This kit blew me away. From the personalization, ease of use and low odor I was able to accomplish my desired color in 30 min. Not to mention the color lasts way longer than the store bought brands. Thank you!
Evidently, I have what is known in the biz as "Stubborn Grays." I tried two other coloring services and could not get my grays covered even leaving the color on for twice the recommended time. Esalon does cover the grays and the color stays pretty for the six weeks between my colorings.
The Custom Color created for me is spot on and was easy to apply. The color has a very natural shine, and the ammonia smell was not overpowering. After using the shampoo and conditioner my hair was and still is soft. So far my hair doesn’t feel damaged.
i cant even find the words to express how much this company exceeded my expectations! the product worked amazing, it covered my mess that was 4 different shades of wrong. the customer service was outstanding! i will never go back

I absolutely love the personalized colour that arrived at my door. (The only thing I wish is that I could have a professional colourist come with it and apply it!) just kidding , It’s actually easy, it’s convenient, and I love that when I message the company I am immediately messaged back!
I have been using ESalon hair color for one year now and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! I’m saving money, coloring my hair exactly when needed, and no lines of previous colors. Even my hairdresser was making lines in my hair by not using the same formula as before.
I loved the color even though it was a little darker than I wanted. Made my hair shiny and covered very evenly. I have shoulder length hair and one kit was plenty and I even had some left over.
I just added a toner to my kit.. I absolutely love it. Love the color in my hair and love the way my hair feels. I love the color. It is what I been looking for.
I liked the fact that I have a colorist assigned. The communication has been excellent, she asked me for the color I would like to have. I told her that the ammonia makes my scalp burns, . She switched it for a demi-permanent color. I applied it today and I really loved it. Let's see how longer it lasts. Service and support are awesome 👌.
I love the customizing, with the assurance that your getting the right color for best results for you specifically. The instructions had a pro tip that I had never done, but it is genius! Great coverage. My hair did turn out a little darker then I had hoped. But I know it had to be to cover the red dye in my hair that wouldn’t bleach out. And because it was recently beached it soaked up all the dye. I had just enough dye to cover my hair with about a table spoon left over. I have already discussed with my e-stylist that we are gonna use a little lighter of a color for round two, and they have changed my formula. Getting ready to order #2!

I am satisfied with the color. I did my hair 2 weeks after I got it. They give you TWO sets of gloves which is great, best of all they fit and aren’t baggy. You have great instructions and also video on this site. When I was ready for the shower I got tape to put up the directions that I could see them in the shower (of course on the other side of the glass so it doesn’t get wet). The shampoo and conditioner were FANTASTIC, I didn’t expect that. It’s a small amount but it is enough. Don’t use your shampoo; use the one it comes with; you’ll be surprised. I am going to buy some. When I was finished and packing up everything in the box I saw they had already thought of taping up the directions and HAD a sticky to tape the directions up. They thought of everything.
My hair turned out perfect it was the exact color I wanted, the shading, tone, and shine were dead on and it looks gorgeous. My hair felt nourished and soft, no dryness or burnt ends. I cant wait for my next order.
First time I tryed this compagny I gave only 4 stars because I wanted light brown and it turned out dark brown but after washing many times my hair as a nice light brown colour . Did not damage my hair which is very good. You can ask anythink you want they will answer your email quickly ,very professional,thankyou so much.

My most recent order was nearly perfect. Still a little redder than I would like but that the way my gray hair picks it up. Nice to have color without the expensive salon prices. I think this color looks better than my salon color ever did!
eSalon saved me during the the pandemic shutdown. The color has been perfect and you can’t beat the price! I have since been in to see my stylist for a trim and she was disappointed I am not resuming my monthly color treatments, but couldn’t find fault with the condition of my hair using eSalon products.
I've been using the custom color and lightening kits for several years and have been consistently happy with the results. I used to go to salons and spend so much money and it never looked right. Finally, I have found a great combination that looks nice and natural and much cheaper! So happy with your products...

I am very happy with this service and product. It is easy to use and flexible if I want to make changes. The product is good and not damaging to my hair. The difference of using a hairdresser and eSalon, it is no time wasted to sit at the hairdresser for hours. Specially if you have a busy life and worry about your grey hair to start showing up, and you don't have time to go to the hairdresser. Try it, it is worth it!
I am very pleased with my esalon color. I initially got Demi permanent but have switched to permanent. The Demi permanent was so pleasant smelling and easy to use. The very first time you get your kit it comes with a applicating brush. Ne sure to save the brush, as you do not get another one. I wasn't sure about my color at first, and it wasn't quite right the first time. I worked with my stylist and now I'm very happy. I love that I get an email the week before my color is set to ship. I also get an email asking how my color turned out. For not actually interacting with a human person I feel like I get very customized service.
I decided to change my previous color to a bit lighter and once again eSalon nailed it. I love this company! And customer service department are wonderful. I do not understand why people spend hundreds of dollars to Hair places when coloring your hair with eSalon products is very easy and so inexpensive. You can color your hair on your time and not a Hair coloring place who charges almost 10 times as much and......with covid who would want to go there anyways.
I worked with the colorist over the phone and described the color I was hoping to get. He took my feedback and produced the PERFECT color! The kit is very well organized and the directions are precise and easy to follow. My husband has become my hair stylist (I do the cutting and he does the color.) Stylist are sometimes hesitant to fill my request because of my age(73)but what I want fits my personality.

I wish I had found this product & service years ago. I just used for the first time, and I’m super impressed with the color match and all the tools and tips to help. I tried eSalon for the first time and I was amazed at how easy it was to cover up may gray hair. I loved the color the first time. As summer was coming to an end I knew I wanted to adjust the color for Fall. I did this with my second order. It was fantastic again. It was so easy to communicate with my color specialist and submit pictures. I am convinced to keep using the products.
I get compliments all the time on the color of my hair. It looks very natural and has subtle highlights. Those drug store hair dyes don't even compare to this esalon color, because it's made specifically for ME!

The automatic delivery makes it super simple to get the same color every time. Plus the esalon team has been great to fine tune my color and schedule as needed.
I wanted to try dying my hair myself at home and it could not have gone better. Everything but a bowl to mix the color was included, but you can mix it in the bottles if you don't want to use a bowl and brush method. Everything was neatly labeled and personalized, with my name on the color and instructions. The color turned out great and even.
Your new formula is absolutely super. The color goes on easier. It covers the finer grey hairs around my forehead and temple better. The color is much more realistic from the get go. The previous formula seemed too dark Initially, until a few washings, but this seems more natural from the onset.
I am truly impressed.
Its was my first time using esalon... I was very impressed from the start of the experience to the end result.. presented in a beautiful box with everything you need, it even had my name on the bottles, nice touch!
It was very simple to use and didn't have that horrible smell.. even the shampoo and conditioner were lovely.

The only thing I would say that im a little disappointed about is that its only been 3 weeks and I've noticed my roots have faded quite considerably, I must say I was rather surprised because after using the colour the end result of the colour was so vibrant.
I also feel my hair became rather tired after 2 weeks and a little porous, was this because of the colour? im not sure.
Over all im still happy the colour was exactly 💯 what I was hoping for.
When I put the color in and was washing it out, I thought my hair felt damaged. I have very tangly hair to begin with, but it felt dry and crisp. Once I used the shampoo and conditioner that came with it, I was sooooo happy. My hair has never felt softer or healthier. It smells amazing, looks amazing, and I love it! I might have to order just the shampoo and conditioner before my next color!

I have used box dyes in the past which don't always cover my bit of grey hair or colour my hair properly, this is my first try with the e salon and I have to say its really great its darkest brown and I love the colour I was a blonde then went to brown with box dyes but always gave my mid length to ends a lighter colour but with this home dye its covered everything nicely it is a bit expensive but its worth it, and my hair feels nice and soft the shampoo and conditioner is lovely smells good, so overall am happy 😊
I’m so happy with my hair color! I was a little nervous at first because I stepped out of my comfort zone, and the color looked a little light, however the after picture of my hair was perfect! Definitely matched my skin tone and was the perfect shade! Thank you! Also has great grey coverage.
Perfect every time. I am a redhead and did not want purple or maroon hair. Have had the same hairdresser for 20+ years but he is in Oklahoma and I now live in Missouri. Don't travel with virus at this time. He gave me my formula which I shared with you and I don't think you could have matched any better...maybe a life time customer and just go to get a cut! Saving money for sure!
