I have been using eSalon color for 2 years. It matches my natural color (prior to the gray!) and does not fade or get brassy. I will continue to use it.
Hair color very professional. Best grey coverage ever. I could always count the grey strands after coloring but not since esalon. I color with confidence and no one can tell that I did it myself.

I asked for the team to tweak the color to darken it a little bit and the color is absolutely beautiful. It makes my eye color stand out without any make up on. I am very impressed at how one little bottle covers all my hair!!!And now I don't have to worry about the store brand discontinuing the color/brand I used to like, because now it's made just for me! Not only is it a perfect match its odour isn't over powering and with the accompanying shampoo and conditioner my hair is silky smooth and ive had no end of compliments about it im so glad that I tried this product because now I know that I don't want to be without it etc
have been using this for years, slightly changing for lighter and it's working very well. It does not dry my hair as badly as with products from salons!

I've been coloring my hair various shades of red for more than 40 years and this is by far the most natural looking color I've ever used. I opted for the semi-permanent because I like the different shades that come through as time (and washings) go by, without the obvious root line. My hair has never looked better!

I must admitted I was a little skeptical about ordering hair color online. However, I must say my hair has never came out better even when going to the salon to have it done professionally. The professional color stylist at eSalon looked at my photos and must have understood exactly what I was trying to achieve. I finally got the red out and true rich brown to come through and shine. I love it.. And I must mention how fair and reasonably priced it has been. I have been a member with eSalon for 6 months now and don't plan on cancelling anytime at all. Also, I have just put my first order in for some styling products. Once I receive them and test them out I will be back to give an honest review. Thank you, eSalon for understanding and giving me the results I have so longed for..
I had never colored my hair before because I stressed about all the different choices of product but most of all all the choices of color. I have always loved my hair color and was afraid I would choose something that didn't match what I wanted. When I learned about eSalon I gave it a try. It is so easy and I got exactly the color I wanted on the first try. I also love the detailed instructions that walked me through the process and the fact that they include gloves, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Everything I need in one package delivered right to me. Now I color with confidence! I love eSalon!
I have used many box colors as well as salons. During hard times going to a salon is not an option. eSalon made a "perfect color" just for me and I absolutely love it.

Love that my hair comes out the same color each time, in my previous experience at a salon, my hair color was different each time, depending on who was mixing it. Love that I can do it on my own time and not spend hours at the salon.
I love your hair color! All the things I asked for, you delivered! No brassiness, no fade to red, and a color match of perfection! My hair stays beautifully colored the entire time between colorings! I love it and tell my friends about it all the time!
And thank you for including two pairs of gloves and the other products in each kit! Bravo!
This is a wonderful product and service for busy women like me who work 60+ hours a week, have a family to look after but do not have the time nor money to spend 2-3 hours every 4 weeks in a salon. I choose my shipping frequency, can adjust the shade of color as needed and they send me everything I need to quickly and successfully take care of those gray hairs myself. The color lasts longer than box color or salon color and leaves my hair so shiny
Was out of state unexpectedly and resorted to a Midwestern city professional salon. They did a gorgeous job getting my golden blonde hair more neutral. I asked and 9N was used. Used a pic and color name with esalon. A gorgeous match for so much less cost. Compliments everywhere I go!
Before I switched to eSalon, I would buy box dye, never could get color right and a lot of my hair would fall out, with eSalon, my colorist is amazing and gives me what I ask for and my hair doesn't fall out!!
I continue to be very pleased with this color product. It is very gentle on my hair, creates shine and some fullness which I need. I would recommend this product to anyone and have done so in the past upon receiving compliments.
I have been using eSalon color for about 2 years. I like that it shows up at my door when I need it to. The instructions are detailed and easy to follow. It took a little while to get used to all the steps, but now that I've got it down, it's a fairly easy process. I hate coloring my hair, but since switching from store-bought color to this product, it has become a little better. I have very stubborn grays along my part and front hairline that seem to grow in way too quickly, but I think my hair just grows fast. The only downside for me is the smell of this product. I have a stall-style shower and sometimes the confined space and chemical smell are too much. I realize I am choosing to put chemicals on my head, but if you are super sensitive, this might not be for you. Otherwise, I'm happy with the product.

I've never had a product that would cover all of my gray. It didn't even promise to do that with the first application, but it did! The color is beautiful & I'm not an actress or am I getting paid to say any of this. The directions were easy to follow. I'll be ordering more when the time is necessary.

I am tuition poor, so I color my hair at home. Ever since I found eSalon online, I took a picture of myself, sent it in to eSalon, they prepared my color, and my hair comes out perfect. Occasionally, we tweak the color a bit to avoid brassiness. I have been a client for years. I have a lot of grey hair but not enough to go all grey. I highly recommend this product to those of you that cannot or do not have your hair dyed professionally in a salon. This product is the closest you will ever get to salon perfection. Enjoy!
I was skeptical at first about using eSalon since I had never dyed my hair on my own before. However, I loved the color and how silky and shiny my hair was afterwards. The color has not faded and I just placed my 2nd order.
This is an awesome service. I used to put off coloring my hair because it meant a trip to the drug store and trying to decide if an alternate product or color would suit me. Now, eSalon takes care of all of this for me. they formulate my color, notify me of pending shipment, I can adjust the shipment date for any reason( low on cash, too busy this week to color, ) and I plan around when I want to take an hour and color my hair. The price is perfect. and I'm always pleased with the results.

It's less expensive than the salon and nice to have a professional's input. I've been doing my own hair "from a box" since my 20's and am now in my 40's.
I have been using eSalon for about 1 1/2 years, I have had compliments on my hair color. I love that everything comes in the kit and it is delivered right to your door. Also you can change delivery dates if you need.

After having a new, darker by 1/2 shade hair color applied in the ESalon in person in January, I was a little nervous about home application. After I dyed my hair at home, I was quite pleased!
The roots continue to match the rest of my now darker by 1/2 shade hair color. Very happy!
I have been using this colour for over a year now and I still love it! My friends and family compliment me on my hair colour all the time. The kit is easy to use and I am done colouring my hair in no time. The shine I get is beautiful! This demi-colour fades slowly and I never have to worry about my roots showing. It just doesn't happen!
