Latest root color was too orange!I know we lightened the root coverage, but now am thinking it has to go darker again. Maybe back to the original. I am very dissappointed.My hair was blond with dark roots and many grays in my roots. I chose a copper color that was vibrant and bright, and I somehow ended up with a dull dark auburn that never fully covered my gray's and is a very flat and dull color. DisappointedThe color was good but not lasting. The worst problem I had was it was to strong with ammonia.... my scalp broke out in a rash and even though I washed it off of my ears they were burnt by the solution. However, if you must wear contact lenses and any product gets into your eyes, we advise removing your lenses before rinsing them. We hope the irritation is not persistent. Hair feels terrible after useLove the color but it leaves a residue in my hair. Had to use a clarifying shampoo 3 times before my hair felt normal. The fumes also burn my eyes while coloring. Not HappyColor may have worked well if I had not had to wash my hair 3 times to get all the oil out of it after I colored. What on earth was in it to do that. My hair felt weighted down and the shampoo you provided (& that I bought a bottle of) didn't do a thing to get the grease out after two shampoos. Had to use my Nexium shampoo the 3rd time to feel like my hair was clean. By that time, grey was showing around my hairline. So soI'm 50% grey, I ordered this thinking it would be a better product when I couldnt get to the salon over the drug store. Unfortunately I have been on my third box thinking it would get better. ExpectationsHello, I'm writing this to review my first use of the color i ordered. I didn't expect a huge difference because my hair is already black with very little brown tones. I wanted a more blue tint. The color that was sent was soft black with blue. I tried one bottle, an there was no significant change. It did make my hair shiny though. I really wanted the blue tint to be more prominent. I have watched youtube videos of young ladies with the desired color i want. color not for meunfortunately, the color was too dark and had too much of a red tone in it. My hair tends to pull red as the color washes out, was not pleased with the product at all. Not a good experienceProbably the drippiest, messiest, most frustrating dye I've ever used. Color is way darker than what was pictured or what I anticipated. Color is also completely flat. There is no dimension or highlight to it. It looks like I'm wearing a black, curly, wool hat all the time. I've been using the Heart Lock It shampoo as well, and even after 4 washes, the shampoo is still pulling dye out of my hair. My hair also feels terrible. Very dry, frizzy, and lifeless. Sadly not working.I have not managed to get across to the colour specialist what I wanted, this now the 2nd time its has gone wrong, I have got a colour that is so dark my hair is like Katy Perry's. I wished for a soft light brown colour with a touch of copper, I will have to wait and try to fade this awful colour that has no resemblance to what I ordered, it doesn't suit skin tone and it has made me so unhappy I just want to cry, as I was wishing for so much more of this product and won't be using it again. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
