I can't rave about this enough. The application of colour was so easy with the tools I ordered and the dye is superb quality. My hair is super shiny and soft. The colour hasn't faded at all.
I was sceptical that it would do the job but I was pleasantly surprised. Application was easy and the colour blended right in. Instructions were clear and everything worked as per the instructions.

I have severe anemia which makes my hair VERY dry and brittle. I was using store brought colors but it just made my hair feel like rubber and even dryer! I have to say first of all it cover all my grays and my hair didn’t feel like rubber. The color was perfect!!

I have to admit after my first order I had serious doubts. My color was all wrong.
I decided to give it another try and send in a picture of the color I wanted.
I am so happy I gave it another shot because the color was spot on!! I couldn’t be happier. They really do go above n beyond. I had explained how my hair was so fried from the store bought coloring kits. Today my hair is so soft and shiny. You’d never know how bad it was 3 months ago

The questionnaire was comprehensive but simple to complete, the colour recommended to me was exactly what I was looking for.
Application was a breeze (although I did get help with the back of my head as I was too nervous to attempt on my own) and the colour is vibrant and blended into my roots perfectly!
Being in lockdown means that I don't have access to my regular hairdresser, but eSalon made doing my own hair easy and affordable!

I can't get to a stylist I'm a ER nurse an we are so short staffed an busy due to covid getting a chance to get my hair done is about as possible as walking on water. This looks professionally done. I am very pleased with my personalized brown ash shade the colorist mixed up for me that was to help cover up my reddish/orangy tint from the summer damage (sun/chlorine from swimming ) from prior highlights I had done at a salon , I've gotten so many compliments

This was first time to colored my hair by myself. I made a mess in my bathroom sink lol. However the color covered my grays and brought life to my hair. After my hair dried I did not see the change. I notice a more balance to my hair in a day or two. I’m looking forward to doing this again and I will cover my sink with an old towel.

I find the color to be high-quality. My hair is soft, shiny and healthy after each coloring. The color ages well and looks natural and three-dimensional. The reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I've tried three different colors and they always turn out the same. I have tried: light brown copper mahogany, dark blonde copper mahogany, and dark blonde strawberry. They have all turn out exactly the same - a medium brown color with just a touch of red. That being said, because of the quality of the product I will continue to purchase from esalon and keep trying different colors in order to find my perfect shade.
I ordered quite awhile back (9 mo ago) and just got around to using. I am so impressed at the ease of application and most of all accuracy of color chosen for me! I cannot thank you enough for making this process full proof & hassle free. Esalon has taken out the guesswork. I am so 😊 grateful.

it's been hard matching my new hair colour but Jessica you've nailed it. When my first order was too dark and I told esalon they stepped back up and offered to adjusted the colour for me. This new blend is a perfect match to my hair and now my worries about my roots are solved. I don't have to go the shops to pick a box dye up thats another bonus or have worry that I won't get the same colour as the one I was using as the brand has changed their colours without notice. Esalon is sent straight to my door. I love my hair looks and feels amazing. Thank you so much esalon for persevering with me. This is the only place I will be getting my colour from form now on. This is the first time I've done just the root touch-up and not the ends. I was skeptical about not pulling the color through/putting it all over (especially because my hair is so fine, I had half a bottle of color left!) but I followed the directions to put it only on my root growth, and it looks awesome! The color blends perfectly with my existing color!

I made a change to my color so I could attempt to just go ahead & match my roots, instead of changing my roots to match my blonde. My colorist nailed it!! My hair has always been hard to color.. I usually get a green or gray tint. So I was super scared to put this on my platinum hair. It’s now a gorgeous golden blonde!!! I’m so excited I could cry!! Lol Finally found my perfect shade! Good coverage of white/ gray at the roots
With only doing the roots I still have mini shimmering white hairs through the rest of the head wish you would cover those also to make the color 100% perfect it is now 99.9% perfect

I have been doing the same color for quite some time and decided I wanted something new. I sent a picture of an actress with a similar color to what I wanted and crossed my fingers and waited. The color they sent is perfect!!!! I absolutely love my new color! I do not know how they do it, without ever having met me, but this company knows its stuff! I have been coloring my hair for many, many years and I have never been happier with the color, and condition, then I am now, even when going into a salon and having it done "professionally". Lets face it we have all become our own hairdressers during covid and I've been coloring my own hair . I have to say eSalon products make it as easy as possible and the color is gentle and does not burn my head like store bought or even sometimes hair salon color. ITs gentle and leaves my hair a beautiful color. I would say the color may not last as long as salon color but it fades a beautiful shade (and im auburn and know reds fade quickest) but its always a lovely shade. Thanks for a really good produce and easy instructions and ease of ordering!
