I love the custom color that eSalon has created for me. Every time I use it I get complements! The color covers my grey and the kit comes complete. If I am traveling I just pack the box and touch up on the road. Perfect and easy!
This takes all the guesswork, hesitation and "hope for the best" with hair color decisions. The color is custom made just for you! None of the shades in the store were exactly what I was looking for but this product was just perfect. In case you need to tweek it a little, just look at the formula they send with the package and let your colorist know. They respond very quickly and provide terrific customer service. You won't ever go back to store bought again. Most highly recommended.
Once they matched the color I wanted (only took one extra time) I've been very satisfied. My hair is soft and the color lasts me the usual 4 weeks before my roots become too noticeable. Thank you for a great product, price and convenience of shipping it to my home.
I've used esalon a few times- the gray coverage is always excellent and the quality of product seems much better than a drugstore box. this is the third time I've colored my hair (aka gray). usually a little dark. I had the colorist change the color to slightly lighter. This time it was a perfect match with great gray coverage.
This product works like it is supposed to. The coloring was even & the grays were also the same color & it did not leave my hair dry & brittle like the store bought products I have tried. Very happy!!!

I love this product! I have used the hair salon for years to color my hair, but never got these results. as a licensed cosmetologist in a very rural area, it's difficult to get product for myself. the color is easy to comb through, provides great gray coverage and even provides highlites. i couldn't be happier!
I find eSalon a little more expensive than the Nice n Easy I used to purchase... but I must say I like that they send 2 sets of gloves (one for application and a 2nd for the shower so you don't have to keep them for 30 min or or put them back on for the shower!). I got a compliment on my hair color while my daughter was getting her hair cut at the salon... that amazed me. There are definite tones to it that I don't get from the retail store. And, I've found their customer service very helpful. I highly recommend them.

I have been doing my own color successfully for many years. Then I started having a hard time finding my brand and color. I would search from store to store trying to find it. I have colored my hair for 40 years. There is not a week goes by that someone doesn't tell me how beautiful my hair is. I am totally white with red undertones. I thought the best thing about eSalon's hair color was how they matched the color to my hair color, however, I think what's even better is how you're able to adjust your eSalon hair color. You can make adjustments to the color, for example if you want to make it less red or darker you're able to do that. The color is personalized to what you want!

From my teens I have played with different colours with my hair. As I got older and became ill with SLE (lupus) I was put on many scripts that affected my hair. One of my problems was finding a decent hair dye that would last. I found an article online about eSalon and decided to give it a go. From the first colour my hair was in better condition and the colour did not wash out in days. I know everyone's hair is very individual but in my case it worked very well. It is very easy to change the mix and to manage how often you want the next batch sent to you.
This hair color is SO much better than any store-bought brand. I was able to customize the formula to my needs and it turned out as promised. I have now "tweaked" my formula slightly, and the man I spoke to on the phone could not have been more helpful! He understood exactly what my goal was, and made very helpful suggestions. The kit had everything I needed, and it was all very easy to use. I am very anxious to get and use my next kit!

I was a little skeptical about this or any online products when it comes to my hair, as I've tried even the most expensive lines out there and all just a fad, When I first got it I've wondered if really this could work, I decided to try it and said well I'm so frustrated I have nothing to loose.
Well guess what it has been 7 weeks now and my color is as vibrant and still going as it was when I first put it on.. I am so thrilled with this company I couldn't ever go back to any other coloring at all. My advise to anyone in search of lasting vibrant color is to PLEASE try this out you will not go wrong believe me it's truly a miracle changer and so inexpensive due to you don't have to color as often.. I rate this a 10 star really!!!!!!!!!

When I first tried it I was very happy with colour, but later experimented by adding or subtracting different colours so that it looked slightly different every few months. Easy to use, good clear instructions. Very happy with product.
For years I bought the cheapest hair Product I could find, I decided to use this product back in 2014 right before my daughter got married. I'm a very happy person now that my hair always looks great and very close to my natural color!
I just LOVE this product. My hair is so stubborn to color the natural highlights (GRAY HAIR) out. But this product does a great job. It does take time to do all the steps, but the end results are more than worth it. IT IS THE BEST PRODUCT out there. This is the only hair colour product I would use. The colour is exactly what I want and it stays bright and vibrant for many weeks and leaves my hair soft and manageable. I have a sensitive scalp, due to past chemotherapy, and this is the only hair colour product that does not cause irritation.
In the past, I went to salons for high lights, low lights, etc. Now that I am retired, I no longer feel the need to have super hair! I decided to let it grow out gray but it turned out to be an ugly gray/blond that was dull and unattractive. Now that I use e-salon, they take care of sending the correct color when I need it. So much better than going to the store and trying to remember what I used before and was I satisfied. I am always satisfied with the results and feel this is a great service for me in my current situation. It never looks like a DIY hair job. Anything that makes life easier is top on my list.
I was very pleased with overall experience. The hair colorist kept super close email contact with me when she was personalizing my color. The shipment came very quickly after we finalize customizing it. The color turned out matched exactly my previous color! My only disappointment was that gray didn't cover as good as I was hoping for. I think it could have been better have I kept it on a little longer, but I was following instructions exactly. Much better than store bought product though.
I would recomend it to everybody. Very positive experience.
I've been using this for over a year now. It's easy to use and always leaves my hair soft and shiny and in good condition. The colour always looks natural. I use it every 4 weeks or so to cover up my greys. My grey hairs are covered well by this whereas some previous colours haven't always given good coverage.

I'm a bargain hunter and use to use coupons at the drug store for hair color. Then I tried eSalon. I never have gotten more compliments on my hair and the color since switching. It's great to be able to customize your own color. The hair color covers grays and does not fade. It's also a great price compared to going to a salon.
I finally have the color that I wanted. The color stays true in between & doesn't get turn brassy. The colorist was easy to work with & tweaked the color to the perfect shade for me. Couldn't get that from a box!

My color would always fade more in the summer than in the winter. so I used to mix two colors, depending on the season, Now the depth of color is done for me, I even have highlights and I am always pleased.
