I have been using eSalon for some over a year now. There has been only ONE time that I ended up with red/orange hair - and I believe that it was more my fault than eSalon's. I had mixed the color and developer as directed.....BUT, due to circumstances I was delayed in coloring my hair by over an hour.
My hairdresser has commented that my hair is in extremely great condition - even with daily shampooing and styling. eSalon remains true to my color for 5-6 weeks. The tonal color is VERY true to my natural color. I highly recommend eSalon!
I don't know exactly how they do it, but I am so impressed with my new color-I have gold, warm tones in my dark blonde hair that looks fab. I have already had many compliments just this morning! LOVE< love it!
Great color! The colorist is very receptive to my feedback and adjusting to get that just right shade! The product is great and you aren't left with that smell! I wil never go back to store bought color again!

love the product it doesn't have the strong odor like the other hair products that I have used. the shampoo and conditioner works really well with my hair
I love the consistency of this color when applying to my hair, and the scent is mild too. My hair turns out glossy, vibrant and rich with color every time!
I would give 5 stars if the color held on to my grays longer. This is seriously my only complaint; my grays start to show through my color before I even have growth showing. I use color safe shampoo and conditioner, and yet by about my 5th wash the dreaded grays are peeking through again.
ESalon is one of my favorite new finds this year! I love the ease of having it delivered to my door, and my color turns out beautiful every time! The profile I completed before my first order was so easy to do, and yet the accuracy of it is amazing! My color expert gave me a perfect, personalized blend, and that was before I was brave enough to submit my photos! ESalon knows their stuff!
Oh, by the way.... I love how my name is printed on the custom labels for my color kit every month too. Nice touch!
I am so happy I purchased esalon hair color. My first experience turned out salon perfect. This is the first time I have done my hair and not gone to salon. Rich color and it colored my gray roots perfectly. I would recommend this to everyone. Save a lot of money and looks great and easy to do.
The thing I like about your haircoloring is that it is just right. It's not too dark. It's not too light. It looks perfectly natural. I am starting to go gray and I really don't want to go gray.

Didn't know what to expect with it been mail order. The site is so easy to use and the colours shampoos conditioners the products are all very good.
It was so easy to stop my order for a short while until I caught up with other bottles of hair colour, and the web site is easy to understand.

I requested a change in my color about 2 colorings ago because I wanted it to be a little lighter. I suggested eSalon reduce the amount of brown, increase the gold and keep the red the same. It was exactly what I was hoping for! I love this color, and following the directions to only color the roots has kept my ends from getting too dark. The result: even, great color & a very happy customer. Thanks!
I sat and looked at the product for two days before I finally tried it. The color was beautiful. It was easy to apply and everything you needed was included (gloves, conditioner, developer, stain guard and stain remover). My hair had really good volume. As soon as I applied the conditioner I could feel the difference. A color chart was included showing percentages of colors used. Amazing product!
I have colored my hair off and on for many years. This is the first hair color product that does not ravage my scalp or my hair. My hair is in better condition after coloring than it was before! And the color remains bright for weeks.
All in one kit is amazing- which includes gloves, stain remover, stain guard, shampoo and conditioner. In addition the color doesn't stain your scalp as store products do.

Love this, I have dyed my hair for 40yrs and I can honestly say this is the best DIY I have used. Comes with everything you need including dye removing gel which is much needed with myself. lol
When I first used this colour I wasn't sure of the outcome .After using it my hair felt soft manageable and I received compliments from my friends.i love it ..my colourist Joshua is excellent.I definitely recommend it ..
When my order wasn't received my colourist called delivery company updated me on everything that was happening and also gave me a free delivery due to the delivery company's error in locating my colour and not delivering ..
The color I get is very close to my natural color, being a red head though it will start to look dull after time. By adding this color it brightens it and brings back the copper and brightness. It doesn't look like I dye my hair, it helps that it is custom made and so close to my natural color. I wont use any other color !!!

I've been using eSalon product for 4 color treatments now and I love it. It's quick, easy to use and has not damaged my hair at all. I have very long hair, almost to my lower back and everyone tells me how my hair is so shiny and healthy looking. I love it and won't go back to paying $140 for my roots to be done when I can use eSalon for a fraction of the price and great results.

Now it's perfect & my hair is very healthy; no more over processed look to my hair. I love this company & will keep using their color. Even my stylist here at home thinks it looks professional!

I was not in mediately convinced but the more I use my esalon made for me hair color the more I love it. I wanted something that matched my neutral color as much as possible and this is it. Store-bought haircolor's made my white hair look neon orange. If you want a do-it-yourself salon looking color – this is the product for you!
I'm 75, been coloring my hair for many years and never has it looked so good. It looks natural and recently I was visiting with two ladies close to my age about hair issues. I said something and they both chimed in with "Yes, but you don't have white hair." They couldn't have been more wrong. We had quite a laugh.

I have thick, curley hair that is to the middle of my back. They sent me 2 bottles and the coverage of 1 bottle was amazing so I had plenty to do all my hair. The color my stylist mixed for me was perfect and my hair was baby soft afterward. I was so nervous before about doing my own hair due to a color boo-boo and having to go to the store because I ran out of product (3 bottles total)but now I might even start experimenting with color. The price, you can't beat it. I would highly recommend it!
I am completely satisfied with the hair color the esalon stylist has developed for me. It is a quality product that stays in longer, looks natural from day 1, and is a fourth of the cost of going to a salon. I have repeatedly tried to explain to different stylists the effect I was trying to achieve and each time I got results that were ok, but not what I was looking for. I tried esalon on a whim and the custom color the stylist mixed is exactly the result I have been trying to get. Apparently, the colorists here actually understand what I am saying and the look I want. It's so great. Love the hair color I receive from eSalon. It took us several months to get the right color (I chose a color that was too dark to begin), but they have been very patient and more than willing to work with me. My hair stylist says it is a very high quality product. Doesn't fade as fast as the boxed brand I was using. Highly recommend it!
I read some reviews after I ordered my first custom color, although most were very good, there were a few that made me a bit nervous. I can honestly say I have gotten a great color using the products and following the coloring procedure. I have been coloring my hair red for over 15 years at various expensive high-end salons. I was hardly ever satisfied with the outcome. Often, I would go straight home and try and wash out some of the color to make it look more normal. I finally decided to give e-Salon a try a few months ago. Since I have been doing my own hair with e-Salon I have received nothing but compliments on how beautiful my hair looks !
It is so gentle on your hair. I have been using over a year now. So easy they mix my color each month for me so I know it is fresh and doesn't have that possible long shelf life and ship it direct to me no hassle for me to go out and buy. I get so many compliments on how shiny and healthy my hair looks. I would definitely recommend to try it out, bet you love it too!
I have been using E-Salon for one year. I tried a Strawberry Blonde a few times, but with the help of a colorist I changed to a Golden Blonde and love the color. It is such a natural color from the moment I color it (no break in period) and lasts at least 5 weeks. One time my color was slightly delayed (holiday weekend) and I decided I couldn't wait and grabbed a box of my drugstore hair color. Never again will I go back, as I could tell such a difference. My hair is so much silkier and the color is much richer and natural. I get so many complements on my hair and I love to tell them "Thank you, E-Salon hair color". They are so surprised it isn't my natural color.
I was skeptical at first in trying this but I said what the heck. It can't be worse than retail products. I can't express how much I absolutely LOVE the color I received! I'm just going to add a little more copper to my next order. I am 60 years old and have very coarse hair. My hair is now so very, very soft It has never been this soft in my entire life! The color has lasted much longer than any dye job I've had done in a professional salon. I couldn't be more pleased!

I have been coloring my own hair for years but as I get older I was finding the store bought product was not covering the grays as well and didn't last as long. Gave eSalon a shot and it is amazing. my color looks rich and lasts so much longer than any other brand I have tried. I love that I can email my colorist to make a change. The packaging is beautiful and includes all the great little things like stain shield, stain remover,extra gloves, shampoo and conditioner and everything smells great! Treat yourself to the coloring kit-I think I paid around $13 for the brush, clips and bowl that are all reusable. Love, love, love eSalon!!
After a single try past baseline, the artist(!) found the perfect color! The formula + shampoo and conditioner leaves my hair soft, shiny and manageable. Where have you been?!? So easy!
