had not been colored for months. I did not want to go to a salon. I did a beautiful job on my own hair. The brush included was the game changer. I love the shampoo and mask and I ordered them.
I found this product to be very easy to use. Everything I needed was in the box and the instructions easy to follow. I found the color to be very dark per the Colorists suggestion other then that no smell hair was soft when I was done coloring my hair.

The stylists are amazing adjusting the formula to just what I need and want. When the first batch wasnt what I wanted they worked with me to adjust it until it is spot on ! I can do it at home whenever is good for me. It is much less expensive for a quality product. Everything you need & more is included. I was leary of purchasing hair color by means of the internet and not sure if you could mix hair color from a picture. My first order stayed in my bathroom counter over a month because of my uncertainty. I have received my 3rd order and am very satisfied. Covers all my gray hair. My sister likes the color as well. Did not know to rinse your hair in cold water to set the color. The color is a little darker than expected but it works for me. It has also made my hair look so healthy. Love this hair color.

I had been using Feria hair color. I tried several colors in brown shade but never came out the way I wanted it. This brand is perfect. I have super thin hair and this made my hair looks fuller.
I sent a picture of myself and I was shocked at how the color perfectly matched what I wanted! It also lasts so much longer than the brand that I was using from the drugstore. I would highly recommend eSalon to anyone who is tired of hunting for their color at the drugstore!
I had a phone consultation with my color specialist and we carefully considered what changes might make the color more acceptable to me. Those agreed-upon changes were included in my next color package. I used the package on 8/17/20 and so far I am pleased with the color. I will wait until I have two shampoo experiences to make a final determination. I appreciate the ability to consult with a professional. I loved this product. I was actually hesitant to try it at first but I am so glad I did. I have been doing my own hair for years and have gotten tired with the color choices I had, so after looking at the colors I picked the one I wanted and am in love with it. It was so easy to do, they have instructions set just for you. Most products you buy at a store don't give you enough prodcut, but I had enough and some. I will definitely be ordering again. I did my color about 3 weeks ago and don't show any signs of fading yet unlike other products I have used.
Due to Covid, I haven’t wanted to spend time inside my salon. Instead, I’ve had a local hairdresser come to my home to highlight and lowlight my hair. I really like eSalon’s light brown color for my lowlights. At first, I was nervous so I opted for a lighter shade, but I didn’t get enough dimension. But a stylist from eSalon helped me switch to a level darker and it’s been perfect! I have the dimension I wanted between my natural color, platinum highlights and light brown lowlights. And best is all, my hair feels healthy, not dried out.

I saw the ads on Facebook for a while, and I was going to the Salon to get my color done. Then the pandemic hit, and I couldn't get my hair done. So I decided I would try it, thinking... well, I can alway darken my hair if I don't like the results. I even recorded my first time dying my hair with this product. The results - I loved the color MORE than the salon color. It is the closest match to my natural color I've seen. It is easy to do and easy to change your orders as needed. I'm a dedicated customer now. I won't be returning to the salon for my color. I liked it enough to even write a review.
