I love the color and the convenience of this product. My husband says this is the best color I've ever used on my hair. Everyone including me really likes the color.
I love the color and I like the fact if I want to change the color a little or a lot I just let eSalon know and the next time I receive the color it is exactly what I wanted.

When my hair reached a level of gray that made weaving seem silly, I decided to go with coloring all of my hair. In this economy, I was no longer able to justify (or could afford) $85-100 to get my hair colored in the salon and I cringed thinking of buying color in the store not knowing a thing about what my hair needed. I read about eSalon and decided to try it. I got the color and my husband helped me put it on and was pleasantly surprised. Over the next few months, I asked, in my lay terms, for slight changes in color to come up with what I have now. I can change for summer, winter or when my doctor changes my medication levels (I'm only guessing about the medication changes, but it seemed to coinside). The changes are slight and exactly in the direction I wanted to go. I've colored my hair about 6 times now with eSalon color and I have never needed a hat or to wear my hair in a ponytail unless I wanted to. My hair is healthy and the color lasts. I am very happy with the results and the easy way I can change the color without an "OMG!" moment. I've also purchased a few of their products and those we reasonably priced and of good quality.
I LOVE my custom hair color - not only am I saving ALOT of $$$, but I get tons more compliments on my hair! And doing it at home saves hours spent in a salon!
After going to a salon for,over a year and never getting the color I wanted, I tried salon. They got it right the first time. My husband and kids love it. Ai love it!
So far eSalon has delivered what I asked for and I am very satisfied with the results. I had requested few changes to better cover the gray and diminished the reddish tone and e Salon had honor my request with great results, it's true I have to do the work but the instructions are easy to follow and if I do follow them I will be happy at the end of the process. Also I don't have to worry about a mistake because I don't need to deal with other people doing my hair and messing up the color I ask for. It's been my experience mostly of the time the beauty salon do not deliver what you ask for. As long I can do it myself I will stick with eSalon.
As recently as today I have received positive comments on my hair color, which is red. It really does suit me. It is so nice to know that even if my hair is a mess, the color supports me. . Thank you E Salon colorists!
i just used my first esalon hair color, it is fabulous I love the color there is no red. now I just have to wait and see how my gray roots hold up otherwise I am VERY happy with this custom color
I have been coloring my hair for some years now. I experimented, but I could never get the results I wanted on a regular basis. With eSalon, I know I will get the color I want, and if I want to tweak it, they will do it exactly right!!! I love it!

This is a wonderful vibrant easy to do eSalon that looks like I've been to a Peofessional Salon and paid a fortune for! But didn't pay a fortune and did get professional help from eSalon and was so easy to do myself and on my time table at home! Love it!!!!

When we finally get the color right I will give it five stars. We've only done 2 applications with the new color and we are close. I'm thinking the third times the charm. I love the way my hair feels and how manageable it is after I color it.
With 4 kids, I rarely have time to think of my self, let alone coloring my hair. I have a ton of grey, too! After i explained that i needed more red i got the perfect colour they listened to my criticism and made the changes to my colour now i have the perfect colour.
Beautiful, natural looking color. My hair texture is wonderful , smooth and soft. This is my second order and I have loved it both times . E Salons color is fade resistant and holds its beauty so much longer than store brands I've purchased in the past.
I've been using esalon for my coloring needs for over a year now and they constantly get it right. The color is exactly what I want (I do update my photos so the colorist can see what it currently looks like). It's easy to use and comes with clear instructions. If I ever want to change the color before my next shipment they also make that super easy and send an email a few weeks before the scheduled delivery. If I don't need to change anything I don't have to do anything!

The color is perfect. I could not find a lighter shade of red (not through salons, or box hair dye). I sent my picture to eSalon and explained the color I wanted. They made the perfect color!

but I shouldn't have been. My color looks amazing. I love it. Best hair color I have ever used. I went with a permanent formula and I was afraid it would damage my already dry ends. Nope, no damage, my hair in fact feels healthier than before I colored it. I love everything about my experience.

Love love love this company and their hair color product! I was spending 100.00 every 4 to 6 weeks to have my hair done and I could never get the exact color I wanted. Cover's my Gray's 100% which is great,in the past the hair dye's i bought never really covered them,esalon hair dye's are easy to apply an covers 100%.my hair always looks and feel great ♥, so happy that I can have hair that looks like I've just walked out of a hair salon that I can do at home THANK YOU ESALON X

Just got the package and tried the color that I asked to change from "darkest" to " dark". I wanted my color with a kind of subtle change, not too much difference. The therapist did a perfect job ! I'm reasonably happy; my hair has a tendency to pull red, so the color needs a little tweaking. Not the styelists fault, just a matter of darker. It was so easy to do, all supplies included, even two pair of gloves that actually fit and stayed on!! Very happy with product.

It covers every strand of my hair from the roots to the ends entirely. The color last for months rich and true to color.
I have told some of friends about it also because they like the way it looks so natural and especially for my age. It totally colors all the grey hairs and the color stays true until the new growth grows then I touch it back up again. Outstandingly Great Product.
This is the easiest and cost effective hair color I have tried. Simple instructions and neat packaging. This product is the closest to my natural color and the shampoo and conditioner leaves my hair silky smooth and bouncy. The ladies at my salon rave over my color! It is perfectly natural looking and covers gray wonderfully. The shade stays true with much less fading than other name brands I used to use. I've tried them all and none of them compare to this one. It also leaves my hair in shining, great shape!
I have red hair and my salon sometimes got it too brassy, or orange, sometimes she got it right and other times not. I have received my second shipment for ESalon and the color is perfect!! After answering all the questions when initially choosing the color it's what I always wanted. And the application is easier than I thought after reading their instructions.
