I've tried a few variations of blonde-- cool and warm tones, because I'm a neutral/cool girl that's always attracted to warm tones. I upload a photo of my current hair, my roots, and what color I want (from a Google search usually), and describe what I do and don't want (you know, like wanting strawberry blonde but not too brassy). They review and adjust each time. It's so hassle-free!! I've been pleased with each and every result. I plan to continue every 4-7 weeks for years and years to come!
I was nervous about trying the color, but I finally did & wow! Just a few stubborn gray hairs in the front (not enough to matter) color & coverage are perfect! It's so very close to my natural color but with just enough red to make it an amazing color. My hair feels great, too, not like the usual dryness that often comes with coloring. Overall, I am very, very pleased and love the color! So happy!!!
I went from mouse to auburn in one easy move! Friends say that I should have been born this colour. I applied it myself this time, in the past my daughter has done it for me, so I was a bit trepidatious but it was simple and looks good. I also love the facility to change the shade if I want to. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this product.

I was worried that I wouldn’t see dimension of color in my hair, but I’m seeing more of the different shades of the color as the days progress. I’m loving this color!!!!
I am pretty much 100% grey-natural brunette gone blonde due to salon costs ($200/visit!). This works just as well and I can cover my roots every 4-5 weeks instead of 6-8. You can do the math! They’re great at adjusting color and advice etc.
I have been colouring my hair for very many years with varying results. In the short time I have been using eSalon colour my hair is softer and more conditioned and the colour has been exactly as I requested and hoped for.

This was definitely a huge step up from drug store color kits. I thought the instructions were done well. I liked that it was roots first and then ends. The color is great and my hair doesn't feel like it was just colored. Looking forward to the next kit to see how well it blends after a month of washing and grays coming in.

In the comments section of my order, I noted that I always tend to go more red when coloring my hair. The stylist listened and responded with the suggested color of light brown. I put the color on and it looks fantastic! Now, all i need to do is maintain my roots going forward. The team really took their time to get my colour right, asking questions and making suggestions and I couldn't be happier with the results! The dark ring I had around my roots is now beautifully blended with the rest of my hair and the colour is exactly what I wanted, a dark brown but with a lovely depth and a shimmery golden tint. I've Been using esalon for several months now, after originally thinking I would just go back to OTC hair color. But after you use esalon, and try OTC brands again, their are slight differences that made me go back to esalon. One of the biggest is the beautiful scent of all the products. The shampoo, color, conditioner, all SMELL great! That may not be important to you, but I love it!! Plus of course it all works well and the customer service is great!!
I was a bit hesitant to use eSalon for at-home color, but took a chance anyway. My hair felt and looked amazing after using this set and I got several compliments. I initially tried the semi-permanent hair gloss so I could see if the color worked for me. I loved it but it washed out after about 2 weeks. I emailed the team to update my next set to a more permanent color and received a response almost immediately. My next kit will include a longer lasting color and I cannot wait to get it.
The color turned out great. I want to try the demi-permanent once more, but after that I'm considering the permanent blend. The dye was able to give my hair consistent color all over, even though I had previously colored my hair and had multiple shades. I'm very happy with this blend.
This entire experience was absolutely perfect! From the ordering process to the application it was easy as can be with step-by-step instructions for every phase. I even got a compliment from my hairdresser for the color and coverage!

I have sought the coppery/gold red color that is my natural color from both professionals and from a box. Have not always been satisfied, but the one time I was from a professional, the 2nd coloring was not the same shade and she left it on roots too long so there were actually two shades that did not blend. I wasn’t terribly hopeful about eSalon but finally decided to try it. Very happy with the outcome as it is exactly the shade I hoped for. Thank you!

I am an absolute novice at doing my hair, but decided to take the plunge as £55 every 6 weeks was costing too much. This personalised set is amazing, so easy to use. I love to dye my hair. I even enjoy bleaching it from time to time. Every so often I also enjoy having my natural hair colour which is a dark dark near black brown. I was warned that there was a chance that this dye might not give me what I wanted....Well it did. Not only that it stayed in. No wash out or blonde peaking through like it would have had I got to a salon. It's happened before. I didn't mind, I honestly never mind. I was skeptical going in. How in the world could someone know my coloring when they have never seen my face?
Well, this is beyond amazing- I've always thought I had to go lighter but darker actually looks way better- and more natural. I'm 3 1/2 weeks in and my hair still looks great! My color is a demi so I thought it would be almost washed out by now but it is not! I still catch myself checking myself out in the mirror because it looks and feels so good. I should have tried this a long, long time ago.
This is the second time I have used the product and I really like the outcome. It covers my gray roots well and the ends don't darken. I am definitely using auto ship.
This is my first purchase with esalon, the directions were great. I am pleased with my color, it is very natural looking. It seems to be long lasting, I am in my third week of color and I am outside alot in the summer. It covered my grays completely. I will stick with esalon and abandon loreal!

Better than any box color in the store. I never can tell any change when using box color. My color selection made a big difference and turned out exactly as pictured and the tones are good for me.
I had tried several brands but none covered my mostly white hair. I had given up and than found ESalon. It was easy to use and my hair is now exactly the color I had hoped for. Not only that but my hair is smooth and shiny. This is the best hair color I have ever used.
I had been trying to put off coloring my hair for as long as possible but it was time to cover up the gray. A friend suggested eSalon and I am so glad I made this choice. This is the first time I had ever colored my hair and was very nervous because I have a very sensitive scalp. In the past, Redken products have made me break out and even made my hair fall out and other women in my family talked about how they have to put up with their scalp burning to get a good coloring- so I was very worried. The kit comes with a recommended test to check for allergy and I did that and didn't have a reaction. I even tested a small unnoticeable place on my head and didn't have a reaction. I had no sensitivity with the actual coloring of my hair- no burning, no itching, nothing! Another worry was that it would really dry out my hair- but it didn't- my hair is soft and just as shiny as ever. When selecting a color, the questions were very thorough and I ended up ordering the demi-permanent dark brown. What a great color! I was worried it would be too dark but it was a great match and even had just the tiniest hint of auburn in it which I am really liking. I can still tell where my gray was because the gray is lighter than the rest, but I think it gives it the look of some lighter brown highlights and it works for me. We had some shipping problems; the developer kept leaking inside the box but customer service was excellent. I emailed and received a response and phone call every time. When I had a question right before I applied the color and called the customer service number, I only waited on hold about 2 minutes, the customer service rep was very friendly, helpful, and supportive. Bottom line: excellent customer service, excellent color, and I am absolutely 100% satisfied.
The color is fantastic and it covers grey! Usually with other coloring products my greys show again within 1 week! It’s been 5-6 weeks since I used my E Salon color and my greys still aren’t showing. Even my regrowth is barely noticeable. Love this product!
