I don’t color my hair often, but when I do, esalon has been spot on with matching my natural color. I have very few grays, and love having dark brown hair. I usually try a highlight or two when I need some sunshine. I always revert right back to my brown and esalon is my #1 choice to use. I use the demi-permanent which holds true to the color for months. My hair looks healthy and shiny. Thanks for a wonderfully reliable product and excellent service!

As my hair grays, I am hoping to transition to a lighter overall color. ESalon color has been wonderful! My colorist(s) have tweaked my color formula several times as I slowly lighten. This last color i wanted a bit of a red tone added, and my colorist sent along a second bottle to refresh my end. I can't wait to try it!
Note: I found that the brush method is best. Using the bottle, I dripped several times on my white sink and was dismayed that unlike my old demi-color, this formula left stains. The stain remover they give you for skin actually helped lighten the stain.

My personalized hair color was the perfect shade the first time I ordered it. Not sure if the formula has conditioners or not. My hair seemed to be over- conditioned for a few days after coloring my hair. By day 3 or 4 my hair was fabulous! Still is! I will be definitely reorder this product.

Just wanted to give feedback on my first order with eSalon. I'm really happy with the colour. It's very natural and just what I wanted. My hair had turned very brassy from both the supermarket dye and from the sun on a recent holiday. This colour gives a natural gold tint to my hair without being too blonde. (I'm a little too old for platinum locks!!! 😂)
I was really impressed with the lovely packaging and the little extra touches included in the box, like the brush and stain guard. The attention to detail makes you feel as special as a salon pampering.
The condition of my hair post treatment was superb. Really soft and conditioned. Having naturally curly hair, it's always dry and can look frizzy and dull but the shampoo and conditioner were lovely.
I highly recommend giving this a try and I'm looking forward to my next order in 6 weeks. I may even treat myself to some hair care in the meantime 😊

This hair color turned out just beautiful! Talk about being able to color my gray hair without it being brassy and not blending well with the rest of my hair was a true Winner for me. I was a little sceptical about colouring my hair and it took some persuasion from my daughters. I’m in my 60’s and my hair had become lighter over the years, the tones of grey/silver along with the colour tinge from straightening made my hair look really brassy. Today I received my first order and decided to try it out straight away. The result was amazing and my colour looks so natural. I’m so pleased with it. This process was fun and easy. The product was delivered quickly and had all the included items. I have colored my hair myself many times in the past, so coloring my hair was also easy. The smell was nice. The color came out fantastic. While it has been growing out my gray hairs are blending in perfectly. I really love how my hair looks and feels after coloring with esalon color. I have red pigments in my natural hair color and the store brands would bring them out, and I would have orange hair. But not with this color I get an awesome medium blond. Love it.

I have now had three deliveries of my hair colour and I have been so delighted with thre results. My first was a little dark and so o changed the colour to what is now my perfect match and colour. The longevity and intensity of colour is fab and my hair doesn’t go brassy or khaki as it has done with other hair colours .

I’m a long time customer for a reason..consistent fast, excellent customer service. They quickly respond to my semi-frequent color adjustments and to any questions I may have. Wow I am in awe of this. I normally use home dye and find so many irregularities with box dyes. But I’m so happy with the results from this! The set was packaged beautifully, with everything you could need. Even little details like stain guard and a sticker for hanging up your instructions- so useful! So impressed with this set. Thankyou

I was unsure about the coloring since my first order wasn't the color i was wanting. But after I contacted them and told them what color I was trying to achieve. They sent out a new kit and I couldn't be happier the color was perfect and the coverage is great and I love the fact that my red hair hasn't had any fading yet and its been 4 weeks amazing product, amazing company and great price.

I love my colour - it lasts a long time and the shine and texture are lovely - better than my old salon product.

I'll never use box hair dye again. ESalon is the most natural hair color, it's impossible to tell I dyed my own hair. Love the product.

First time used this product great coverage, I have a lot of grey hair and covered well and did not dry out hair very pleased and will definitely use again.
I colored my hair 10 days ago, when I look in the mirror, I am always happy with my color. I used the brush and bowl for my roots. I like the coverage.

Lovely colour and my hair looked quite glossy when dried.
I'm going on my 5th color order and while I've made some tweaks along the way, the colorists at eSalon were able to make a color that just about matches my natural red hair perfectly! I will never go anywhere else for color! Keep up the good work!

I have been very happy with all the hair products I’ve tried. I did have a problem with the color of my highlights and the eSalon staff were very helpful and promptly sent a product to soften the color at their expense. Wonderful customer service and products!

I’ve always had my hair professionally coloured but decided to stop fighting my natural red tones and work with it. I sent In pictures of my before hair colour & described what I wanted to achieve. Love the way the colour comes in a gorgeous little package & the instructions are super easy to follow! Will definitely be using this to colour my hair from now on
I had my colorist change it up to a little darker blonde with some copper. It turned out perfect and actually matches my skin tone a bit better! Thanks e-Salon.

I dont usually leave reviews but I actually can't get over the quality! My hair feels and looks insane the shine is unreall!! I wouldn't go anywhere else now I am a customer for life I was not expecting these kind of results it is literally like salon quality and to be able to do it myself and at home is crazy! I love everything about this product and I'm excited to try new colours and to have some one to talk to and go through my options is amazing!! So so happy!!
Having my hair color sent to me automatically is the best service ever!! They work with you to come up with the exact color you like. This eliminates having to go to the store, look for the product /color, than having to plan around all of this to do your hair.

Went from light blond to medium as I was getting too light on top. Love the new shade. Looks like I have all over highlights yet the colour is not a lot darker- very subtle.

eSalon has been so helpful. The changes you made in my last order were perfect. My color looks great, just like my natural color that I had when I was younger. Aging (I'm 51) is difficult and is expensive. Coloring my hair at home and getting these results will save me a lot of money. Thank you esalon.
