been looking for a colour that was not too dark or too brassy ,and with your help i got what i have been looking for easy to use product , great support, stylist recommended lighter shade than i had picked so i took her advise and am glad i did , i am having my colour tweaked a bit next time and will continue to do so until its perfect with the help of the great service you provide. so happy i found your salon
I was sceptical, however I've tried drugstore colors so why not! Much to my delight, my color is perfect. It's exactly what I described to my colorist through osmosis lol. She's amazing! I couldn't be more pleased.
So happy with everything about esalon. The service is Fab and the hair colour is exquisite. They have completely nailed what I was after and adjusted my colour accordingly when asked. Once I've coloured my hair feels silky soft and lightweight. Much much MUCH better than supermarket box colour. Can't recommend this product set and the team highly enough.

First time user. My daughter colored my hair the other night with a copper red color and I have had tons of complements. The color was perfect. It looks natural and is the same color my hair was when I was a teenager. I am in my 50's now. It covered all my grey hair and the product was easy to use.
I received the color set and I was very excited to try it. I was very impressed with the personalized instructions. The only thing I was not expecting was the strong smell of the color solution. I was a little skeptical about using because my scalp is very sensitive. When I mixed it and applied the color it stinged a little around the edges, but it didn’t last. I was thankful that it didn’t sting through the whole process and I was very pleased with the results. Is there a color mixture for sensitive scalps?

Having tweaked my starting colour slightly, I have found the perfect colour for me, with lots of people commenting on how good my hair looks.
The color system package is great. Having all the required items in one package is so convenient. I love the way my hair feels, so soft and luxurious after use. The color is amazing too. I was going for color to cover some grey and be the same as my original color and it is amazingly close. This is an excellent product!
Really love the results, actually convinced me to get more "gold" in my color which looks great.
Also there was a mistake with my change of address and they are sending another set, ... no charge!

I wanted to change my hair from light brown with blonde highlights to a more solid dark golden brown. The color fill worked amazingly to even out the highlights and prepare for the color, without having to worry about a greenish hue during the transition. This is definitely salon quality! I received so many compliments on the shine and depth to the color, and my hair feels so healthy and soft. Due to the highlights, the color came out a little redder than anticipated, and overall a bit darker than I expected the dark golden brown to turn out. Also, the color is a demi-permanent, so touch ups will be required, but so far so good on the grey coverage. It's not like other dyes that I've done at home, where I can still see the grey hairs sprouting out. I will make some adjustments in regard to the specific shade for the next order, but I am beyond pleased with the results in terms of quality and affordability.
The expert tips were so helpful. The debth of color is so rich and the tone is just beautiful. Do purchase the kit with the clips, timer, and the cape, makes everything very easy and the shampoo and conditioner are so luxurious. Finally I have the color I've always wanted!
I was pleasantly surprised by how great my hair looked after trying this product! I definitely will be using it again!! The directions were clear and the tools/dye were easy to use.
The kit was complete with everything I needed. The instructions were easy to follow. I do need to adjust the color with just a little less gold and a little more ash.

My base color of dark brown has lots of natural red in it and since grey has set in, any coloring can go carrot-like if it's not done well...Kudos to eSalon as they NAILED the color perfectly on the first try. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the product, the packaging, the directions...everything is top notch and I look forward to not having to rely on my increasingly frequent salon visits for expert coloring...try it, you'll LOVE it.

I love! Love! Love! This product! 3 weeks after I used the product the color is perfect! Hair is silky and shiny! And the grey is covered! This is the first time I colored my own hair in decades. I will use it again and refer my family and friends.

Every single time I have gone into a beauty salon for a hair cut or trim, the stylist tells me what outstanding color I have, and then wants to know who my colorist is, or where my salon is.
Then, when I start to say, "Actually, I do my..." she will say, "eSalon."
I will admit, that i was really apprehensive about using the product, but was tired of paying 5X the money and NOT getting what i wanted. OMG...SO HAPPY!!! I am so happy i gave it a try, the results are AMAZING! I love the color that my colorist..Danielle...mixed for me!! So now you have a client for life (or until im too old to color anymore..haha) 😁

I have been coloring my hair for over 20 years, using box colors from local chain stores and occasionally treating myself to a professional color. eSalon is, by far, the best box color I have ever used. It has amazing gray coverage, easy to follow instructions and even smells great! How does that even happen? I normally smell like chemicals for a few days after coloring my hair, but not with this product...I love it. I also love the packaging.
I love my dark brown color even when its time to retouch it doesn't fade and when you see your natural color come in then you no its time for your E color to work its magic
I have been using ESalon custome color for 2 years now---I love the shine and all over coverage!!! love love love it!!!! my favorite custome color is red, but they have changed my color over 5 times at my request...Covers the grey completely. I used to be a natural redhead. As I got older it changed. A student made a comment about my blond hair and another student told him it used to be red. I started coloring with my mom’s help. Your color is made just for you, way better than the big store colors. If you want to make a last minute change in color your colorist can do it no problem. I love it.

I really like my custom color. It was easy to apply and the results make my hair soft with a richer color than I have gotten before from a salon or a drugstore brand.
Love the product and color. We had to tweak it in the beginning to find the right color but only took once and they read my comments and made it just right for me!
I bought the custom colour set a few months ago but put off using it until yesterday. It all came in lovely packaging, which I know isn't important for hair colour but added that extra touch.
The instructions were really easy to follow and the product was great. I have long hair and it covered all of it with spare.
The colour has come out just how I wanted it and my hair isn't really dry at the ends!

I was able to get the formula from my hair stylist because I was moving away. eSalon matched it perfectly. I'm now waiting for eSalon to offer my my very color in a "root touch-up spray". I don't like the mascara wand...slow boat to china, messy, leaches onto other fabrics, etc. A quick spray is all I have time for anyway! Can you guys do that?
My last visit to a hair salon ended with a color that was much too dark, due to overlapping and an itchy scalp because I seem to be allergic to the product they used. Before that I tried to color my hair at home and for years I searched the stores for "my" perfect hair color. Thanks to eSalon the search is over and I finally found th color I always wanted. I have never colored my own hair. I followed the instructions but I was a little on the sloppy side putting the color on my hair. However it came out great. I really like the color and will continue to use ESalon. I look forward to trying other color options in the future. Thanks so much
I am blown away. This is exactly the color I asked for. I even spoke with a couple of different colorists to help me obtain what I was really looking for. I had started to lighten (grey) and was looking very dull. I wanted something brighter, but still natural looking. That’s exactly what I got. No one noticed the color. I get compliments all the time on my hair color and I love it. A couple of weeks ago I was at the salon getting a Brazilian Blowout, my hair dresser, who I've gone to for years, once again complimented me on the great color of my hair. While I was still at the salon another hairdresser came by to chat with my hairdresser and my hairdresser said "isn't her (referring to me) hair color great! she does it herself!" the other hairdresser agreed that it does look great and was shocked that I got this color "from a box". I was so impressed with my first order when it came. I did order a set of their tools the first time (can now use them over and over)! Helped the job get done a little easier. Love the color my specialist and i worked up. Getting read to change the color just a scosh, I want to add a little bit more red. The specialists are VERY VERY helpful and know what the are talking about. I would reccomend to you home self doers!!! AND the color stays on a lot longer then my store bought color. Highly recommend, now if if I could just get someone to do it for me!!!!
I have NEVER used a better hair colouring product in my life! After using the eSalon Hair Kit I bought, my tangly, frazzled, thick locks were shinier than any other hair dye kit bought in any pharmacy ! I could comb thru it after using the shampoo/ conditioner provided and the colour was so dark, so soft and manageable, I was immediately in awe!
