Hubby did my hair came out little more red than expecting BUT before I knew it it was beautiful after a 2 day wait the color was bEAUTIFULit , it’s my color and I’m keeping with them. I’m on vacation with the hair color delivered 2 weeks ago, but no time to color so with the dye job from 12 weeks ago, I still look color is so close to perfect with my eyes and skin tone that it enhancess my grey hair beautifully! I have never had a more natural looking color, or a hair color kit, that left my hair actually feeling healthier than before coloring. The color is perfect, and everyone asks "That's your natural hair color, isn't it?". My reply? "It was when I was 30. I've gone almost completely grey now, but eSalon actually managed to formulate my exact haircolor and cover my greys!" I recommend eSalon to everyone who asks. And the customer service can't be beat! The whole process has been great from checking the colour to delivery and packaging. The instructions were clear. The added touches of cleaner etc were unexpected and very useful.
Love it! My personalized color needs to be tweaked a bit for my roots but other than that I'm in love! My hair didn't damage, it hasn't faded yet like it does with other products. ❤️

I was hesitant to go back to coloring my hair on my own after some damage done when I was younger, but the pandemic put me in a spot where I had to go for it. I am so satisfied with the service and the colors that I have been sent, and the stylists are very responsive to messages to change tones and ideas. I use demi-permanant color and I feel as though I have a new head of hair. I am VERY impressed.

I decided to try the eSalon color because my stylist's color seems to wash off after a few shampoos. It has been 4 washes and the coverage is still great! I love the color! And more than that, the process was great. I really loved the instructions for reviving the color on the ends.

I don't color for a totally different look -- only to cover a few grays, add texture and spice up my natural color a bit.
eSalon's color is the best I've used since I had insider access to salon supplies quite a few years ago. The ability to tweak color is invaluable.

I was a little skeptical at first...waited about a week after I received the shipment to do my hair...I opened the box that was personalized and packaged just for me...I love the step by step instructions ...wow what an amazing look...I have tried several over-the-counter counter hair dyes and professional hair dyes and non of them compares to this...I would definitely continue to use eSalon...way to go...by the way I also love the liquid hair dye compare to the traditional tube

For years I have been coloring just my roots with drugstore box dye. I am a natural blond, but my hair texture has changed over the years as the greys have come in. I have used store brought coloring for years and it was always a chance at what color that box would bring. This is my first time using the Custom Color and for once I got the color I asked for. The color seems to be holding well so far. It was easy to use and did not seem to have a huge smell compared to the store coloring set. The instructions were easy to follow. The product did not seem to dry my hair out (I did purchase the Color care and Condition duo, which probably helped also) Have gotten good comments from others at how nice and healthy my hair looks. At this time I would recommend this Custom Color set.

I am absolutely in love with this colour. The dark mahogany brown is amazing!
I have been using box hair dyes during lockdown and they have left my hair feeling dry and looking, meh 😕
But my esalon customised dye was perfect 👌🏻 Such a gorgeous colour, it had the lovely yummy warm red tones that I really wanted and left my hair feeling soft and sooo pretty.
the after dye kit is brilliant. The dye is really easy to apply with the brush, but I am not the most skilled at applying hair dye and I did get manage to get on my chin and arms 😅 but the hair dye remover included in the kit sorted that out in seconds.
I am so happy with my first esalon experience and will definitely be ordering again and again and again!

A little red-toned for my liking, but I love it nevertheless. I love the color! I love that it's not too dark, but just dark enough. It covers the previous red, that I had, well. I first went with a light brown copper but found the brown too warm for my skin tone (fair, cool undertones and reddish hue). Asked to adjust a shade lighter to dark blonde copper. Awesome!

I wasn't sure at first. I didn't know what to expect, would the color be right?, would my hair fall out? lol, none of the above.
What I got was the best coloring I've ever received box or salon visit. The color selection was spot on it looks so natural and healthy, you know how sometimes when you've colored you can't wait to wash it once to have the color settle in because it looks like it's just sitting on top your hair, it's ready to wear as soon as you finish coloring it and blow it out. I can't get over how well the color matched, what a terrific long lasting shine there is in my hair and how soft and easy it is to style, I am very happy.
I have some grey, not a lot, so the only problem I had was my gray came back sooner then it should have but that's my fault because it was my first time using the color I think I washed it out sooner than I should have.
You'll be quite pleased with the product. I am and this is now my new go to for coloring.

I’m super pleased esalon matched my colour as had previously coloured my hair with a different brand a lovely copper shade, I would say my greys were not covered the best but I’m sure this is due to my own fault as I was trying to be careful not to overlap the colour and missed a few areas... however I have just used the light set to add highlights and the total effect now is amazing! Has really made my hair look more natural and will blend the lighter greys coming through too I would imagine.
I have naturally thick curly hair which I keep as glossy and healthy as possible - often box dyes dry out and ruin my curls and it takes weeks of care to get them back to their full glory. This custom colour set was perfect for keeping them hydrated and soft. The colour was rich and warm and I couldn’t be happier with it. I’ll never use a box dye again!
Love this! Easy to get the color you want. You can adjust with any order. If you have colored your own hair at home before , this is a breeze. You also don't have that terrible oder you get with the store brands. Thanks eSalon.

I was a little skeptical about trying this. Oh my gosh they nailed my hair color!!!!! I’m a natural dark strawberry blonde. As I get older the roots come in gray or a dark brown. Used box dye during the first two lockdowns and my hair wasn't coping well at all. E-salon popped up on Instagram and i thought why not give it a go. I have long dark hair,almost waist length with grey roots! This personalised colour was fantastic, my hair looks fab,feels fab and the step by step guide is fool proof! I will continue to use e-salon moving foward,even when lockdown is lifted.

From start to finish, I am really impressed with eSalon.

I love the colours. Freddy my colourist helps me to adjust it from time to time as I have a lot of natural red pigment in my hair which can go brassy, also it’s nice to have a change.

I have bought different brands and different shades and never gotten close to the color or gray coverage that I got with your formula that matches my younger days. It feels good, not brittle or striped. Love it! I only used one bottle and still have one left.

I love using the Esalon color kits- it is easy to use, but best of all, you have a professional colorist who works with you to develop the shade you want and makes adjustments as needed. All for far less than a trip to a physical salon. I’ve loved my results each time I color. Highly recommend!

I love having dark hair and box dye never seemed to have the right shade and neutral tone. My eSalon hair colorist, Genevieve, has worked with me to make the perfect color! I love the kit too. I'm able to dye my hair and clean up any messes I make with the dye stain remover wipes they provide. And the cream you apply before the dying process makes sure I don't look like a crazy person afterwards! I'm so glad I found eSalon!

I have been struggling with gray hair since age 35 and now 41, I hardly see them when using eSalon products. I see the difference with the formula and love it!!!!! The color is beautiful and last longer. I will continue to use eSalon for my hair coloring. I love that my hair color is hand made based on my profile and picture. I'm glad I found eSalon!!! ☺

My custom color set is wonderful! Exactly the color I had been looking to create after having spent many $$$s coloring my hair at salons. I recently moved to a new state and a much smaller town and it has been tough finding the right hair stylist and colorist for me. eSalon has helped me re-create the beautiful color I used to get in the salon I loved where I used to live. Now just need to workout the right stylist.

I only ever got my hair colour done in a salon I never dreamt of using a colour at home. I have used E-salon colour twice now and I am so impressed with the results. Easy application with the instructions enclosed, Covers stubborn greys & the coverage is perfect from root to ends. The online consultation was great and I have the exact shade I desired. My hair feels conditioned & shiny. I would honestly go as far to say this is the best colour I have had in a very long time. My only salon visits will be for a cut & blowdry going forward.
I've used this color system almost a year and it is great. It colors the roots, the grey hair throughly, and your hair feels natural. I like all the things you need is in the box like gloves, shampoo, conditioner and easy instructions.

This is my 4th order with ESalon. I’m so pleased with this color. My hair is not fried and extremely dry as it feels with store bought color. I’ve needed no extra conditioning treatments after coloring with my hair being extremely long and curly. I will be a long term costumer for sure 😁

I started using esalon because the salons were closed because of the ongoing lockdowns we are in.
I must admit I love this product! It covers my grey well, it’s easy to use, the instructions are well written, and I do it in the comfort of my home when I want to do it. I’m not at someone else’s mercy to get my hair coloured.
I was also impressed with the support I received when I chose the colour I thought would have suited me. The colourist immediately emailed me back with recommendations on what would suit me better based on the photo I sent.
I trusted her advice. She did not fail me. I’ve had complements on the colour from my hair stylist!
This will be my third time using esalon. I’ve stopped going to my salon to get my hair coloured.
Lastly I love the automated service. I get it every 4 weeks when I need it.
Great quality, rich colour, lower cost, and Convenience. Can’t beat that!
