I love the product, the color matching selection/support, the straightforward ordering process, the reasonable product cost, and the ease of color application with the best of all: A fantastic outcome! It’s so easy to message your hair colorist about what adjustments you’d like to get done to your hair dye. I also love the convenience of having my bottles shipped to me every two weeks. The product itself is nicely packaged and the hair dye doesn’t have a heavy chemical smell like the ones I’ve used before. Overall I love esalon, and I highly recommend everyone to to get their custom hair dye through Esalon.

I have never coloured my own hair but with lock down I gave in as I had grey hair I asked my hairdresser who is a friend and she advised me what my colour was as I was not going to order a box of colour and gamble ! So got in touch with esalon and ordered as my details and photo sent. It all arrived and hubby had the job of colouring ! It was exactly the same colour he blended the roots as best as he could and you would never have known it was home done. I am so pleased I am just about to place another order and I don’t know if I am going to pay all that much again to the hairdresser. I am so pleased as I am working and I was relieved I have not botched my colour. Five stars for service and the personal touch packing. Thank you

Contrairement à une couleur achetée dans le commerce on obtient de vrais conseils personnalisés et une couleur qui correspond vraiment. Après quelques échecs chez le coiffeur, je préfère à présent passer par Esalon qui me garantit un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande vivement.

I've received many compliments on the auburn tones. The colorists have been patient and helpful in tweaking the formula in my quest for for reddish brown color that covers gray and doesn't fade too quickly.

I’m very glad that I found a “solution” to my hair care dilemma during the past year. This color is Wonderful. The adjustment was perfect. The team is responsive and I love the fact that the color isn't harsh on my hair. My hair feels and looks healthy. And my grays are covered.

The experience of opening my first package was great. There is so much thought into it. The application was as easy as anything else but most of all I am shocked at how good it looks a month and a half later. I’ve never had color that kept my hair this shiny!

I have colored my hair since I was 18 now at 48 going on 49 was looking for a better brand then on market as those tend to dry my hair. I am very elated in the custom color which I have not found on the market and the adjustments that can be made. These products do not leave my hair dry and I love the conditioner that comes with it. Thank you eSalon for making myself and boyfriend happy.

This was the first time I have ever colored my hair, so I was a little nervous about doing it. The process was very simple and the result is amazing! I love the color and it completely covered the gray I was starting to get. While I may go a little lighter with the color next time, I will definitely use this product again!!

I sent some pics of what I was hoping to achieve. I was a little scared when the dye was going on dark and I'd requested a lighter colour but it's turned out lighter and better than I could've hoped for! I love these products! The packaging is lovely and my hair always looks fab, thank you!!! 💝

This is the best shade I've ever had, by a professional of self-application. Strangers compliment me frequently and I agree with them. I have long, thick hair- after coloring my hair looks shinier and healthier than ever. I've given the "eSalon" site out a half dozen times with people actually writing it down. I'm a red head and very fussy about the shade as reds have such different results than the other colors. This shade is perfect. And I love saving a couple hundred bucks doing my own color. I give this product an A+, at least for my shade!

It was a little dark at first, but I ask for them to adjust, can't wait to see the new color. Very easy to use, and I have gotten so many compliments. I highly recommend. My current picture is me, using their color.

Well I looked for ages at this site after having hairdressers dye my hair for years. I moved location and found that they wanted £145 to cut and dye my hair. So I decided to give e-Salon a go because of their prices and of course lockdown. I’m absolutely delighted. The colour went on very well and my hair feels so much better. It’s got true staying power and I have to say it’s lasting longer than if I get my hair coloured professionally. Love it

I was a bit skeptical at first given that I have been spending a fortune and been having my hair coloured at a salon for so long now that because of lockdown I decided to try esalon. I have to say I love the colour, the flexibility with ordering, the condition of my hair, coverage etc. so much so that I have decided to continue colouring my hair myself. It’s both convenient for me and also a lot lot lot cheaper.

I,ve used eSalon hair colour twice now and have been really pleased with the results. The first time my daughter applied the colour, as previously i,ve always gone to a hair salon. I was very nervous but it turned out just as good as my expensive visits to a salon. The second time I applied the colour myself, which was a bit fiddly, but i took my time and again turned out great. I will definately be ordering again.

What a great service. From ordering to delivery this company has left no stone unturned in the hair care department. Or should I say got to the root of the problem! Colour box and instructions come personalised. The detail in the step by step guide to putting on your own colour is so helpful. I have salon style hair! Honestly first class service. Colour is perfect! They get it right each time

I was so amazed when i used it all of my grey hairs covered and my hair was soft and shiny. I used all kinds of hair colour even henna but not covered all the grey hair and after a week u can see the grey hair again but when i used esalon colours i cant see any grey hair after i coloured it. Definitely i will order again.

I really liked the color and the fact that a color stylist is assigned to create your color,,,makes it a personal experience. Love the quality of the product however my edges Grey and I didn't get the coverage I was looking for. Highly recommend this product!!!

I have to say I was a little hesitant. I received my color kit and thought it may be like a store bought item. I applied with easy to use instructions. Plus it comes with everything you need. I honestly felt like I had just stepped out of the salon. I was getting my hair professionally done and it’s not cheap. This left my hair exactly the way I wanted and not feeling damaged at all. Plus it covered all my grays. I can’t wait for next re touch up. Best part is I can have my color specialist answer any questions. I have already recommended it!

Fantastic packaging, even 2 pair of gloves to have a second pair for rinse. High quality of the products, leaves your hair smooth and looking healthy. Colorist discussion, by phone, over the color choice was essential, and I got perfect color, just what I wanted. Really impressed.

Thank you so much for a really good experience - I felt the consultation process was straightforward. I was slightly nervous using the colour for the first time, and I was slightly freaking as it looked brick red, but it developed into a really lovely, rich colour and the texture of my hair is also terrific. Very straightforward instructions, I am a complete convert, especially whilst salons are closed. Very much appreciated.

Been going to a professional for decades. Now retired I could not afford the $150 for a lengthy hair color. This product covered my gray and matched my hair color perfectly. My daughter applied it for me and made for a fun evening. Love it!
