I have moved away from my favourite hair salon recently - been seeing them monthly for 8 years but now I am living too far away to sustain this habit. Decided to try eSalon and do it at home - and I am impressed. I like the rich colour (deep brown with golden tones), the grey roots coverage was excellent, and the technique to refresh the ends worked perfectly. My hair is soft and bouncy and looks healthy. I was skeptical but saw lots of positive feedback so decided to try it. I am not disappointed with the product and the really insightful kit (gloves, stain guard and remover, sticker to hold up your instructions - well thought through). I ordered my next kit already and added some tint rinse (to see if I can refresh the deep tones in between colouring dates, as well as a colouring kit as my makeshift supplies (cheap plastic takeaway bowl and old clips to section hair) were not great. I will get a friend to help though as I am not great with colouring my grey roots in the back, and its just easier to get help! I am impressed, unexpectedly so, but impressed.
I have been very unhappy with drugstore hair color for quite some time and decided to try eSalon on the recommendation of my friend. Excellent gray coverage! Love that you can customize the color. If your hair is long and somewhat thick, I recommend a second two bottle application to ensure that you have thoroughly covered the middle and all the ends. Very happy!
I am so in love with my color! After a few tweeks and reassurances from me that I'm completely comfortable with violet tones; I think we have hit upon the winning combination! Can't wait to show off my hair to my friends!
I love my custom color from eSalon! I no longer pay tons of money at the salon, saving money that can be spent on having fun and living life. The instructions are clear and it is so easy to do. My color is perfect every time and my hair feels amazing. I am so glad I discovered eSalon!
This was the EXACT color I've always wanted but never been quite able to get! Love the stain guard and the stain remover and the fact I can choose if I want to brush on the application or use directly from the bottle. I don't have a bad thing to say about this. If you are on the fence about trying it...try it...I hope you will be as happy with the results as I am!!!!!
This was my first time coloring my hair at home so I was slightly anxious about the process, but everything was easy. I picked a slightly darker copper than my natural color but it covered my gray and the color is amazing. I have highlights and it is shiny and soft. My husband loves it. Such a easy process. I will definitely be reordering. I also recommend this to anyone who wants soft, beautifully colored hair. I am no longer anxious about coloring my hair myself. I should have tried eSalon sooner.

It took me about 30 minutes to apply, but I did follow every tutorial video I could get my hands on, because last time I was with eSalon, I royally effed it up and wasn't paying attention to the guidance... WHOOPS. Then came nearly two years of salon visits to correct it. SO! I am hopeful that I can keep this going, because 30 bucks versus 200, is really nice. Also - eSalon customer service is MAD. SO GOOD. Love, love, love.

I highly recommend Esalon. Unless you have the time and money to go to a high end hairdresser/colurist who really know their stuff ( and really good colourist can be hard to find!) then settling with eSalon is absolutely is a superb option. I had two orders from eSalon lying around and finally tried it, the result was great. Then I tried again a few weeks later out of curiousity, mixed myself the slightly darker color from the first order up with the slithly lighter color from last order and it turned out really very natural looking. The instructions are spot on. Just make sure to update your photos, so the colourist can see properly what your hair looks like. Make sure to tell them how you want it. I never ever before had so natural looking results from the boxes in the store. In fact I have had completely catastrophic results from haircolours from the store. This is sooooo much better, it’s like day and night of difference . I HIGHLY recommend E salon.
When I ordered the color, I received a message from eSalon, telling me that they were adjusting my color a bit, as they thought it was too dark. Well, their decision was the right one! Definitely love the color they made!
So easy to use and beautiful natural colour! Great delivery and prompt replying to all questions. Do not like the conditioner, made my hair really greasy ( took 6 washes to remove !) wish we had an option not to have shampoo/ conditioner as it just go’s in the bin ? Overall love my colour and the convenience of auto delivery, will definitely continue to use 😄👍
My colorist adjusted my color from my original order and I am so glad she did. That is what makes this so amazing! They will not let you get it wrong! Everyone has complemented me on my new hair color. I was scared going in because I have not colored my hair in years. I am too frugal to pay $200 for hair color at the salon and now I am glad I didn't. I would feel dumb now. This is so simple to do as well. The instructions were clear and easy to read and my color only took 30 min to process. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to color their hair.
I was very hesitant at first to begin to color my own hair, as I did so in the past and my hair always turned very dark almost black over time. This product goes on just right and the match is perfect. I am getting better at the process of doing it myself each time. I also like that my colorist gets in touch w me each time she is ready to mix color to see if I want to change anything.

I decided to try esalon after quotes from hairdressers wanting £140+ to dye my hair back to dark from blonde. I can say now I will not be using another hair colour service besides esalon from now on. Best color ever. I am a retired cosmotologist and have done everything possible to my hair. Right now it is overprossed but I couldn't wait to use my new color. It is the exact color I have been looking for all these years. color is true and does not grab darker on the ends. I will stick with eSalon for future color.

I was hopeful but skeptical and now I am a believer. My color came out perfect and I love it. I am thrilled with the color and my grey cover. Nice and bright and long lasting.
Initially I thought the colour was too 'bright & too red' but I was wrong! My hair looks healthy and shiny, it doesn't feel dry as it has in the past when using other colour products. Great grey coverage and really thrilled with the results.
I am so pleased with my custom color kit. It is the perfect color and so easy and convenient. No more 2 hour salon visits that drain my bank account. Thank you eSalon team for making my life easier and my accountant happier!

Received my color, was hesitant to do it as I normally Have it done. I applied As instructed and waited the time, rinsed our as usual and prayed. The color was so wonderful and rich. It did not last as long as I would Have hoped but I do Wash hair daily.

The whole kit is wonderful. I love that you have 2 options for application, the stain preventer and remover. Very thorough instructions. Even the little sticker to hang the instructions.

This product is like a high end salon color. They make your color specifically for you! Your name is even in the bottle. My color came out exactly the way I wanted. Very happy with the outcome, even after a few weeks the shine is amazing!

I have dark blonde hair and could never get the over the counter hair dye right. I dye my roots when the gray grows in. The dye was too light or too dark. So I thought I give e-salon a chance, and I am so happy that I did. I colored my roots on August 24 and my roots matched the rest of my hair. I also learned not to put dye on all my hair which would make it darker! Thank you so much! I am now going to try your highlighting kit!

The color kit is so easy to use, has everything you need and the final product looks great and my hair feels soft and healthy. Getting it shipped at intervals means I keep it up on a regular basis and I can adjust how often it is sent if I want to. Great product $25 v. $100's at the salon.
I ordered the color kit, not being sure I was going to like the color, but I LOVE it! It brightens up my face, it was fairly easy to use (my first time), and I loved the results. Will definitely be coming back for more.
