Have to start by saying the kit is so perfect. Instructions very easy to follow. The color was honestly almost perfect. Feel like I might like the next one a bit darker and maybe some highlights would be great. This color left my hair so soft and manageable. Excited to try again!

I was really impressed with the color they chose for me. I sent a photo and a day later I was given a recommendation. I was kinda skeptical at first as there were a lot of gold tones but it turned out great! Esalon is way better that the other online hair color place, they messed up my hair color somehow twice. I’m excited to try some highlights this time! I feel more confident trying new things having a professional guide me. Anyhow. I’m happy and will continue to order.

My hair has gotten darker as I get older and I just want to lighten it up some. The product was very easy to use and didn't have a strong smell. Really nice product, will review more after my next shipment.

I was sceptical of signing up for this but after first application, my worries went when I seen my beautiful hair. The colour is so natural looking, with different tones. Its easy to apply and the customer service is second to none. I 100% recommend

I have colored my hair since I was a teenager, "blonding" out in my teens and switching to light reddish blonde as I've gotten older and my naturally light red hair began to fade. Box color is ok but very one dimensional. E-salon is the game changer for me. I get dimensional color and the shade of red/blonde that I had naturally a long, long time ago!

I’m 61 yrs old and thought I had to live with dry fried hair unless I used a flat iron. I’m about to use my 7th color treatment and my hair is growing and healthy!!!! It hasn’t been this long and healthy since I was 20!!!

First time I have used esalon. My hair is dark brown but with lots of red highlights that I didnt like. Chose a demi permanent dark brown matte ash. Was easy to apply and covered my grey hairs around my temple well. My hair is now dark brown matte and has covered all the brassy bits. Its a great result. Will be ordering every 4 weeks.

So the first time I tried esalon the color just wasn't quite right. Beautiful! But not what I was looking for. So I messaged my colorist and was like hey, this is what I'd like adjusted. After a long lockdown, have just had my hair cut and styled which really shows off the dark blonde I have gone for. This time, I really think I have got it right! I went to get my haircut Wednesday FINALLY my hairdresser could not believe the color & highlights she was AMAZED I stopped my eSalon color & went to buying over the counter it was harder on my hair so to say the least I'm back FOREVER!!!! My sister { which is 5 years older} has always said she wouldn't dye her hair but she has always said my hair looks natural. So last week she was asking me about it. I'm so happy to report she ordered exact what I get my color She will b getting her first order n about a week I'm so excited for her!!!!!!!
I've been getting my hair colored at the salon for over 16 years. As I get older I'm getting more grays and was going to the salon to get my hair done every 10 weeks. Cost started adding up fast with my family that continues to grow. I needed to cut cost but still do something with my hair. So I figured I do it myself but wanted to still use good quality salon products. So I found eSalon and figured I would try it. I love it! Way more affordable. Love how my color turned out and is coving my grays and old highlights great. The packaging also so cute and I love that everything all right there for you in the box has your name on your dye and instructions. Just very cute and well made.

I am really loving my hair. Before, my hair had lots of warm colors red, golds.. and some greys.. I was ready for a change. I chose to go with Darkest Brown, and I'm glad I did. Now, my hair is very dark, and shiny. In the sun you can barely see some red highlights but it makes the color look natural. I love it. After coloring and using eSalon provided shampoo and conditioner, my hair was the softest it has ever been. I highly recommend! Also, they really do have someone contact you with any color questions to ensure accuracy before you purchase.

This is the first product that has complete gray coverage while leaving my hair soft and shiny. The color has maintained itself even after 1 month- it does not bleed. There is no harsh smell while coloring which I love. The finished product looked natural and beautiful. Overall this product is amazing!

I have been using eSalon for several months and have been pleased with my color and the product in general. That said, due to the pandemic, I have working remotely for 16 mos. and have not seen anyone other than my husband, mother and a few neighbors so I have had limited feedback from others regarding my color. This week, I had a medical procedure which had been postponed since mid-pandemic. An OR prep nurse happened to comment on my hair and asked if it was natural or if I colored it. I explained that I had subscribed to eSalon and she wanted to know more! Before I knew it, there was another nurse getting a pen and taking notes! Thus, I can report rave reviews and potential new subscribers. I will also add that my color does not totally cover my gray, but enhances it, allowing it to blend naturally with my color and allows me to embrace it. My color kits tame the gray texture as well. So kudos to the eSalon team! Fully vaccinated and getting back out into the community, I will continue to share eSalon with any potential customers moving forward : )

This is the most natural my hair has ever looked...even when I shelled out huge money for my color at the salon. They never nailed the color like this! And, since it was so expensive to color my hair - I would go for months without coloring with lots of root & grays showing thru. Now I can afford to touch up every month - it looks natural - no one asks "did you get your hair colored?" - LOVE eSalon! P.s. My hair feels super soft and healthy too...even with coloring more!

I was nervous. I thought this was going to end badly. I was worried it was "box color." I turned to ESalon after reading a lot of reviews online. I had recently been to the salon, and my colorist told me that my matrix copper color had been discontinued, and she could not get it. I so badly wanted the copper tone I was used to. I was worried I would be calling my colorist to fix some online color botch job. I LOVE MY ESalon color. It came out exactly how I described, and matched my pictured color I submitted. I am so pleased to choose esalon. It is deep mature colour makes my hair looks so healthy but it’s also sparking with subtle undertones of copper. I have so many greys after having baby. I couldn't say it is 100% grey coverage, but grey doesn't looks messy grey. It became cooper lighting. I would love to try different colour next time!!!! I wish salon provide more bigger conditioner like others to use few times for shiny hair. My friend and I helped each other to make perfect hair dye!!!! She got BS brand. Compare to BS, I am so happy with quality of esalon, but sample conditioner looks so small compare to my firends’ one. My friend also impressed by my hair colour and she said she will try next time with me 😆💖

This was a great option for coloring my hair at home. During the pandemic when I was unable to get an appointment it was the best solution. There was so much product and with very fine hair, I was able to split the solutions in to two treatments with great results. I have now had enough grow out with my natural color I have decided to stop my shipments. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to color their hair at home to save money or stay safe.

I called in after my first box and asked for a little more coverage. Not only was the color adjusted but so were the instructions, which reminded me that i needed to start off with my hairline where my grays were and then the rest of my hair. I continue to love how everyone one i speak to is so attentive and takes what i say and ask for into consideration to help me maintain my hair! Thank you!

My hair looks almost black but the gold afternote brings warmness to it, especially in the sun. Thanks goodness. I still like it a lot. I have to say my natural color is light brown and my hair has fine texture. I ordered medium brown palette.

I could not be happier that I found eSalon. My custom color is beautiful and perfect in every way! It covered my stubborn greys (white) without any problem. I'm a customer for life! Wouldn't even consider buying from anywhere else. My colorist is amazing and her customer service skills are excellent. I was really impressed with the organization of the kit, with the amount of tools and little product packets, and with how specific the instructions were. Box hair color that you get at the grocery store basically has instructions that are about as descriptive as "put color on hair". The online videos were extremely helpful in making sure that I got every single bit of my roots covered. The color turned out very pretty and consistent, but a tiny bit warmer than I was looking for. The color has a lot of dimension to it and is very glossy. My eyes and lungs weren't burning while it was on my head, like most permanent color, and my hair feels very healthy and soft. I have been looking for a "middle ground" between a $10 box of color that damages my hair and looks one-dimensional or spending $80 at a salon every three weeks (my hair grows crazy fast). I think this is it!

First time I got this for £9 and couldn’t believe how much you got for your money. Didn’t quite like the colour so I contacted esalon and they mixed me another colour for free and sent it out. Nothing like a box dye at all, this stuff is brilliant. No hot roots just beautifully blended hair which felt in such good condition after dying. It is a fair bit more pricey after the introductory offer but I’ll definitely keep buying it.
This was my first color with e-Salon. WOW what a beautiful color. I am so glad I found e-Salon. The custom color was easy to use and the result amazing. The Weekly Retreat left my hair so soft and tangle free. e-Salon is my new go-to. Thank you e-Salon and thank you Tinea L. This company and staff are so helpful. Great experience.

I recently decided to make a slight change to my formula and absolutely love what they sent me. I love that I have that ability to change anytime and can always revert back at any time because of the order tracking.

I've used a lot of at home colors over the years, gone to many hair salons too and I have to say, my hair never felt softer after a color until I used this stuff. I highly recommend and even my co-workers are now trying this because of how easy it is and the results. Very impressed!

I'm a redhead with very little grey for my age. I wanted to cover my greys without changing my colour. It proved IMPOSSIBLE to get anything semi-permanent over the counter that didn't scream 'dyed red'! Then I tried e-Salon. The custom demi-permanent I ordered arrived in a lovely kit which was really easy to use. The initial colour was a fraction dark but still looked great. I asked for a lighter colour for my second order and IT IS PERFECT!!!! My own colour exactly. I am thrilled to have discovered e-Salon and couldn't recommend it highly enough.
I feel that I have has my hair done at the hairdressers as my family are in awe of the colour. I am mainly grey and been using your light blond, however did not realise that the colour did not reach the same colour all over, and where I am dark in places, that also was not covered. Decided to try a new colour and it's justs perfect. Looks natural all over 👌 so thank you xxx

I was super sceptical at first but this is the first colour that actually lasts, does not wash out and I barely even seen my roots and greys even after 10 weeks it was crazy. That being said I will never go back to store dye nor the salon when I can get it done In My house for way less money and a lot less time.

This is a great product and easy to use, my hair looks great, it covered all my grey hairs and my hair looks shiny and healthy.
