I love everything about eSalon. From the service to the color. I love how it is developed just for me, and how it is so easy to tweek the color. The service is wonderful and easily manageable and I love how everything that I need is in every shipment, no hassle hair coloring.
eSalon hair colour is the best hair colour I have ever used, you choose your own mix that is just yours,it covers my grey perfectly, it gives a all over colour, no patches, it feels thick and creamy when you rub the water/dye mix on, I have had my dye altered a few times and each time it has been what I've asked for, getting it sent to me every 4 weeks is really good as well ,I don't think I will ever go back to using shop brought hair colour
Just sent an iPad photo to the site and the professionals at eSalon matched it perfectly. Red is a hard color to match but they did great and I am a loyal customer.
I've almost always colored my own hair. This is by far a superior product to other "boxed" hair color I've used in the past. I love the color and my hair is much shinier and healthier looking. To me, it's worth the extra cost and is still much less expensive than having my hair colored at a salon.
I have used this several years. Product leaves my hair, shiny, with natural several tone of color as in our younger years. Box is well equipped with everything you need for success. Follow instructions completely for good results. If color is not just right then eSalon happy and eager to adjust. Great customer service.

This is hands down the best hair color I've ever used. It's customized to your request and you can change your color preference by telling one of the companies colorists what you are looking for. So you are not just paying for a great hair dye that leaves your hair looking and feeling great but also for the assistance of a professional colorist! A great deal in my book!
Having had my hair colored by professionals since my early 20's, I was skeptical about doing it myself. Not only is the product wonderful, but the step-by-step guide walks you right through the process from beginning to end. I get compliments all the time on my hair!
I've been using esalon for about 6+ months now. I love the way my hair turns out, and I've even had my hairdresser compliment me on the beautiful color! Best of all, I'm paying half the price than I would in a salon. Just wish they'd give bigger sizes in the shampoo and conditioner that come with the hair color. They smell lovely!
I like the convenience of home delivery. The bled took some time to get correct, but I like how it covers gray and gives hair an overall sheen. Auto delivery makes it very convenient too. Sometimes, I still use a salon but that's when I want low lights & hi-lights. I'd love to see packages for hi& low lights it would be more involved to color, but it's how I like my hair.
Love this hair colour. Very natural, asked for a slight amend to colour after the first batch and is now perfect. Easy to use and hair feels conditioned and shiny. Even my hairdresser complimented me on it oops! She's previously struggled to colour my greys but this works perfectly! Thanks so much.
I can't say enough good things about this. I had a specific issue with drug store color that was easily corrected with my custom formula. I get soo many complements on my hair color! My own hairdresser wanted 4x the price so I can't see myself ever canceling my subscription.

The color is custom mixed to my liking, and it is ALWAYS perfect. My hair is super soft and shiney, too. The price is extremely reasonable compared to salon coloring!

This was my first try. I love the color. I couldn't find the right color out of other boxes. I took a shot and thought I'd see what I got. It fits me really well and it was an easy process. I am very impressed with the color and how well it looks on my hair. It doesn't look like box color.
I am just so thrilled with the whole eSalon system. From the stylist who makes up my specific color ( and emails me and communicates with me concerning my questions) to the packaging and additional goodies they send. Everything I need is included, I love it. I love my color as well, I have a lot of grey, and it covers excellently. I totally recommend eSalon.
I love the gorgeous, natural looking custom color. My hair looks and feels awesome. I am always getting compliments. So glad I switched to eSalon. So much better than the color I was getting from my stylist.

Love the color. Tweaked the first color I got and had them make it a little lighter and it is absolutely perfect. No red, easy to do... everything you need is in the box! Easy instructions... it doesn't get any better than this!
I LOVE e salon! Better results and cheaper than salon. Wonderful customer service with very helpful staff that know what they are doing. More helpful than talking with anyone at Sally Beauty Supply.

I was looking for a way to maintain my professional look after moving. I needed to keep costs down. So after moving far from my trusted "hair girl, " I ordered from esalon. It took 2 adjustments to get it perfect. The online stylist perfected the color with small changes. Most people think it is natural and are surprised to hear that I color my hair. Now I get complements on my hair color all the time.
First, I was sceptical, but very pleased at the end results. Easy to use and much more affordable that going to a salon. The color was perfect. The color did not stay as long as I had hoped, but I have stubborn gray and quick growing hair.
Color is warm, rich and multi-dimensional. Sooooo much better than a box brand! I am extremely happy to have a salon quality look without the extra costs! I had been looking for a hair color that was more gentle and wouldn't get too dark at the ends. E salon hair color is perfect. The consultant offered a plan to help lighten my hair a shade that worked well. Now when I get a haircut the stylist doesn't recommend professional color or comment that my hair is too dry from coloring. E salon is perfect for me!
The color is exactly as pictured, and the product is very easy to work with. When I wanted to tweak the color a bit, they did what I asked and I got a fantastic result.
Absolutely LOVE this hair color and the personalization that was involved. On my first round, I thought it was a tad too dark so they tweeked the formulation and now its perfect. I've been using this now for more than 6 months and am so happy when it arrives. Too many times did I find myself in the drug store NOT finding the brand or color that I wanted. Now, I have it on hand when I'm ready for it. I would encourage anyone to give it a try!

I have very resistant gray. I've tried several drugstore colors and I never found one that would cover my gray and stay. This color does just that...it does not wash out! Love it!

I was terrified at first because I have had so much trouble with my hair. I looked older than I felt with my gray. I am so glad I found you and decided to go for it. My hair turned out soft, the color is amazing and I want to tweek it just a bit. I have the purplish color I was looking for, not flat brown (gray hair is good for something). I used to spend a lot at the salon for color treatments, with the color not always being what I wanted so often I came home unhappy about spending lots of money and not getting what I wanted. With e salon I made an initial profile it was every close to what I wanted. My personal colorist let me tweak the colors and my last delivery was perfect. I will probably change to a lighter color for spring and summer and I am positive I will receive the color I want. This is an amazing change from salon colorist and it's safe and easy to use in the comfort of your home.
This has been the best product I ever had the previous of using. I miss using this not because of a falt of eSalon but my health. As soon as the Doctors say I can start back I will be ordering before I get home from the VA Doctor appt.LOL!
I have been impressed with this whole process, from the survey and picture submission to the way my hair color arrives. I feel pampered when I open the box and see my name on the personal hair color, 2 sets of nice latex gloves that fit instead of getting in the way and even stain guard and stain remover for around my hairline. Down the road, I wanted to make a slight change in my color and tone down the reds. I received 2 colors with easy to follow instructions to color my roots and old color for a seamless update! I always tell my friends to try eSalon because of the product quality and price comparison to salons.
I first tried this product because I could 'choose' the exact color I wanted. It does not fade with washing and I've twice chosen to make very slight changes. This is THE BEST PRODUCT available.
This is the most wonderful product and service. Everything, from the presentation box in which the colour and ancillary products arrive to the helpful and easy online delivery scheduling tool is an absolute delight. They make it easy to get perfect, customised hair colour. Truly excellent concept, product and delivery.
I wanted a color close to my original hair color. I never seemed to find the right one, even tried mixing two colors together which was better, but a nuisance. E Salon got it right the first time! Best of all, there are no high pressure sales tactics. They also provide the opportunity every month to change the frequency of your shipments or to skip a shipment.
