Hello, I've been trying since last October to get this shade of color! I'm finally with the color I was hoping to get. So happy with the product. I tried to color my hair on my own then failed so went to a salon but that ate up lots of my money and still not entirely satisfied. With eSalon, even my boyfriend noticed and complimented me on the color! Yay! Happy customer indeed!
Love my result, very please with the quality. I need to learn how to apply product on the back of my hair. Very hard to do but it blended well all over my hair.

i am restricted to my home for health reasons and was nervous about dying my hair the first time. This made it super easy. There were some unforeseen preferential adjustments to be made but I got exactly what I'd asked for and the colourist worked asap to make changes to my next order. I find this very convenient as well as the choice of when it will autoship next as it is a product you need on a timeline. This is a fantastic service.
This was easy peasy, with every single piece of the process included (gloves, brush, stain guard, stain remover). I'm excited to play with it and see how close I can get to my ideal shade, but so far so good, and MUCH better quality than box store products!
Love that I can get this in the mail so it's so convenient. I don't have to be looking to make sure I have the correct color or remember which one it was. The instructions are super easy and clear. Great color and always looks good. Not to mention it doesn't take long at all to do.
I loved every part of this process. I got to put a lot of detail into the color I was searching for. I was contacted to make sure they understood. The product came quickly in great packaging. The product itself was odor free. It was easy to use and did a fantastic job covering my gray roots and putting a beautiful all over color on my hair. There was more than enough product for my hair length. This product is definitely work the price, a bargain for the quality. I have had the same hairdresser for 44 years. I know that’s a long time! Well I have Natural red hair and in the past years it was dulling as I age like red hair typically does. So my hairdresser used a Redken temporary color to give it shine and depth. Pandemic time so I decided to try your product. First of all the color match is perfect. I was able to color the front and my teen granddaughter finished what I couldn’t reach. It looks like I just stepped out of the shop of my longtime hairdresser. Love it. Love it !
I was nervous when I was applying the color because it was supposed to be an ash dark brown and while I was applying it, it looked more like black with hints of blue! It came out perfect though! Just don’t be alarmed when you’re applying, it will be ok. 🙂
Wow!!! What can I say.. it took me a while to get the hang of it, with the help of my not too happy husband putting the colour on the back.. It looked very dark once it started to develope but once rinsed, washed, conditioned and dried, the result was lovely. Lots of highlights popping through, not just a bland colour... Thank you.
I colored my hair today with the color my stylist sent to me and I am so happy with the outcome. My husband told me that it is the best color he has seen me with since we married nearly 21 years ago. I was so worried, during the pandemic that I wouldn't be able to color my hair. Every time I have bought any color from the store it has dried out my hair and makes it look dull. I like the coverage. The only think is I wanted my hair to be lighter but otherwise loved the way my hair felt after. Very soft and my hair was very shiny. Great product.
You get everything you need to do this at home, including 2 sets of gloves and excellent instructions. My color came out perfectly, nearly identical to the salon. All in, this took under an hour. A life saver at a time when salons must be closed.

I must say I was very happy with the custom color sent to me by eSalon! I vowed I would never color my own hair for fear of making a mess out of it and looking ridiculous. I always get my hair professionally colored and have been doing so for more than 20 years. Decided to try eSalon on a suggestion of my sister. I just colored my hair with the medium brown and the results were just as good as when I get my hair colored at the salon! It was a PERFECT match! Instructions were very easy to follow. So very pleased and will definitely order again! Thank you for a great product and alleviating all my fears!!
I was very sceptical about colouring my own hair at home especially due to the mixture of blondes, light browns, dark browns & copper tones my hair was but due to the current situation that we’re all in I thought I’d go for it, I don’t have a lot greys but it covered my very dark roots & greys amazingly & my hair is all the same copper colour, It looks great... I documented it all via snapchat & I must say I am over the moon with the results... I will definitely use again!! Shame you don’t have a recommended a friend scheme as I have so many friends asking where they can buy their own kit xSx

My hair came out salon quality. At first I thought my roots would be turn out different than the other parts of my hair. But no. It looks great. The kit had everything I needed. I didn't even have color marks on my forehead, thanks to the protective solution in the kit. That is better than my stlylist is able to achieve.

I have been wanting to dye my hair for a while now, just to cover up a few silver strands I have. It turned out awesome and worked great and did the job it was suppose too. My custom hair color turned out a lot like my natural hair color (which is what I wanted) but more vibrant and the color looks more alive... I just love it! I came across eSalon while I was browsing on the web, so I checked out their site and am glad I did. I like how it shows you what your current color is and gives you a view of what it will look like with the custom hair color you pick. A pandemic quarantine brings out the creative side. After 4 weeks at home and no end in sight, my roots were looking way to prominent! I researched and eSalon seemed like a good way to start. It arrived in less than a week, I read the instructions, and less than an hour later I was done. I am beyond pleased! Easy....quick....no mess...GREAT RESULT! Blonde hair is really hard to color, especially if it’s been colored in a salon previously. First, I loved the personal approach. I was contacted by a colorist after sending in a photo and she adjusted the color (I had ordered a shade too light). The results were great! Totally covered the gray and blended into my blonde. I love it!!!
I've dyed my hair before, and I've also spent hundreds at fancy salons, but this set made specifically for ME was the epitome of perfection! I absolutely love how everything was organized and spelled out accordingly. It did take me just as long as it does in the salon, but we're quarantined right now and my husband had control of the kids, so I had all the time in the world. :) My hair looks fantastic and I couldn't be happier with this purchase! Omg! I didn't think this would work but it did!! It was so easy - the packaging came with everything I needed and the instructions were so clearly written. Whoever invented the customer package was brilliant. And, the product high end, I get my hair done every 3 weeks and I did this myself with amazing results - I'm astonished, I will be using this in between all my highlighting treatments and recommending it to everyone!

I have always used store bought hair dye. It's gotten to the point that store bought dye wouldn't stick to my hair, it would just wash out. Very sceptically I ordered my hair dye from eSalon and now I'm sold for life! Not only did the dye stick but the color popped and it stayed! Thank you eSalon! I’ve been dying my hair since I was 10. I change my hair color as much as Kate Winslet character Clementine in Eternal sunshine of the Spotless Mind. This kit was really exciting to open. Loved how every item was personalized, a really nice touch, especially right now while we are shut inside. Really makes you feel special. Application was a BREEZE! Super quick and easy. Detailed instructions. Again, I want to emphasize how nice the little touches, like the stickers to hold up instructions, were. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I’m super excited for my highlight kit. 10/10 recommend. My only hope is they expand their colors. I’d love to be pink in the next few years

I have never colored my own hair, so I was anxious, skeptical and worried. I read the instructions,used the enclosed sticker to tape them to the wall,set everything up and went for it! Wow!!! My hair looks and feels great!
I love this product. I have not had a bad color, and if I feel the need to change it up a little bit, the colorists have made every change I have requested. It leaves my hair very shiny and soft.

this is by far the best color I have used. People can't believe I color my own hair. The key is separating the hair and brushing only on the roots that need coloring and not on already colored hair unless for a refresh every 6 months
Perfect again! Asked to slightly lighten color, clear advice and instructions given. Plenty of product, clear individual instructions print out, texts prior to this to also assist, all the ‘extras’ you need in the box. Blown away by how good my colour is. Have absolute faith that whatever I want to achieve color wise in the future I will get the correct advise. So happy !
This was easy to apply and it turned out perfectly. It wasn’t too dark after application and washing out. It’s fading really well. Definitely can’t wait for my next order.

I did like the color and it was very easy. It was my first time doing home color so I did too much so some of my highlights are now darker. My family said it looks great.
At first the color looked very dark upon application, but after finishing the process it was absolutely gorgeous! The color didn't irritate my scalp and the shampoo and conditioner smelled incredible. I am so pleased with the outcome. Thank you!
I was unable to get to my hairdresser but was also determined to cover those grays. So I found esalon and am so glad I did! Beautiful color and I saved so much money! Love it!!
My natural color is a mousey, drab, ash medium/dark blonde. I have the pale, freckled complexion and green eyes of a redhead, and now finally have the red hair I should have been born with. This eSalon color is beautiful, very natural and understated. The product is gentle, and leaves my hair in excellent, healthy, shiny condition.

I got my hair color weeks ago, which was fast on delivery... and last night I decided to do my hair! O M G.... I loved the result. The instructions were easy to follow and it was amazing that the color turned out so natural looking! I have colored my hair a couple of times before so I was experienced. Coloring your hair at home is not as easy as at the salon with the shampoo bowl but very doable if you prepare and follow the step by step instructions!
I love the ease of using your product with the detailed instructions. And the color lasted 4 1/2 weeks with very little grey showing. And when I asked for a color adjustment it was done and looks great. I love it. Especially in this crazy time- what a great service. Thank you

I don’t normally do reviews on products but this was a godsend . Due to being isolated from work I had to cancel my hair colour and cut appointment.
