The hair color process was great. The color needs a little tweaking but I already put in a request and I'm sure it will get a little better every time :).
My color product comes to my door regularly, which reminds me when it's time to color. My hairdresser even commented on how she loves the color. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

I love using e-Salon's color services. I don't get to the salon often, and rarely would have time (or money!) for a color. This does the job, and does it well! For what I would pay for a single color service at the salon I have fresh color every couple of months for a year! It comes just when I'm noticing that I need a touch up, and it's ready for me when I'm ready to color. I get compliments on it as well. The instructions are easy and clear, and the product just works. So glad I found this!

The company got so many specifics about me and what I need that it shouldn't have been a surprise that my color was so great, but I was still nervous to try something new! The color I got was perfect for me. It looks so natural, and I get compliments all the time. Because what I got was two different steps, it took longer to do the first time, but my hair color is definitely full of dimension, which is exactly what I asked for.
As far as my experience using it, I'd say the only thing that feels different is that it feels a little runnier going on than the box color I used to use, but thicker on my actual hair. Like, I have to rinse for longer to actually feel like it's coming clean. But the color is staying in just as bright as when I first did it, and I have red, so that's pretty amazing! It is also covering the gray areas MUCH better than anything I have ever used before--no fading off after one or two washes.
I love my stylist (she is really great) but I can't afford to see her very often. This is an amazing way to get the gorgeous color that she gives me, and so far, I am absolutely thrilled!
The service received from eSalon is by far the best. I have tried other companies on line but the color and ability to customize my color and the color match is superb. The ability to change frequency of receiving the color is also very easy. I do not plan to use anything else.

I cannot afford the time or money to have my hair salon coloured but have been using e salon for several months now, when my hair is trimmed my hairdresser comments on its fabulous condition and it is always exactly the colour I want, it is so easy to ask for it to be tweaked to your exact requirement.

Loving my new hair color from esalon. I couldn't decide if I wanted my light brown (with grey) to go medium brown or auburn so I sent in a picture and their stylists made a great recommendation. Love the custom color they put together for me. I always appreciate the way they package and deliver the products right to my door. It's so convenient and just as easy as a box from the store, but so much more customized. I am very happy with the way their product covers my stubborn grey and lasts reasonable well until my next coloring. The shiny rich color really helps bring my complexion to life and give overall vibrance. Such a confidence booster.

I've experimented for years with color but eSalon got it right the first time! I'm all about subtle, not wanting to stand out in the crowd. The color came out really beautiful and natural looking. A slight percentage more red would have been nice for the highlights I was covering, but overall this is definitely a color I would repeat. The formula also left my hair soft and not damaged feeling.

I had been doing the dark brown with red/purple tint for over a year. I decided to go more golden for summer this year. All I had to do was send my colorist a quick email and done. Blown away by the look/texture of my e-salon custom formula - I am using Demi-Perm color in a Medium Blonde with Gold, over grey, and it lasts wonderfully. As a natural blonde, with now quite a bit of silver in crown and parting which was making my color look ash and washed out. The gentle fade of the Demi-permanent suits me - it provides perfect coverage with no harsh regrowth line. I touch it up every couple weeks, no hassle. I have saved so much time and money and the results are not only equal to but better than what I was getting for 200.00+ at major LA salons. Thank you, E-Salon. What I like is that the color is always fresh looking and never gets dull. If I didn't have gray roots The time in between color applications would really be extended. Always soft, always shiny, very nice product.
I have been using box color for the past few years and I can't believe the difference this color has on my hair. Everyone thinks that I have it professionally done.
I really like having my custom color delivered on a regular basis. I know what I'm getting, and I don't have to try and remember "what color I used last time". I can dye my hair at my convenience, and end up with a very good result. The quality of the product is excellent, and I enjoy being able to adjust the shade(s) with ease.
I saw the advert for esalon and was curious. From the outset the system was easy to use. Each order I've been able to tweak my colour and now I'm happy with the colour I receive. The colour lasts so well I've changed the time between deliveries, all of this in my control from the comfort of my home. The colour is easy to apply, you get plenty of it, love that you get 2 pairs of decent gloves for application, and the little satchets of stain guard / remover a thoughtful extra. I recommend esalon to all my friends. Well worth trying them out.

It works so well! Not only did it cover my gray it has held its color so well. Compared to other colors from Sally's that are permanent this has been the best color that has held the longest. Definitely will be using it again.
I had a friend help me the second time I used this. Well she got every gray covered it is almost 3 weeks later I still love my hair. It starts out dark a few washes and days in the sun I have highlights & the color is perfect. I am very happy & the friend who dyed my hair sent for her own color.
The color is beautiful on my hair AND it covers all my whites!

This is a great product and so happy that I saw this in FB! I used to buy the boxes from drug stores and it never covered my whites. Plus my scalp is sensitive when I go to salon for coloring. I love how eSalon packaged everything and it doesn't hurt my scalp. I've been getting a lot of compliments. Thanks!!!!!
I've been using this for a couple of years now and love this product. I've been able to work with the company to get the exact color I want, switching it for either a lighter color for summer and a bit darker for winter. It's easy and they communicate with you before they mix and send the next shipment. I love it and won't go anywhere else for my color again. I have super thin, fine hair so one shipment lasts for two colorings for me. I highly recommend!!!
I loved the shampoo for treated hair . It is the best shampoo ever.

I really loved the color that Lorie, did on my hair. She is very knowledgeable , she knows exactly what she is doing.
I had lots of complements, from my coworkers, my friends and my family. I definitely recommend to any one who had the waisted lots money on expensive beauty salons. With this custom hair color, you get the results better than most famous beauty salons and what you pay is almost nothing.
I wanted to re-review this product after having it on for a couple of weeks. Every other hair colour I've tried has either not taken or washed out towards the ends within a couple of washes. My hair has now been washed 6 times and it's still the colour it was the day I dyed it. No red showing through. I can't help but sing your praises to all my friends. Amazing hair colour, I will never use a different dye now. Thank you
