I’m really impressed with this kit! Flawless color exactly as described and the process was easy. My hair actually looks and feels better than it did before the color, even using a permanent kit. Will be using from now on, saves so much money over the salon! Coopers are usually hard to get right but they NAILED it!

This is a fantastic service and high quality products. I had not been able to take the time to color my hair since I started this service. I had my first color box and also had my first touch up color box that I had not had the chance to use any of them yet so I took the starting box and gave my friend who has lighter hair than I do and much less of it so the touch up box was plenty for her to do her whole head while I need the 2 bottles as I have a lot of waist length hair. Anyway I guess my hair is much darker than I thought because the only part of my hair that had any type of noticeable color change was the very top front where I applied to my greys first, the rest may have lightened a tiny bit but definitely not blonde or even light brown. I never color my hair and only have maybe 3 times in my life and only to cover greys. Remind u I am 42. I do believe this most likely was user error. Maybe I didnt apply enough product or something. Not too sure, will need to see what next color box turns out. My friend however who has chin length light brown hair did hers perfectly! Her hair turned out absolutely gorgeous. It was exactly the color I was looking for. I think had I applied enough product, it would have come out better. I also realized how important pics are! I was totally off on the actual color of my hair. It was way darker than I thought it was. Idk why I thought it was so light, but went right away and added pics. I am confident they will nail the color this time. The only thing I would suggest to any and all new customers is... Upload pics! I guarantee you will be impressed with this service!
First time using eSalon! I'm very pleased with the results! Taking the time to consult with the colorists is so important. The communication was very good. The results are equal to what I used to get from my salon! So much better than what I have been using. The color processed fast and covered my substantial grays completely! My hair feels very soft and healthy.
I used to work in a hair salon and got my hair colored every 4 weeks to cover the gray. This color is a professional color! It's not a box color like you get from the drug store. It covers my gray very well! It's easy to apply! It leaves my hair shiny! The color match they did for me was perfect!!!! I'm very pleased! I've been using this color for almost a year now. I highly recommend!! Oh and you get everything you need, even gloves and stain protector.
I literally looked all over the internet and called many salons before I found esalon. I wanted a Demi permanent color kit with professional results without the extreme expense and time in the salon. I have done this root touch up kit like 5-6 times and it always turns out perfect. I do leave it on longer than the 15 min it says since I have greys. I do 25 mins. But after this last one where I messaged to do the blend ends option to help neutralize all my blonde summer highlights it turned out great. Was worried it would look orange or something but it looks just how it does when I do this at the salon and it took way less time and cost much less. Will always use!

Before I rinsed it out it looked dark but once I blow dried my hair, I LOVED the color! So beautiful! Nice and lighter with a red tint just how I wanted it! Perfect job guys! So beautiful! I updated my picture which doesn't do it justice.
I am hooked on e-salon. The color that my colorist formulated for me was absolutely perfect! I cannot believe by asking a few questions that they nailed it on the first try. My hair is so shiny and silky too. I have never had my hair feel so good after coloring it. I also have not gray, but white roots and the coverage was absolutely AMAZING!
I have always been really scared to ever get my hair coloured but this has changed everything and my hair has been strong , beautiful the colours are just soo prefect I always get lots of compliments and I do direct them here , love them and thank you for being sooo amazing

I hadn’t colored my hair at home for over 30 years. In fact, I ordered the product 5 months ago and still went to my stylist. Yesterday, I decided it was time. So happy I did. Only needed a root cover and am so happy not to have spent the time or money to have it professionally done. Just ordered again. Probably will continue with my professional for the full blonde foil, but will take care of the in between times my self.
After dying my hair for many years, I stopped back in 2013. I kept seeing these ads for esalon and many video reviews so I took a shot. My hair is brown with distinctive lighter highlights in my hair, so I typically go for colors like that. This time I did a mahogany color and it truly was beautiful! My hair is long and thick so 2 sets of bottles weren't sent and I only needed one set which was awesome. For my next shipment I will try my typical colors I choose and compare which I like.
One of my favorite parts is for the price you pay, you get way more than any box color at a store. 2 sets of gloves, a brush and more. Everything I needed to color my hair as mess free as possible was there. As my headline says, I am pleasantly surprised and happy I gave this a try. Never will I buy a store box color again!!!!
I’ve been going to high priced salons for years. I love my stylist but, I figured, we’re in a pandemic and who’ll see me anyway? So I came across eSalon, read the reviews and figured, why not? I was worried it would be hard, it was messy but not hard. And I LOVE the color. Do it!!!
I am happy with the product. It covers my gray hair well. I have used the product two times and am still working on getting the color just like I want. I appreciate being able to communicate with my specialist and fine tune the perfect color for me.

I previously had bleach blonde hair and during Covid I've been ready for a transformation, I used a color depositing conditioner that had my hair more of a ginger orange/red which I loved for the summer time. When fall rolled around I wanted a color that was more "natural" and mature looking- I sent in a picture and these guys nailed it! My red is SO rich, dimensional and shiny! The process was super easy. Im obsessed. WAY less expensive than going to the salon, with salon results!! Thank you!
During the pandemic I was unable to go to my salon and get my regular color so I tried e-salon. I love it! As a bonus it is less harsh on my hair than the product from the hair salon. In fact even my hairstylist agrees that my hair is much healthier and looks better so he’s willing to let me bring in my e-salon color! I’m having him do my hair because there’s no way in gods green earth I can do my own roots. Lol.
I recently lost my hairdresser and needed to find as close a match to the color he used which was perfect! The eSalon team was able to put together a great color match. Seemed to know my color better than I did and emailed me to let me know the color I originally thought was correct wasn't the right one for me. The end result was great. Will definitely order again.
Being a redhead all my life it's been hard to find the "natural" looking color I was looking for. After I turned 50 my red started to fade and the greys began. I was never truly happy with the colors at my salon. I found the perfect color at eSalon and am so happy with the color!
I got my first kit and loved the two color method. It was easy to do and came with complete instructions and tools. I loved that they give you more than one pair of gloves and a after color opps kit to clean up color from skin.

I love, love, live my hair color. A uniqueness of its own!
Super affordable way to fix the mess I created. Never ever coloring my hair with anything else. Hair feels so much better after the filler and all over color. Looks amazing too.
It's the perfect color for me! In 5 years visited many salons horrible results redhead blue eyes fair skin.... end result burgundy, Ronald McDonald red, shiny copper penny, brown my goodness brought pictures & color formula from my daughter they just thought they knew better??? I have been changing my hair color very gradually with esalon and have been so impressed not only with the product, but with the amount of support I have received from the stylists. After each use, I leave a response about how the color was and what I’d like to do differently, and I always get back a detailed response of how they are adjusting my color to meet my needs. They never fail to impress! Loving my new color.
This is my third coloring and once again it is gorgeous. This go round, I was looking to lighten just a bit. The color is just as deep and dark as before, so not noticeably lighter.
I am pleased with your product and probably will continue ordering them online. I do feel that the shipping price is high and that may be the reason I discontinue in the future.
I loved it. I was a hairstylist and couldn't do hair color because my skin would always have a reaction. The smell on this is minimal and the color is rich. No blisters or anything on my skin after either. Huge deal!
Red hair is definitely a challenge but with gray hair it's another story. The colorist are all easy to talk to and try to always help tweek my color. Very helpful. We are very close to what I want but I know I can count on them to continue working with me.
The color is natural and was very easy to apply! Never having my hair colored at the salon again! I went with the natural copper and it looks like the same color I had as a child. I love it!
I have used eSalon for 3 color sessions now. This last one I had requested a light, strawberry blonde as my ends lightened over the summer months and I wanted to take the roots up a bit. Perfect match! The color couldn't have come out better. I also asked for highlights in this session and I was very nervous about the application, but they worked out tremendously. No 'streaks' or obvious user errors (I have long hair and did it myself for the first time).

I ordered this colour kit during lockdown. My daughter applied it for me, was easy to use and my hair looked like I had it done in the salon, absolutely delighted with the kit! I will be purchasing in the future .
I was so afraid the color I chose would be blotchy because I have had highlights forever and now due to Covid they were halfway down my head. Just before esalon I was using a root touch up too. Needless to say I had some serious variation of color going. I did my hair today and I got a very nice quality looking even color that doesn’t look phoney. I’m very pleased and I’ll be doing this every six weeks on roots. Thank you esalon!

I recently re-ordered my color after I had went quarantine crazy and dyed my hair all sorts of crazy colors. Working with my colorist, Mindy, I was able to start my journey back to my original color. I recommend esalon to everyone I know and I can’t say enough about the customer service.

My first root touch up color process turned out to be too light for my root color resulting in brassy tones. eSalon responded quickly to my issue and changed my color mix based on a photo of me. They sent me the new mix without charge showing they have excellent customer service! The new color is a perfect match and I’m very happy with the results.
