First time I tried coloring my hair at home, I have always gone to the salon but due to the pandemic had to cover the gray at home. .I answered a few questions, received my color in the mail , applied and got the color I was hoping for it was easy to apply and the instructions provided were easy to follow. I am ready to do it again. Not disappointed at all.
Never done anything like this before. Used it for lowlights on my ash blonde hair and to cover grey and so pleased with the outcome. Would thoroughly recommend. Think my 2 daughters need to recover from the shock first as I have suggested a full head of lowlights next time! The whole service has been so professional - I am a convert! Thank you.
i was a bit nervouse when i got my first hair color kit. i thought it would be alot to do but i truly wasn't. it was simple to do . usually after coloring my hair my husband never notices but this time he actually gave me a compliment. he loved and said it looked great and the color was dead on to my normal color. i am a believer and will remain as a client.
I ordered my colour back in March, I had an e-mail from e-salon saying they’d reviewed my photo and thought the colour I’d chosen would be too dark, so would be sending a lighter colour .
I have just coloured my hair with the recommended colour sent , and I’m delighted with the results ! Must admit I was very nervous to see the results but couldn’t be happier.

I have dyed my hair at home for awhile but have not been super happy with the color. There was a special so I thought I would try. I like red hair and the color that was made for me was so rich and vibrant. I love it. I always use a bottle but will start using a brush to ensure coverage for the stubborn grays- I read it works better. Great experience!

I tried this product out of desperation while not being able to go to a salon. This is much better than the drug store hair color kits. Liked the color, liked my consultation and feed back. Would have given 5 stars but for my hair being thicker and needed to go out and buy hair clips. Love the product!
This is my third time coloring my hair with this color. The directions are so easy to follow, and the product goes on so easily. My root touch ups blend so nicely, and the color looks like I came out of the salon, not a box ;)

My daughter did my hair for me, and this product is amazing. I didn’t want a block colour, so we cut up strips of foil and did what they do in the hairdressers and it was fantastic. Quick, easy and will definitely buy again. Maybe I can request foils with my next order?

The custom color is wonderful. Often with boxed colours I must get my ends trimed within the week as it does a harsh number on my hair. My colour is even and soft and the roots match perfectly.

Not only did the color come out exactly as predicted but my hair is silkier and softer than my salon color I've been using for 20 + years. My gray stayed covered longer and soooo much cheaper than the salon. Oh and it gives my husband and I close time together as he does my application

This was the first time I had ever colored my hair at home. I was a little nervous about doing it so it sat on my counter for a couple of weeks. That was a big mistake I should have used it sooner. The color is perfect. I absolutely love the way it looks. I will definitely keep coloring my hair at home.
It took me a while to decide on the color I should use to color my roots and blend with the rest of my hair that was colored lighter. I could not be happier with the results! In fact I love this color more than my old two-tone color done in the salon. My reddish color I like is so hard to match. My natural strawberry blonde hair turned ash brown with gray highlights many years ago. I picked a darker blonde color with copper and mahogany tones (so grow out will look more natural). Thank you!

The color you sent to me to use to cover my more than an inch long silver grey roots It was really close to my exiting base color. Wonderful kit. Great instructors included. It would have helped to know I needed a bowl to use. But very satisfied.

For anyone who has hesitated to use "at home" color, eSalon makes it super easy and the results are very professional. I've tried the box color and eSalon is nothing like that. I love being able to tweak the results with the online stylist and also how easy it is to adjust the schedule for shipping as it fits my need.
Definitely recommend to my friends and family who are spending $60-$250 for their color. They also had the hassle of scheduling an appointment and were spending hours at the salon. Easy to order, my stylist selected a new shade to what I had chosen and I’m so glad as it’s a perfect match. Delivery was slightly longer due to covid but that can’t be helped. Nice little kit containing everything you need. Good instructions and lots of tutorial videos which made the process easier. I used my free application brush and found the colouring straightforward and fairly easy. Was very nervous as I’ve had previous hair colouring disasters but I’m so pleased with my end result! 9 weeks of root regrowth and all my greys are covered beautifully!
Initially seemed slightly darker than expected but it was a lovely warm colour with great shine and left the hair feeling soft and healthy. By day two I was very happy with the colour as well and now think it's perfect.
Good instructions and even for someone as inexperienced and clumsy as me was pretty easy to use. and I didn't mess up the whole bathroom either! Thanks very much.
I coloured my hair few days ago and I cannot tell you how happy I am. I am a natural red head anyway and when I go to my salon I have blonde highlights put in but I wanted something bit more vibrant and boy did I get that!!! I am so happy with the results if anyone is unsure about using this product don’t be you will love it!!!

My gray roots were out of control. Because of the stay at home order my roots were going into 10 weeks of growth. I have always gotten my hair colored at the salon every 4 weeks. With an upcoming Zoom meeting I was desperate to get my color done. My sister suggested I try eSalon. I was very skeptical and nervous about putting on my hair. To my surprise the product arrived with clear instructions and everything I would need to color my hair. It turned out perfect!! I originally set up my order for every 8 weeks, planning to have my salon color in between, but since the results are so good I have switched to every 4 weeks with eSalon. That gives me the flexibility to color as needed and saves me money. Thank you for saving my reputation as a true blond.
I have been extremely happy with this product, as well as the excellent service from eSalon. I needed a color adjustment after the first color I chose was not quite right. After submitting photos through my online account, the color was adjusted by my eSalon stylist and the new color was perfect. The product lasts as long as the color I get from my regular stylist and there is more than enough product to color my shoulder-length hair. I highly recommend this product for anyone wishing to color at home.

Looks amazing and very very happy with the color, instructions were great! I colored my 30 years ago by myself and it was entirely too dark and awful- this was perfect!!!!!
Absolutely blown away by how great this colour is. The shade is perfect, left my hair shiny and soft, and it looks very natural - beautiful tones and subtle highlights. It's my first time using it so we will see how it looks over time, but initial experience is as good as getting it done in the salon.
I use to be a licensed hair stylist and this product is true to color and the quality is very good. Love that it comes with stain guard and stain remover, as well as shampoo and conditioner. Smells great to!
Have always had my hair dyed at the hairdressers but have had to dye myself during lockdown - I have been pleasantly surprised with esalon. The coverage is very good. Colour spot on and instructions very clear. Will be continuing to use in the future.
The color matched perfect! Covered my grey roots and I feel much younger now without seeing my grey roots. I'm one happy customer!!! And I will continue using this product because I also love the money I'm saving from having to go to a salon. It's a win-win for me.
When I received my color, I was afraid to try it. I was used to semipermanent color and permanent seemed like a big commitment. I stared at the box for several months before my quarantine hair made me desperate enough to try it. Now, I can't believe I waited so long! I LOVE my new color and the grays are gone! Highly recommend eSalon.
I needed to cover my roots without disturbing the highlights.
I used the bottle and brush method very successfully. The color blended well with the rest of my hair.
My only objection is the ammonia odor. I was under the impression that this product is ammonia free. This is the reason for 4 stars.
Overall, I am satisfied with the product. The price is reasonable and the result satisfactory. I will most likely use esalon again.

ESalon was recommended by a friend. I finally ordered because of COVID 19. My husband helped me and between the 2 of us got it done. (Learned a lot for next time). The result is beautiful! Great color and not smears all over my face/neck. Looking forward to my next delivery. And so much more reasonably priced than my salon.

I tried box color years ago with disastrous results, so I was a bit nervous (but more desperate than nervous with the salons having been shut) to try eSalon. Loved the hand holding (videos) to take the angst out of coloring my hair for by myself. It turned out really well. I'm quite happy.
My color was almost identical to what I had been getting at the salon. It has lasted very well and at this point can still hardly see new roots.
Very satisfied.
I have never attempted dying my own hair but was quite pleased at the result! I need to tone the colour down slightly but apart from that perfect! Also loved the shampoo and conditioner!
Love the color. The coverage is great, especially for gray hair. I couldn't believe that they matched the color almost perfect the first time around. I adjusted the color for my second order. I'm excited and I will save so much money by coloring my own hair!

I just love this color!!!!! The stylist was right on point with what I wanted and the fact that she emailed me about my color and made sure I wanted this specific color/darkness (because it was two shades darker than my dyed color already) only shows that she and this company are truly professionals and the customers are their top priority!! :)
