The color was exactly what they said it would be! I have very hard to color grey.... I've tried sooo many over the counter colors and they either didn't cover, as advertised, or they faded really fast. I also tried salons and they were expensive or just didn't do what I wanted. This turned out natural looking, not metallic looking, but natural, and covered everything! It's not expensive and does a great job! Thank you!

I am very happy with my custom colour set. The colour turned out beautifully and my hair feels soft and luxurious. The instructions and videos were clear and concise and easy to follow.
This has changed how I colour my hair, looks salon done lovely high and lowlights. Fantastic customer service you can alter deals or colours and you have personal colourist who keeps in touch. 10 /10
I have been very happy overall with my custom color sets. Colorists listen to feedback, concerns, and adjust formula accordingly.
Packaging is nice, though quite a bit of waste. Comes with everything needed, including clear, concise instructions.
A huge improvement over typical box dye, with all of the convenience and cost savings.

Very impressed with the all over even colour. The stylist advice was spot on. Easy to use and great product all round. Very happy with my new colour.
I asked my colorist to adjust my color because with my white hair my color tends to fade rapidly. My colorist responded with a darker shade with which to color my roots. It was perfect. I love it.

My hair is dark brown with blonde balayage. I needed to cover grey in my roots and stick to my natural color. It covered the grey completely and the color was perfect. My hair felt healthy and was so shiny after. Also the packaging is the cutest.

I decided to try e-salon due to covid . Normally I go to a salon to get my hair dyed, and I have been managing using root touch up box dyes that are harsh on my scalp. I was delighted with the parcel that arrived, and even though I was nervous about trying the product, the instructions were easy to follow and I am delighted with the result. I would encourage anyone to try it.
I'm 54 years old and have my share of grays. During the early days of the pandemic when salons in my area were closed, I resorted to drug store color which was just okay. Even after the salons opened up, I was not totally comfortable going so decided to give eSalon a try. I've used it 4-5 times now and could not be more pleased. It blows the drug store color away. The results I am getting are equal to if not better than what I was getting at a high end salon. I love being able to do this at home, on my schedule, and save money to boot! Never ever going back to the salon! Thank you eSalon!

First time I’ve ever colour my hair home ! I will certainly be doing it again , easy to use and excellent results
I was using a color for many years which was very similar to my natural red. This color was discontinued last year. Since that time, I have had many color mishaps trying various colors. Even tried another online service and ended up with purple tones instead of auburn. Love eSalon color, it was exactly what I was going for and looks like my natural color. Tried this product after seeing it advertised on Instagram. I didn’t want to start going to salon to dye my hair to cover greys as I just wanted something as close to my natural colour as I could get it. The colour matches great. Felt my hair looked a lot shinier in comparison to using standard box dies. I will definitely be keeping up with my subscription.
I was so surprised and pleased by the professional quality of this product. Also the contact your colorist maintains through email to make sure you are happy or just checking to see if you need any special improvement with your color...such as more gray coverage !!!! COMPLETELY AMAZED !!!! The shampoo and conditioner they send you with your first purchase is awesome !!!! I will not go back to a drugstore brand. Definitely less expensive than the salon and easy to use...LASTING POWER !!!! Hey... my boyfriend dyed his first head...MINE !!! That's how easy it was !!!!

I had two colours, one for the roots and one for the rest of my hair. I can honestly say it came out like I had been to the hairdressers only my hair don't feel dry and feels nourished. Would highly recommend.
The color I received was chosen by the hair colorist and not by me. I followed all the simple directions and just loved the color selected for me! My hair was soft and manageable and smells great! Will use again.

I was born a redhead and as I reached 60 my hair turned blonde. Although it was pretty, I have longed for the red color back. It took a few tries but they have finally come up with my forever color. The eSalon colorists worked with me and adjusted the color for free until I was satisfied. It's beautiful and I LOVE IT! Thank you eSalon for doing the impossible!

Having used lots of different home colouring before I was pleasantly surprised with e-salon. Not only do the tutorials help amazingly ... the colour and condition of my hair since I have used it has been great. Slightly darker than I would usually go it’s been a real success - even hiding those pesky strands of glitter!
The additional color got rid of those “burgundy” hues found in light auburn mixes by Clairil and added in a nice copper mahogany. My hair looks more natural!

The formula is great! The coverage is good , it smells very strong though. It left my hair very soft and I really wanted to love it. My issue was my color. I wanted to go lighter, and the colorist recommended slowly lightening and starting out with a lightning shampoo. She explained everything very well but I was very clear that I didn’t want the same color I wanted to go lighter and the colorist was insistent that my color that was going to be sent was going to be the same as my hair at the time but I could gradually lighten with the shampoo. I decided to trust her I followed her instructions my roots came out The same color as the rest of my head, I didn’t get upset because I hadn’t finished her instructions. I Used my lightning shampoo almost twice a week and it did lighten to a really nice color the color I wanted. The next box comes in and I applied it only to my roots as per the instructions and my roots looked black after washing my hair . SO disappointing now I have to start all over . Almost 30$ just for roots , that’s not in my budget .

I usually mix my own colors from Sally Beauty and am really experienced in coloring my own hair, so trying eSalon was a big deal. I figured I'd spend way more money to get the same results I get myself.
Boy was I wrong! I usually get compliments on my signature red to copper color, but ever since using eSalon, I can color my hair less & less often and continue getting compliments even as the color fades. Because unlike mixing your own or drugstore colors, eSalon has real staying power, is perfectly created to get your roots & lengths looking professional, and is MUCH easier to do than mixing yourself!
Even better is the healthy condition it leaves your hair in! Even with Sally, I'd need several bottles of liquid color and a lot of developer to fully saturate my hair (it's very thick/wavy). And drugstore brands? Ha! I'd need 2 or 3 boxes!
I'm shocked at how much color you get in eSalon's kits! I actually have unused product when I'm done!
I've requested crazy tweaks to my "Copper" (normally a difficult color to hold) and they always get it right! I've slacked on my color during the pandemic (it's been months & my dark roots with random white hairs are a few inches long) but FINALLY got my first cut in 17 months 2 weeks ago.
My hairdressers fawned over my (months overdue) hair color, thought it was natural, and demanded to know what I was using!
ESalon is the best coloring system I've ever used. And their add-ons are awesome, too. I'm 40 now, but have been coloring my hair since I was 13 years old. I've done all the colors & tried all the brands. Including salon color.
ESalon wins in all categories. Hands down, you WON'T regret trying it!

I’d read the positive reviews but the end result was so much better than I’d hoped.
I ordered and paid for a colour for just my roots. However I was also sent (completely free) a specially mixed colour to blend and refresh my tired ends.
There was lots more in the pretty box that arrived in the post. Free sachets of shampoo and conditioner - these added a real softness and shine to my hair - a free application brush, 2 sets of gloves and even a sticker to pin up the easy to follow instructions to the bathroom door while I mixed and applied my colour.
I’ve had so many positive comments from colleagues at work. The colour is definitely very different from off the shelf hair dye. The effect is as good if not better than when I’ve had it coloured in the salon.
OMG I LOVE this color!! The product itself is so easy to use with everything I needed. But the color is to-die-for!! No joke. I've been playing with color my entire adult life, and I think this is IT! The color is not only gorgeous but seems to bring out lovely highlights too! Thank eSalon!

Just about to place my second order
Ordered my colour online after seeing an add on Facebook. Order arrived, colour was mixed perfectly, easy to apply and just ordered another one and changed the colour slightly to add a bit more warmth for the summer months. I had uploaded a picture so I was really pleased that the colour I wanted was really perfect,and had a lovely shine off it.
I have had a chance to truly “live” with my color. I can not believe how long it lasts and how wonderfully it covers my gray. I’m so happy with my new hair product. Oh, and all the complements are awesome.

I must admit I was quite surprised by how far above your usual high street colour this actually is. I ordered a dark copper colour and it has fabulous caramel tones in it that make it look professionally coloured. It has so much more depth than the box dyes I have tried in the past. It is also much more effective at colouring greys.
Well worth the money!

Love my custom colour far better than any box dye.
I color my hair...a lot. This is 100%, hands down, no contest the best hair color I’ve ever used...including my $200 salon color!! I am ALL IN!!! My online stylist NAILED my color objective...better than the color I got IN PERSON at the salon! The kit was so organized and easy. I loved that I got a root color and an ends color ( gray hair..nuff said). It turned out PERFECT! I literally wouldn’t change one single thing. Obsessed. I’m M.R. For LIFE!!

I love the ease of this system! My color is beautiful.
I went to my stylist for the first time in 18 months for a hair cut. She was so pleased with how my hair felt and how beautiful the color was!
I am so happy that she wasn’t offended! She has been doing my hair for over 10 years!
I am no stranger to salons and home dye kits. This lot has the benefit of both all rolled into one! It was fun, affordable, and a overall great product! Contemplating never going back to a salon!

I was a firm believer that a salon is the only way to color your hair. I've been coloring my hair for 20+ years. Thought I'd give esalon a chance - cause saving $100+ every 8 weeks during a pandemic was appealing. So glad I did - It was super easy, their directions make it all so user friendly! I have been a salon ride-or-die gal since I was 15, but a recent move brought me to a new place new stylist - with that, I decided to see if I could do my color at home (without the box color nightmare). E Salon is IT. My hair responds well to the color (my hair does some odd things with color sometimes), the color provides good gray coverage, and the E Salon stylists are great to follow up and tweak the color formula, as needed. Excellent experience - my new go to.

I was so delighted to receive my first order. The personalization and packaging was so delightful and a great experience.
I have coily natural hair and was nervous to try any type of chemical processing but the grays were poking through and I couldn't take it anymore. The kit was well packaged with everything I needed, instructions were easy to follow, and best of all, the gray coverage was excellent and my hair came out looking shiny and smelly yummy. It didn't mess with my curl pattern at all and I felt like the color was a good match and looks really natural.
