I love the customized service. The product is easy to use and effective. For my first go I was happy with the very safe color result. But I'm looking forward to tweaking my color w my colorist til it's exactly what I want.
I've been coloring my hair at home (to cover grey) for more than 15 years. I've never had professional coloring and thought I was satisfied with the product I used. I decided to try eSalon coloring because I found the color was becoming a bit harsh and dark and my roots seemed to show within a few weeks. I found eSalon system and color quality to be excellent. My hair is soft and shiny, the color remains true until I next color my roots. I also like the flexible, customer-oriented service quality and have found I can alter my delivery date as needed without hassle. I highly recommend eSalon custom color!

This is by far, the best at-home color I've ever tried. I have a lot of gray for my age, but it would never stay covered using at-home products and I couldn't afford salon treatments, so I gave up trying. Your promo caught my eye and I decided to give it a try. I was very pleased that the color matched so well and that my gray hair has stayed colored going on 4 weeks.
I have been very pleased with the color. It has stayed much better through shampoos till the next color time--better than any hair color I've ever used.
I don't know what you do, but this color lasts longer that my colorist used previously. I had to change my color schedule from 4 weeks (and I barely made it through that period of time) to 5 weeks with you with minimal fading. I have curly hair, using a red, which helps with regrowth but I am extremely impressed with your product and will continue to use your service to color my hair at home, on my own schedule, with fabulous results!

Very easy to use, coverage is excellent. I also purchased the mixing bowl, application brush and clips which I highly recommend to make hair colouring a lot easier.

Color was just as ordred and there was more than enough for my long hair. Did not dry out or damage my hair at all!! I am sold and will continue to use!

I never write reviews but i'm super impressed. I went from ombre to mahogany. I have long thick hair. It normally takes 2.5 bottles of drug store dye to completely cover my hair so I was a bit worried that the two bottles I received wasn't going to be enough. It definitely was, I actually had some left over. Also going from two tones back to one on my own was bound to end up in an epic fail. I received two labeled bottles. One for roots the other for ends. Detailed instructions, gloves, and a brush. I decided to go with the brush and bowl instead of bottle application. I followed the instructions and i'm very happy. I've gotten lots of compliments and noone can believe I did it at home. I highly recommend this product!!
I have the kind of stubborn gray, they come out the very first week after I have colored my hair. I have not yet find a color, in the stores, Sally's and even at highly priced saloons, a color that last longer than a week!! ESalon made my life bit easier. I go full 3 weeks with their color before my gray start coming out again. Love it.
I have never colored my hair at home, ever. The last 23 years I have been paying a lot of money at salons, in the ballpark of $180. This product that eSalon offers is great! I found the color came packaged with everything you need, including fantastic step by step directions. It's been about a month and my color is wearing awesome, it's covered my greys and the uneven tones of my previous highlights/color. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is hard to rinse out, but knowing that going forward wouldn't stop me from buying again. Keep up the great work and I hope you add a highlights option! Thanks for saving me tons!
I am more thrilled than when I went to the salon and spent $300 with a master stylist. I keep trying to explain what I am looking for and always ending up leaving broke and underwhelmed. I am so very happy with the results of my color with eSalon! I was a little nervous my first time, but there wasn't any reason to be. The color came out just like the picture I put up. The quality was just like I went to the salon. My hair felt very healthy, not like I used a box color from the drug store. Also, now that I am at the end of my six weeks my gray is hardly showing. This is a better result than the last several times going to the hair salon. I have recommended this to all of my closest friends. I would encourage someone considering this to give it a try. I have spent so much money at the hair salon and I will now use eSalon. Thank you for making me very happy with my hair again!

I was really nervous about trying this product after reading some of the reviews, but am so glad I did. I LOVE the color! I have never had a color, box or salon, that came closer to my ideal shade. Like other reviews, I had to rinse my hair for quite a while to get the gummy texture out after coloring. After using the shampoo and conditioner, though, my hair was very soft and manageable. I have had many compliments on the color, and couldn't be more pleased.
After trying a couple times, first time they thought I did not leave on long enough and second time I still did not get proper gray coverage leaving it on longer. I called and my colorist listened to what I was looking for in color and wow they really got it right!!!
Best Color ever previously I could only get the color I wanted spending over $100 at a salon. I was then paying less at other salons but my color was never right. I have 100% white hair and now my blonde color is so pretty with just the right amount of gold and the coverage is fantastic. Thank you so much e salon.
I always like to try a new thing and when I find out about eSalon, I gave a try. What I like about most is that I can "make " my own shades of color and if l want to cover more gray hair I just make small changes in my profile , and new order comes the way I want.

The price is higher than in drug stores, but you know exactly what color you will have and for that reason is worth every penny.
The color match was perfect. The instructions said the process would take 30 minutes. It did. And, in 30 minutes, I had better coverage than I've had with anything over-the-counter that took 45 or 50 minutes. Great product!
My natural color has, all my life, been a happy source of compliments. As I've aged and the color has faded (it's a reddish color, which doesn't go to a pretty grey-silver, but just to a kind of duller red), I have missed that. Coloring my hair at home with any of the many available major brand, or (without exception) spending the money to have my hair colored in a salon have never, ever replicated my original color. eSalon nailed the perfect color immediately. Believe it or not, I'm back -- ancient as I am -- to my natural color ... and am even back to receiving compliments on it! I could not be happier with eSalon!

I love my new hair color. The first time I colored my hair it was a little darker than I wanted. But now it is perfect and sooo easy! I apprecoate the clear directions! I love the freedom of doing my own hair.
I am so happy with my hair color! I wanted to get a rich chocolate hue after a long summer season in the sun. Since my hair was porous and light, a salon color appointment caused my hair to be much darker than I really wanted. I waited a couple of months for the salon color to tone down and placed my order on eSalon.com. I selected the shade I was aiming for, provided some comments and uploaded a photo of myself to help my color stylist. My color expert Brittany put together the best color! The packaging and personalized instructions were awesome! I was able to easily apply the color and achieved the results I really wanted. I have now colored my hair 3 times with eSalon product. Loving it. Appreciate the communication with the stylists about changes I may want. Great quality product! After coloring with store bought product, my head would be itchy for a week. With Esalon, none of that!

I am so glad I took a chance and tried eSalon. I previously used drug store color to cover my mostly gray/white hair. Since my original color was fairly dark, I had problems covering the roots. They were always too light,and the color faded quickly. The eSalon color was blended exactly right,and the color really lasts. I was so surprised the first time I used it that my roots matched the rest of my hair perfectly,no more light roots. YAY!

Amazing color and shine. It gave my hair such a healthy feeling!! I have thin hair and gets dry from other brands. Not yours it is so silky and doesn't have a dry feeling as before.
I was nervous to attempt coloring my hair on my own......I followed the directions and made sure I timed the steps precisely and I couldn't be happier! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality DIY job!
It is the first time I've actually ended up with the color I wanted. I know I'm a little picky, but I've tried for the longest time to get different stylists to understand what I'd like in the way of color. Always too purple or too blond, I finally have what I want. And on the FIRST purchase. Couldn't be happier.
