They are absolutely wonderful - you can feel the care and love they put into their work. the colour I requested matched exactly. An amazing beautiful brown. Very easy to apply, my hair type did not resist it all which is just great! It comes with everything, instructions, dye removing when you get too excited and get a few finger prints on your ears. 100/100 in customer service and product - I will definitely order again.

Well to be honest I have use eSalon for years I have my lifetime long friend come over for the weekend and it’s her get away from life and we have a party. Sadly to say her husband contracted COVID-19 and now she has no more weekends to share so I’m doing it myself. Turned out good even if I do say so myself color one day lighting the next. Great product!!!

I have colored my hair at home for 30 years...sometimes great results and sometimes not. I wanted consistency and expert mixing so the color would be the same every time. E-Salon did a great job for me. I am happy with the color. But what surprised me is how light and soft my hair is. I always condition after coloring so of course, I used the conditioner included in the box. My hair is usually a bit weighted-down by conditioner and gets greasy looking very soon....like the next day. I am so pleased with the feel of my hair and it is fluffy. YAY!

Tried this colour for the 1st time and was so impressed, when I ordered the colour I thought I needed, i also sent a photo, I then got an email from eSalon to say they thought I should have a different colour and if I was not happy with it they would send me a darker colour at no extra cost to me, but they were spot on, the colour is lovely and I have had my hair coloured at a salon every 5 weeks for the last 26 years but not anymore.

When I visit hairdressers they will gladly make recommendations about a new cut but they always say, “your color is great, let’s leave that alone”. They never have recommendations for color change and they are complimentary about my hair condition! Then I tell them all my color is under the care of esalon and they are surprised and impressed.

I called and talked with your talented colorists about covering my grays better without using permanent hair coloring. The colorist asked me questions and listened to my concerns. I never colour my own hair but glad I gave this product a try. Hair has kept its colour . I am amazed and very satisfied. Now I need to try the streaks. I cannot believe I am going to try STREAKS.
I have never loved my hair colour more than the colours I have received from eSalon. The colour is bang on and the whole kit leaves your hair in gorgeous condition. On top of that the customer service is beyond any other company I've ever dealt with. The support and the colourists are all brilliant!
Really happy with my esalon colour. Once you spend the time in the beginning to be happy with the colour chosen it works like a professional salon experience.
I was looking for a professional colour to cover my silver blonde. I wanted a warmer, natural colour with tones and highlights to make it look super natural. I followed the instructions to the letter and got a perfect result. About a week later I added my own additional highlights with my cap and got the result I would expect from my own awesome colourist. Highly recommend 👌
I was really nervous I had so much grey 😬 I left for 45 minutes and the colour was fantastic no pain no discomfort product is great. The grey was covered fab product.

I ordered a mediun blonde custom kit and it came out beautiful. I had a dark brown root and regrowth with previously colored blonde ends..the kit blended the color seamlessly despite the regrowth. A tad warm for my liking but I will add a toning mask and never go to the salon again. The dimension is just amazing.

Wow, I have never coloured my hair at home before - after always having friends who owned salons, I never had the need. But after moving to a different country and being stuck at home due to the pandemic, I decided to give eSalon a go. With a little help from my boyfriend, we got my long locks coloured last night - I am soo impressed with the results. I hadn't had my hair coloured since July 2019, so my highlights had grown out to past my mid-lengths, and my (very dark) natural hair was washing me out something shocking. My colour arrived within 3 days with easy to follow instructions and also a free bottle of developer and colour was included after the colourist reviewed my profile and saw how much hair I have! Thanks eSalon for the great product and service. Can't wait to make my hair even lighter with your products soon!
I was very wary to use as I’m always happier in the salon, but this is amazing. Light brown Demi colour for root touch up. Easy to apply, and results are awesome. Blended in great and highlights in tact. Brilliant and so glad I used it.

I have never dyed my hair... so was somewhat apprehensive- however the instructions were simple easy to follow and the videos were very good too.
It turned out fantastic. Love it will be looking forward to next one
I will never go back to the boxed color from the big box store. I have had really good success over the last 25 years doing my own color, but you have shown me the light. This color didn't need any toner to remove the brass and covered my grey (40 to 50%) completely. It was perfect as is. No line of demarcation between this color and the ones from the past. Considering that the process from your product is completely different from anything I've ever used, I have to admit that I was skeptical. No more. This product will be my new coloring system from now on...

Why did I never think of this before I paid an absolute fortune in a salon . This is my colour I love it fab on the greys and was not disappointed either, I'm staying with this .
So glad I found you. I just wanted a color golden brown like my hair was when I was younger. But to cover the grays, I could never find the right color. They were either tooo light, or tooo dark. You mixed the color to perfection. I cant afford to have my hair professionally done. I Love you guys :))

Absolutley delighted with my colour. Having used home colouring kits for a few years I was always aware of how block the colour looked for a few days after colouring. With this product .. I didn't feel this and was pleased with it from day one. I'd definitely recommend!
I love going to the hairdressers but like everyone else had to find another way of colouring my greys during lockdown, I liked this product so much that i decided to give it a go for a second time & I'm now waiting on my second order arriving, the communication from the colourist before hand was brilliant & ensured I received the correct colour which suited me best, I was impressed with the contents within the box, I would highly recommend using esalon.

This is the best hair color I have ever tried and I have used at least 7 or 8 brands. The color covers ALL the gray! And it does not wash out like drug store 'permanent' brands. The shampoo amd conditioner are awesome. My hair felt so soft. I love it!.

I have been colouring my hair for many, many years and this was the best I've ever used. I was concerned about the price but it's worth it and also it covers my grey for longer than shop bought dye so it doesn't work out that much more pricey anyway. I love that I can easily adjust when I need my next kit sent and I've just requested to go a little lighter with just one click. The kit is so good when it arrives. Very professional.

I love everything in the box 🎁 to the point of sharing it on Facebook immediately upon opening; it's like Christmas 🎄 morning. Everything has been so easy to use with absolutely NO horrible chemical smells that you get with drugstore dyes. The colors have been fantastic fantastic fantastic! The brown has been perfected for me; multiple adjustments, no harm to my hair while getting to my desired results AND absolutely no feel of hate or annoyance with my Color Stylist each & every time I wanted it adjusted 🤗. Very sceptical when I purchased this few weeks ago but can honestly say I’m super impressed with the colour and coverage it has given!
Really easy application and has 100% covered all my greys
So had my first order come to me, gorgeous little box and beautifully presented! Put it on as per the instructions, however it wasn’t quite right. It wasn’t as bright as I had thought. Doh! Sent a message to the e-salon with my query and pictures. They sent out free of charge a new updated colour. Omg it’s stunning! Exactly what I’d hoped for, and it shimmers in the light, super soft to the touch AND looks healthy. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you!

I have never colored my hair before and was super nervous to do so. I'm 45 and I have greys coming in and I noticed it making my hair look dull. For about the past 5 years, I have been asking every stylist that cuts my hair if they can match my color. They ALL said no but that they could put highlights in to blend the greys away. Every single one of them suggested highlights. I don't want highlights. I want my hair to be its natural color. Enter eSalon. I decided to give it a chance and wow. I loved it. Like, I LOVED IT!!! I am so in love with my hair. I look about 5 years younger and this color won't quit. I'm a redhead and they blew my mind with the color match. I can't say enough about eSalon. It’s so easy to message your hair colorist about what adjustments you’d like to get done to your hair dye. I also love the convenience of having my bottles shipped to me every two weeks. The product itself is nicely packaged and the hair dye doesn’t have a heavy chemical smell like the ones I’ve used before. Overall I love esalon, and I highly recommend everyone to to get their custom hair dye through Esalon.

I have never coloured my own hair but with lock down I gave in as I had grey hair I asked my hairdresser who is a friend and she advised me what my colour was as I was not going to order a box of colour and gamble ! So got in touch with esalon and ordered as my details and photo sent. It all arrived and hubby had the job of colouring ! It was exactly the same colour he blended the roots as best as he could and you would never have known it was home done. I am so pleased I am just about to place another order and I don’t know if I am going to pay all that much again to the hairdresser. I am so pleased as I am working and I was relieved I have not botched my colour. Five stars for service and the personal touch packing. Thank you

I've received many compliments on the auburn tones. The colorists have been patient and helpful in tweaking the formula in my quest for for reddish brown color that covers gray and doesn't fade too quickly.

I’m very glad that I found a “solution” to my hair care dilemma during the past year.
