I have been using drugstore brands for 20 years and decided to try esalon.com. I have just finished coloring my hair for the 2nd time with this product and it's great! It's easy to use and no more or less messy than other brands. My hair is long and I use a copper/red color so I also use the gloss color for my ends. I love that my color arrives at my door step each time without me having to remember to place an order. I have recommended this product to all of my friends who use hair color.
I have been using the Match Kit product for nearly a year. They matched my color perfectly with my instructions and a picture of my hair. When go to my hairdresser the color she uses and the eSalon kit are identical. I receive the kit every few months, so that's why I still go to my hairdresser periodically.
I absolutely love this product and have been using for 2 years. Its user friendly for those of us without experience in DIY Haircolor. The quality combined with the price point is a no brainier choice for me.

I have used washing about 3 times. I really liked the results and professionalism of the Esalon's team producing if product and delivery time. I get updates and can make changes or hold off on order.
I had my hair product put in by the high school cosmetology students. I personally know teacher and she was interested, but busy the first time I had it done, however, the next time we were talking and she kept looking at my hair. I wondered why. When we got to application, she started talking about how I didn't have a line where it had grown out and she enquired about product and looked over directions and noted how product was applied made the difference. When applying the rest of dye, the shampoo and rince make hair so soft and silky. I love the results and am going to make a change in color for the next time, needs to be lightened up for summer months.
Different application was a good lesson for girls. My last girl had just pasted her cosmetology test and was feeling really great, till we put a bottle in her hand and instead of a brush. However, she soon mastered the technique and liked it better. We had a good laugh over this and she felt good about her work and learning something different. Great product.
My color is perfect it has a little tint in it and boy does it shine and feels so soft and silky. I've had lots of compliments on my hair. Thank you all for your beautiful work.
I really like this product as the color is exactly what I was looking for and it doesn't smell bad, burn or have harsh chemicals. I even put it on my brows when coloring. Leave it in a little longer for a deeper brighter color.
I've been using several hair colors for years and have found this one to have lasted the longest before seeing grays again especially around my hairline.
Love this product. Have been using it for quite some time now, doesn't dry my hair out like other hair coloring products have and I love that I can adjust the color anytime I want something a little different. Great service as well.

I had medium brown roots and dark brown hair that wasn't an actual dye color (because of washing for 6 months). I thought I was screwed, but I uploaded a photo and ordered some color and my hair is all the same color now. Absolutely perfect results and waaay less smelly than box dye. So happy!
At first I had thoughts about dying my hair with this product and it took me a while. When I decided to use it I was worried about how it was going to come out and to my surprise, my hair was soft and it felt silky. None of the products that I currently use leave my hair the way it is now. I love it!!

The color is great. The coverage of my greying hair is wonderful. The kit includes everything you need for easy application, that I have begun to apply it myself. I have tried a few other products like shampoo & conditioners as well.
I'm so excited to have a product that not only saves me money not having to go back and forth to the salon, after I use it, it looks like it does when I leave the salon!! It is so easy to use, my husband does my roots and he is a cop and doesn't have a clue about hair!! Haha!! I only have to get my hair professionally done about twice a year now and that's just to get my blonde refreshed on the bottom. The color style of my hair is ombré: light brown/dark blonde to a lighter blonde towards the ends .. It's darker near my roots and then gradually gets lighter. This color style allows me to be able to go longer between salon trips, so I'm only using the product on my roots. I'm mid thirty-ish and I've been getting a lot of grey since I was 16, and this product covers it 100%!!! My natural hair color is dark brown but I've been a bottle blonde for years because it hides the grey much better. For the first time, I'm able have my hair darker because I can afford the color to hide my grey every 5/6 weeks!! I really, REALLY love this product and highly recommend it to anyone.
I am so pleased with my hair color from eSalon! It is exactly the color I was hoping it would be, and my hair feels soft and looks shiny. So much of an improvement from the boxed colors.

Everything you need is included in the kit. The color came out perfect. I get compliments on it all the time, even from my stylist! Best part of all, I save $80.00 a month by doing it myself with eSalon!!
I really love eSalon. I've been using them for 3 yrs now and I need to color my hair every 3 weeks. I alternate every three weeks by either going to the salon or coloring at home. My stylist is fine with it and I have never had a problem with using 2 different products. The packaging is great and once in awhile they send a gift as a treat or something new to try. I love that they send 2 pairs of gloves! It's the small details and personalized service that makes them really good.
I love it because it covers the gray without making them a weird color. Other products made my grays a different color than the rest of my hair. The eSalon color covers evenly all over.
Better than most of the salon colours that Have cost far more. The results are very natural, long lasting and vibrant. Customer service is second to none. It was my lucky day when I discovered esalon.
I am a natural red head, but I have some gray hair at my temples, and more and more gray throughout. This formula brings my color back to how it looked when I was my daughters' age. They both have gorgeous red hair, and it's great to have my hair match theirs again.

I like the color, but it's a tad darker than I would like. It certainly blends easily, and was easy to do myself. Thank you soo much. This service is definitely a 5 star one. I put in what I would like into the questionnaire and was asked a few extra ones from the stylists as I was asking for something not possible with my original hair colour. What came throughout the post was terrific, I had a friend to help me with the application and both end result from the colour and the hair gloss was beautiful and looked totally natural. It has also lasted longer than I thought it would and am only now looking to recolour.
My hair also feels lovely the condition is good too. It also comes with shampoo and conditioner both SLS free which I like very much, and lasts for a few washes.
Altogether a great experience which I am repeating. If only you could offer a digital cutting service!!!

I went gray in my early thirties. Now at 61 I am 100% snow cap, so finding eSalon has given me the chance to keep my original hair color without showing gray - ever! I don't have to look my age - eSalon lets me look 10 years younger. Fabulous results every time!

I have had so many hardships with home coloring. Before switching to this I was buying the most expensive home colorings and still had issues with my hair grabbing color. Not now. They have given me the opportunity to have the perfect color without the price. Even my sister who is a professional hairstylist has praised the results I get.
I am very pleased with this product. It is a great color for me, leaves my hair shiny and silky. I also like the service from e-salon with reminders, and opportunities to change color or timing of mailing out the next order. I appreciate the tips given to me when I had an issue and all is resolved. I plan to continue as this is MUCH less expensive than going to a salon for coloring!
I spent years going to the salon and always came out with dry hair. My hair loves this stuff. Since I started coloring with eSalon (and not changing other products) my hair is much softer. Yay!
I have gotten great results with eSalon from the very beginning. My color fades less and remains shiny. I just tell the colorist I want a little more of this or a little less of that, they do it and I am happy with the results every time. Couldn't be easier.
I like the color I got and when I wanted to change it a bit the colorest did a great job with the new shade. My hair does seem healthier since using esalon. I like the color when I first put it on and also like it when it fades a bit. I do not have as many grays showing up as quickly as I did by using other products. I have resistant to color grey hair. At 46, I dye my hair every 4 weeks. At home, boxed hair color kits just weren't cutting it anymore. I certainly never acheived the hair color on the box. My first order with esalon went so easy and best of all the color is just what I wanted. A soft, golden brunette. My hair feels great after the trwatment and doesnt4 have a strong odor like some products. I won't be changing brands ever!

I have tried many different brands of hair color and settled on loreal and Clairol. Then I tried esalon. I liked the color and felt it looked more natural than loreal or Clairol but wasn't certain I wanted to pay more for it so I went back to loreal and Clairol. I didn't like the flat look of the color or the condition of my hair. I returned to esalon and had them adjust my color, which they are always happy to do, and now I am very satisfied with my hair color and condition. I would recommend esalon to family and friends.
