I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the custom color kit. They absolutely nailed the color I was looking to achieve, which is pretty remarkable considering I never even stepped foot in the salon or met with a colorist. It was super easy to do . The color was vibrant my hair was super shiny. I absolutely loved it. I needed a change from my gray hair and it is a very close match to my natural color. Will continue to use!!

Lately when I used shop bought hair colour,I've noticed that the colour has only been lasting a couple of weeks.Which is why I decided to try eSalon,and I'm glad I did.The colour has lasted and I like the subtle tones also.Would I recommend this company,yes definately,although I do find the product a little pricy.

I am on my second box from eSalon now, and I am much happier with this box than my previous one! The color I was previously sent was too red, and with a note to Adjust Color, my current color is more a coppery auburn, and I am very pleased with how it turned out. My hair is soft and healthy despite changing colors and brands of dye. This go around the bottles were not broken, and the ends color left me with bright and vibrant ginger hair, even after a wash. The previous eSalon color also resisted fading beyond a gentle auburn, despite my attempts to dull it as much as possible in preparation for the new shade. Very happy. I may continue to make minor adjustments, but I am happy with the quality of the service, and will continue to use.

I love the colour! I used high street brands for years (semi Perminant). I have never had so many compliments that it suits me and a lovely colour. Very pleased, it has only been a couple of weeks, I wash my hair every other day. Can’t see my root greys and it has not faded. Very pleased.

I’ve been looking for my natural shade (born ginger here) and couldn’t find it, no stylist could do it, so I went and bleached and did fashion colors for a couple years. I have tried every type of hair dye to stop ginger tinges and eventually found esalon and have never looked back. So easy to use too
I wanted to go darker than my normal shade and this was the perfect system! It had easy to follow directions and I was done in an hour. It was my first time ever dying my hair and I will never buy anything else. The end result was very soft and shiny!

I decided to try eSalon while I was pregnant and didn’t want to risk going to the salon. I was super impressed! I had thick pregnancy hair and had enough colour to cover everything. I had significant grey hair to cover and ends that had been highlighted previously, and the instructions and colour worked together to help even everything out. I even found time at about 5 weeks postpartum to colour my hair at home, which went a long way toward making me feel a bit more normal after giving birth. So far, so good! Can’t wait to see how my next colour turns out.

I really loved my colour it was so soft and shiny was very easy to use and manage. My roots didn't take great but I contacted customer service and was helped out looking forward to re doing it.

I was initially dubious about ordering a hair colour virtually but my goodness it's an absolute game changer! The whole process is so so easy and I found myself getting really excited when browsing the available products. Its like they knew exactly what I wanted - which is to gradually reduce the copper tones in my hair to a more neutral colour. Their suggestions were super helpful and my first colour was perfect. I've ordered the highlights kit as part of my next order and I can't wait for it to arrive. It's not a pushy subscription service, it's totally on your individual terms and you can choose how little or often you get an order. I emailed to say I wanted my next colour to be a bit cooler in tone and they had responded within a day which was amazing. As someone who has had their fair share of hair colour nightmares, I have total faith in esalon. Absolutely give it a go!

My first time trying and the color match was spot on. I was nervous at first as the root color was jet black, but turned out perfect. There are a few more steps than I am use to with box color, it is worth it. Fist time my hair didn't feel like straw after coloring. It's only been a week and I shampooed twice, so far so good with the color not fading quickly. Great grey coverup too!

Sent eSalon pix of my fancy salon demi-perm color. Asked them to match that as covid had salon shut down & I had lots of roots! They nailed the color. I did convince my hubby to help me color. The back is hard to get and I do not want missed spots - I want it perfect. Glad eSalon offers demi-perm color! My hair and scalp are super dry so the demi works well and lasts forever since I only wash once a week at the most. Salons here are open and I have gone back for some trims - but I am sticking with eSalon to save not just money - but lots of TIME. This color is as good as what I used to get at the salon in every respect. My stylist approves of my hubby's application and the condition of my hair as well. Get a friend or partner to help and this is great! Without hubby's help I might be back at the salon because for me getting the back by myself really is frustrating.

I LOVE my colour!! My hair feels/looks so soft, shiny and glossy!! I have used every home dye on the shelves, this is like nothing else! I love how the roots blend perfectly into the rest of the hair with no obvious harsh lines. The kit is super easy to set up and use. The product has a gel like texture so easy to distribute throughout the hair either with the bottle directly with the nozzle or a colouring brush. My 1st time buying, will not be the last!! I used your product from 2013-2016 & was a lovely blond. Thereafter, I decided to go back to my still prevalent natural brunet color, with blond highlights provided by a hair stylist. Not only was the product easy to use, it colored the grey without using ammonia and left my hair soft and shiny. Kudos for providing packaging that really has customer ease of use in mind,from gloves to a sticker that fastens instructions to mirror. Color was true to requested color. Well Done. I will continue using this

This is so easy and convenient. I get just the color I want- customized to get the right tone for me, vibrant but natural-looking, all sent to me when I want it. Plus, my hair looks really healthy and shiny - it’s such a great product. The customer service is very responsive and helpful. This is life-changing - I’ll never go back to a salon again for color!

This stuff really lasts so much better than other home brands. I have a tough color to perfect and the consultants have really listened and helped me get great color. Well worth the price. Excellent quality and service! Happy customer!

Again hit the brief outstanding colour many compliments.
My hair had become dry and my hair colour was fading dramatically two weeks after dying due to environmental causes and the menopause. I had tried so many different brands off the shelf to no avail. I saw eSalon online and although it is more expensive than off the shelf hair dyes I was desperate and decided to give it a go. This hair colour is brilliant. It doesn’t fade, my hair is in much better condition and the colour, mixed to my specifications is perfect. Everybody has commented on how natural and healthy my hair looks. Try this hair dye you won’t be disappointed.
Happy with my color! Exactly what I wanted. Hair feels great after styling, not dry or coarse. I will be using this again in 8 weeks. I do feel the packaging is excessive. It’s really pretty and brands the product as upscale, but costs them a 5 star rating from tree-hugger me. Good job on this formula eSalon!

From the tidy box of kit to the easy to display and follow instructions and the end colour, I loved this! Looks just like I’ve been to the salon. My one thing I’d add to the instructions is to make sure your finger is over the top of the bottle opening in the final step of adding water to the colouring bottle…I shook it everywhere! Oops! Thank you e-salon for my first and lovely darker blonde hair colour.
