Thanks for the esalon colour service .It is a much better way rather than going to get a box from the supermarket and not really having much choice.

I am 100% satisfied with my color. The colorist suggested going only one shade darker instead of two and it was the perfect adjustment. The kit recommended coloring roots first which completely covered my grays. Then I blended the color out to my ends which created a very natural look. Multidimensional color. Im very pleased!

First time attempting dying my own hair so was very nervous. But the instructions and the progressional products made it very easy. I am so thrilled with the end result too. Natural looking colour, blended brilliantly into my own hair colour and covered all the greys. Feels really soft and shiny. Absolutely thrilled to bits and feel ready to face the world agin. Thankyou

I wasn’t really sure before I tried the hair colour from eSalon, fortunately I’m so glad after my first colour, it covered my roots fully which was my main concern. Although it was bit darker than the colour I normally use but can’t complain after seeing the result. The packaging was so lush and instructions are easy to understand. I wanted a new color and changed it to a beautiful medium brown with mahogany. It is such a pleasure to work with the colorist. I knew what I wanted but was having trouble explaining it to them, so I found a picture of what I was looking for and it helped with our communication. They are so helpful. I received my color right after the big Texas Thaw, so I had my husband color it today. I am always so thrilled at how easy it is for him to color my hair following the directions. It’s a beautiful color and my hair is healthy. I am so thankful for the fact that esalon does exactly what it says it will do. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and custom color.

I was a little nervous wondering what the results would be like. But I needn’t have been. The colour was just perfect. Better than I could ever have imagined. Can’t wait to use it again.
After spending sooo much on salon coloring used box color and was never happy. I saw esalon and decided to give it a try. Well I was pleasantly surprised. The color was beautiful the colorist really listens. I have Andrea and I am currently working on changing up the color a bit. She is fantastic and doesn't ever do anything drastic. I can't imagine ever going back to the salon for color again. Esalon is the best. And the color rinses are great too. I just ordered the hair silk treatment and can't wait to use it. I have total confidence in esalon and believe ill be a happy customer until I decide to go completely natural grey. But I'm sure I can even get a color for that as well...

First lockdown I made the mistake of using box dye which dried my hair out so much I had to cut off alot more than I wanted at my last hairdresser visit.
As I haven't had my hair coloured since end of November I had to try something else and I am so glad i found eSalon. Easy to complete customer hair colour survey and not disappointed after my first use. Greys covered perfectly, colour is exactly what I wanted and my hair feels amazing! just like when I have been to the hairdressers for my colour
I went for light brown ash and it's perfect. Upon application the dye goes on very dark, almost black which made me panic slightly but when washing off after 30 min the colour is a lovely brown with no hints of red. Just what I wanted.
Thank you eSalon I can go grey free and know I wont be runing my hair!
I am so so pleased to have found this system! So easy to set up and I loved the details they look for so that they can personalise my colour. Easy to upload photos too. I was contacted prior to receiving my colour to check some colour details. My colour is great and it definitely feels salon quality.
My only 1 slight niggle, for which I have knocked off 1 star for is the excess packaging. It's simply not needed and I really didn't get the point of being sent a sticker to put on my instructions which says 'Just for you', when the instructions are already personalised with my name on. You could make a huge impact on packaging savings by cutting it down, I counted 5 bits of cardboard/plastic that could be completely avoided.
Otherwise, I won't be going anywhere else from now on! Thank you!
I've been using drugstore box hair color for years. Last year I had a serious color correction done in the hair salon which costed me a lots of money and also left my hair in a bad shape. Recently discovered Esalon and decided to give it a try. After first coloring I was pleasantly surprised. Haircolor didn't hurt my scalp and the color was nice. I am going to continue using it. It's definitely worth it.

Because of covid and not able to go to salon I didnt want to buy bog standard box dyes from the supermarket as I've spent alot of money on getting my hair colour to be the way it is and didnt want to risk ruining my hair. I really liked using my custom colour set. The colour was customised for me by my colourist, and it was spot on! The product itself is very effective on my hair yet, gentle. The shampoo and conditioner supplied with my set left my hair cleansed and smooth. It 110% Worked for me and the instructions are great. Easy to follow and fool proof. It made colouring my hair a pleasure! Everything is thought of in great detail right down to the satin cover to prevent staining of your skin while colouring your hair. The box is well presented and personalised, which is a lovely incentive!
I have bleached my hair since I was 11 years old. Now, in my sixties,it was frying my hair. Your colorist chose a much better color,and for the first time in 2 years it came out with no damage. My husband even noticed,which if that happens girls,you know it looks good

Since lockdown I cannot go to Canada to my beloved hairdresser. He gave me my formula which you created so well, and I gained confidence coloring my own hair with your excellent videos. I had never done my own color before Covid, and was scared because I didn't have a clue how to do it. I didn't want to ruin my hair which is thin and has a lot of grey. I am in my early 50's. I was really relieved when my hair turned well. So I set up auto reorder and have been doing my own for 9 months now. The color is excellent and looks natural. My hair feels healthy. I can do it myself, but it does really help that I have a mirror set up to see behind my head. It would be even easier with a friend/husband to help with the back. I find the Esalon website and ordering to be very user friendly and awesome. It's super easy to do everything like change the date of my deliveries.

i wondered if this would be any better than the over the counter ones, but its far superior. And the colour lasts much longer too. Its great to have a contact at eSalon too for any queries or questions. I was a little nervous but definitely worth trying. I will definitely be using again and will try the highlights next... maybe never need expensive hairdressers again... worth trying.

I have been trying desperately to find a subtle auburn shade that says red head, but doesn’t scream it. I’ve been just about every color on the spectrum over the years. I may not be a true redhead, but it’s my attitude for sure. I’ve had lots of compliments to date. My hair doesn’t feel like plastic and my scalp is not irritated.

Hair smells so nice. First time using it.. normally i dye my hair every 2 weeks to cover greys.. hoping this lasts longer. But good coverage. Will definitely use them monthly.
Instructions were very clear and easy to follow, the colour came out so well along with the shampoo and conditioner making my hair silky-smooth and shiny. Would definitely recomend.
This color turned out beautifully! I wasn’t sure if I was ready to move on from the blonde so I waited a bit to dye my hair. I’m glad I took the leap, beautiful tones and the color works so much better with my skin tone. Colorist did an excellent job with my color!

I described the colour I wanted for my mom, listed the colour I used before and then sent a photo of my mom with the colour I was looking for and you nailed it right out of the gate. She’s thrilled (she’s 84!) and my dad loves it and I shall tell everyone!

Received my colour more than a month ago, but due to home schooling I finally got round to applying the colour yesterday. The process was straight forward and easy to follow and within less than an hour it was complete.
I'm am very pleased with my colour my hair feels in a good shiny condition and my previous blonde has now been toned down to a lovely warm beige blonde, it looks much nicer

This is the first time that I have coloured my hair at home so I was a little nervous as to how it would turn out. The whole process of choosing and ordering a colour was really straightforward on the website and it was rather exciting when the box arrived with my name on the bottles! It was a bit of a faff doing the back of my shoulder length hair but the instructions were really clear and I know it will get easier with practise. I am so pleased with the strawberry blonde colour as it looks so natural and I like having the reassurance that I can ask for advice and will get an answer fairly quickly. I will definitely be sticking with my new colour and esalon for the foreseeable future.
The pandemic drove me to color at home, though I had occasionally tried box color with little success over decades of hair coloring. ESalon gave me the same and very often better results than some pricey NYC salons, that I had to visit monthly. The professional advice and tweaks to my color by the ESalon stylists made it hard to believe that they weren’t actually standing over my shoulder! The results are shiny and healthy-and natural.

I’ve been very pleased with my custom color. My initial color was a bit dark so I requested a shade lighter and it’s perfect! It’s easy to apply, covers my gray well. I highly recommend.

great product lovely sheen on hair coverage was great

The colour dye is great my hair didnt dry out delighted with customer service
I absolutely loved my color this time it’s not too dark and not too light And I love that it doesn’t have a strong odor and it does not make my scalp itch I will be sticking to this color and brand forever

This process was so easy, from filling out questionnaire online, expressing my concerns to a color specialist and receiving the product. The instructions included were very helpful and helped make the process a little less stressful. It has been about a month since I have colored my hair, the color is still vibrant, the gray's are not showing. This is everything I hoped for!

So ... more than I would normally spend to do my roots BUT the colour is perfect, my hair feels great and the coverage on my grey is really good - better than the brand I normally use. I like the fact that it’s really well packaged, easy to follow instructions and decent quality pairs of gloves. All in all impressed.
