What more can I say? Best purchase this year. The subscription service is so convenient, and I love getting my package delivered at the interval I choose, with color and directions customized to my needs. The product itself is superior to any store brand I have tried: processes quickly, rinses out easily, the color is amazing and the conditioner leaves my hair feeling great. I love the extra little touches, like TWO pairs of gloves (real ones, not the flimsy ones that you get with the store boxes), skin protector and stain remover. I would recommend this to anyone I know who colors their hair regularly.
I have been ordering my color from eSalon since last year 2015. What I love: will listen to your needs had to change my color base several times to get it right. There are no questions asked. I take my color to my hair stylist and the color results from her own mouth - your color is beautiful and it suits you!!!

I really like the hair color and the order process is so easy! I prefer this coloring product to what I used to have my stylist use. It doesn't smell as strongly during and after it's been applied. After the hassle of doing it myself, my stylist has agreed to use this product on my hair. It still ends up costing me less and I am happier with the results. I color treat my practically solid gray hair with the lightest blonde color. My hair does not look " fried"; it is soft to touch; the color is even and does not appear "bleached". I get many compliments on the color. I recommend using this product wholeheartedly.

I had been coloring my hair for years at the salon. She could never match my color. Too red, faded quickly, just not right. I can do it myself and the color works! My hairs shines and is thicker and more bouncy.
Much more vibrant and longer lasting color than any drugstore brand I've used,as well as many salon colors I've had. It's easy to use and comes with great packaging and little extras. The gray coverage lasts longer than box brands, which is rare with red color in my experience.
I've been using this product for several years and have been very pleased. My haircolor (light red gold) is not really common and had been hard to match. eSalon matched it. When I thought it was a bit dark - wanting to go lighter as I aged - they reformulated and it was great. The first time I used it, I seemed to have a dye line, so I called and a representative explained what I should do to avoid that. Thanks for your attentiveness and responsiveness.
Absolutely by far the best color I have bought and not the salon high prices. It stays in and looks great just as long as if you went to a salon. Doesn't dry your hair out. Would recommend for anyone to try !
I love this hair colour! It's so very easy to use and comes with full instructions every time. I've been coloring my hair, or having it colored, for fifty years😳 And eSalon makes my hair feel healthier & thicker than any I've ever used. My natural color (whatever that is) varies from Snow White around my face to wirey salt-and-pepper towards the crown and a bit darker down the back. The eSalon color that I've been using for 8 months, with one slight adjustment early on, blends my color to one consistently beautiful shade, front to back! I'm so glad I was able to access this great product that makes my hair feel and look so healthy.
I tried about every drug store brand ... a variety of red colors. None were the right color and most left my hair feeling damaged. With eSalon, send a few pictures, say what shade you are looking for and presto! I made one adjustment after the first month and have had the perfect red hair color for ME ever sense. And my hair feels great after dying it! When can you say that?! It is well worth spending slightly more than drug store brands (but WAY less than the salon). Highly recommend to EVERYONE!!
This color is awesome! I am in the shade Light Brown Red Mahogany. I've always wanted a wearable red shade that didn't look too artificial and this color is spot on. The application process is easy enough that my boyfriend could do it for me with no problems at all! The color did fade (all reds fade a bit quicker than other colors) but with the Color Enhancing Treatment the color lasted about 8 weeks without any problems. Since using this color I've even noticed that my hair has been growing a lot faster, not sure if it's due to the color but it seems a lot more nurishing than other brands I've tried. Love it and would recommend to anyone!

I colored my hair (dark golden brown-just one color) yesterday. Today I went for a hair cut and the girl commented a few times that the color looked really good and natural. She asked if I was covering grays (unfortunately, I had to say yes:-( ) and she said I had really good color and did a really great job. Always like when my salon says I did a good job! I've been using eSalon for about a year and it's been easy-breezy lemon-squeezy!

This product colors really good, feels really good in using, doesn't have a strong odor and you have the ability to change your color at any point. A+++.
I get identical result from this kit as I used to achieve from my salon root touch up treatment but at a fraction of the price and is much less time consuming. It is so easy to apply and the resultant colour is fantastic - on a different scale than any 'over the counter' colourants - delighted!
If you want to use a brush and bowl to dye your hair, eSalon provides the brush. If you want to just use your hands, they supply the gloves. There is the color, shampoo, conditioner, and great little wipes to get the extra off your skin! Great packaging, great color, easy to use and didn't smell like ammonia. I dyed my hair exactly 4 weeks ago and it still looks great. I has not faded and it has not bled out when I wash it. I would recommend this and will be getting it again.
I got tired of spending $120 every six weeks to color my hair. The color I get from eSalon is beautiful. I get so many compliments and nobody knows I color my own hair. I couldn't be happier!!
I'm totally impressed. eSalon gets it RIGHT all the time. I change formulas from season to season from light to dark and then some. This hair color formulation was so perfect that my daughter, who is a Senior Hairstylist and Salon Manager,
was impressed by both the product and the awesome packaging.
When I told her I had ordered hair color online she said, "oh mom"! in that exasperated tone.
But when she applied the color for me and saw the results she said she could see why eSalon is causing the sensation it is.

My hair has never felt this good after being colored, and I have very difficult hair - dry and brittle. However, my hair now feels like silk - this is a new thing for me, and I get many comments on how pretty my hair looks, and how much they love the color! I've recommended esalon to everybody who says something to me about my hair.
It makes my hair feel wonderful and silky after using the color, so much better than any store bought, it actually makes my hair more manageable and the eSalon team listens to your input and makes "tweaks" they are so easy to work with.
I LOVE eSalon! I love that they auto ship my custom hair color every four weeks. The whole process couldn't be easier. I even referred my sister and mother in law and they love it as well. I was at my salon last week getting my hair cut and my stylist asked, "You don't color your hair, do you?" She thought my hair was my natural color. That says it all!
This truly is a great way to keep my roots under control. They do a great job in matching and even when I had ombré highlights, I uploaded a picture and they adjusted the color. Awesome, customer service and awesome product. Thanks!

I ordered this 2 and a half years ago and never even opened the box. Against advice, yes I called customer service who was extremely nice and helpful, I decided to try it anyway. I know it is not recommended after 1 year- but I braved it and tried it anyways. I'm telling you it colored my gray roots and the color was a beautiful match. Just as good as the stylist I've been paying $80 to do. Excellent product. I can't wait to do it again. That's an extra $55 in my pocket every time. I think I'll use it for a pedicure! That is much more fun.

I get compliments all the time on my hair color. It is so natural looking, and so easy to apply yourself! I loved how you worked with me to get just the right shade. Plus all the wonderful directions. It leaves my hair feeling wonderful and not at all dried out. The price is great too!
Love eSalon color. Comes right when I need it. My colorist always checks to see if I am happy with the color and if I want to make any changes. All in all a great service at a reasonable price.
I love this new way of getting the PERFECT hair color. They work with you to discover your perfect color and will make changes according to your personal preferences. And it is SO CONVENIENT! I just tell them how often I want to color and then I check my mailbox! Couldn't be easier!
After spending so much money and time going to the salon to have my hair done, I am so glad to have found eSalon. I don't mean to sound indifferent or weird, but my hairdresser who I had gone to for years and years suddenly died. I spent months not doing anything to my hair because I wasn't sure where I wanted to go and who I would trust. Then I came across some information about eSalon and decided at the price I could at least give it a try. I had watched my hairdresser color my hair over and over and felt confident I could do it and I did! I was so pleased and everyone really complimented my color. It was not hard to do at all and I love being able to do it at home where I can do a few other things while I am waiting on the color to work. Unless something drastic happens, I never plan to go back to a brick-and-mortar salon for hair color. I'm sticking with eSalon!
