i love my color right now. I like the way my hair seems more healthier with this hair color. Though i dont have any greys i like the chnage in switching my color when i want
I had panicked in when lockdown started as no colour available anywhere. Joined e saloon and received order plus all the things I needed. Was slightly alarmed when I put the colour on I thought it would be very dark but kept to the instructions and it turned out perfectly and blond. I have contacted e salon to tweek colour and await next arrival. Colour stays well and nice and a nice shine. I would say a great home colour comparable to any hair salon.
It was not as hard to apply as I thought it might be, and I got great coverage and color. I was worried there might not be enough color, as I have very thick hair, but there was plenty with even a little left at the end. Can't wait for my next order!
Love the new formula! the color goes on creamier and rinses clean, and does not leave residue! Also love the new shampoo and conditioner samples! will definitely be adding this to my orders!

Great results, comparable to salon or better for a fraction of the price; love the fact that there is no unpleasant smell. Two sets of gloves was a bonus feature. Website is easy to use and manage account. Only complaint would be that management products (shampoo, conditioner, serums) are pricey. I would have ordered more of them if price was more reasonable.
My hair came out way darker than the color I chose. I wanted a pretty copper color and I chose "7.43 Golden Copper" and it came out like a deep red auburn completely different than the color I chose. My hair is SO dark and not what I asked for.

My color is fantastic. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced. I have now used this product three times. The first time the color was too light and I worked with their colorist to get closer to what I wanted. We made small changes and by the third application it was perfect. My hair feels great and each colorist gave me great tips and worked to give me the exact color I was expecting. Fantastic company and great product!
I normally go to a salon once a month. With all that is going on these days, the salon is no longer an option. This product matches exactly to salon products of the past. Love the color, love the shine, hair is extremely healthy. My hair has grown at least 4 inches since March.

I actually think this is the best colour I've ever had. I used to pay £90 in a salon for a simple colour and blow dry. Now I do it myself and everyone compliments it.
I've been coloring my hair at home for years using different manufactures and I disliked the "let's see what color it is this time surprise!". I've used esalon twice and so far I'm happy with the results. Not too dark & no brassiness. Girlfriends unsolicited complimented me on color. I did extend the time on roots an additional 10 minutes the 2nd time around.
I've just tried E salon home colour for the first time and I am really impressed. The colour is just what I wanted, medium blonde and it looks so natural. I've had loads of comments.
This was my second order. After the first one, I requested an adjustment to the color, and they got it exactly right! Easy to use, covers gray well. Very pleased!

I am astounded with the quality of the hair color, the health of my hair in the aftermath, and the excitement I feel with my next shipment in the future. I don't think I will ever go back to a salon experience (for hair dye) EVER. :) I had a blast with this, and spent the time waiting for my color to set pampering myself. I look forward to a future with you all :)
I painted my head with this paint two weeks ago. I wash my head every day, sometimes every other day. At the same time, I am still delighted with the paint! Hair is healthy, shiny ... The dyeing process is easy: everything you need was already in the box, the dye smells, but quite restrained! Many thanks to the esalon team for their professionalism!
I liked the process to get my colour right - and it was - almost 100% the first time, and was a full 100% the second time. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow, with all the equipment required supplied - even shampoo and conditioner. I was very happy with this product.
I am very happy with my product. Truly salon quality, impeccable color, excellent gray coverage, impressive staff. When my order got lost in the USPS shuffle in July, they sent me a replacement package at no charge. I was quite touched. Very content with the company. Highly recommended!

I’ve gone to the salon for years and have had quite a few hit n miss experiences with my colour results. This kit however, gives surprisingly professional results. It’s easy to use, the instructions are foolproof, e-salon have thought of everything and made it all very simple to follow with minimum mess and everything you need is in the box so you’re not fumbling around for that extra pair of gloves for example at the last minute. I was tempted to return to the salon for my colour but this service gives a better result so I might just stick with this!
I have been coloring at home due to Covid. I have been impressed with how much easier it is with esalon as opposed to “drug store” brands. Their team has adjusted my color as I preferred. Would recommend!
This time 2 pairs of gloves were included which made the application and final step of lathering in the shower cleaner. I had only received one pair so this is a good addition. I am still loving the color after the adjustment to go a bit lighter. The kit also arrived as scheduled. I was a bit worried since I was almost out of dye on the last section, so maybe adding a bit more would be good. I was able to finish with a good result.
This is an amazing product. I was easily dropping $175 at the salon and my hair feels the same! I love that it isn’t like box dye. I hate how my hair feels and looks after boxed stuff.
Easy to use and the color was exactly as promised. I refreshed old color with highlights and needed to use a colorfill first since I was going from medium brown (my natural color) with blonde highlights to dark brown. eSalon was so helpful and walked me through all of the steps. It came out perfectly.

Love this company, Always had my hair colored by a salon. BIG money, obviously. Once COVID19 came, I needed to do it myself. I found this company on line, and have been using their color since. Will not go back to a salon to have it done again, It's easy to do. Definitely nailed my color.
I'm glad I found eSalon. It was great when salons were closed during the pandemic and is an outstanding alternative for those not comfortable going to salons right now. You have access to a colorist online and it is easy to order. The kit has everything you need to apply the color, the directions are clearly written, and the quality of the color is excellent.
second set was perfect grey coverage. It lasted almost 6 weeks. Very happy with not having to go to the store or salon to get the color and coverage I want.
The color is perfect and it seems to be lasting a long time. I haven't had to use the root concealer yet. Directions were very clear and product was easy to apply. So far I'd rate it an A+.
I was given outstanding support from staff on the color I wanted. After dying my hair...& I did give it the maximum time allowed to color. Some stubborn grays ...are just that...STUBBORN!! I'm ordering a darker color. Hopefully that will help?!
This was the closest I've been to my original hair color in forever. I loved the outcome, even being my first color from ESalon, i had the best outcome w the very first kit. ( i didn't use the color kit till like 2 wks after i got it, so I'm a lil behind your guys schedule, sorry.)

I was very impressed! it was very simple to use, the instructions were very easy to read. If you're a person that is used to doing your hair color at home.. this fits right into your busy schedule. The color came out very evenly and shiny. It's actually pretty phenomenal for at home hair color. I'm definitely a customer for life, no more trips to the drug store 4 me!

Even without a photo, you managed to "nail it" on the color you sent. I looked exactly like the previous color I was using, but it seems so much easier and richer and it has NOT faded yet. I am very pleased at how it covers the grey at the hairline. Those never seemed to get good color and began to show within 2 weeks. They are not grey yet and I am very happy about that! This latest color blend is exactly what I hoped for as I am transitioning from a 'hotter' red to more copper gold blonde. This is not any traditional color from a box! It is really good with my skin color and looks like it was what I have naturally. That is where I am right now...I want it to be believable.
Some day though...the cobalt blue and turquoise will be me...but not right now.

I was a bit nervous which is why it took me a few weeks to even do my hair. Once I did, I was surprised with the process and how my hair came out beautifully. The color was well blended and I’m extremely happy I decided to take that leap.

I went into this with hesitation after reading the reviews. I just finished blow drying my hair, and I can't believe how great it looks. No brassy tints, best hair color I have ever done! I followed the directions and it was super easy, plus you get to "clean" your shower walls as a bonus lol. Very happy with my results!!
