after a couple of tweaks to my color mix we got it right and i have been coloring my white roots for over a year now and absolutely love this company. it's so easy to do yourself and the color that was mixed for me is exactly perfect! even my super fancy hair salon who cut my hair can't believe i do it myself and always say how rich my color is.

I have had my hair professionally colored for 40 years. I saw eSalon's ad and my hairdresser was on maternity leave and decided to try it. The step by step instructions were easy to follow. I was pleased to learn they offered permanent color vs a color that would quickly wash out. I am very pleased with the results. The color is natural and not at all harsh. I will definitely use the product again.

Since I've been taking a break from the normal salon experience now for over a year, I've have come to trust esalon with maintaining my color treatments. I was quite surprised how well they matched my natural color, and I like that they customize each bottle just for you by an expert stylist. I've been very pleased with all the products & color treatments.
I was a bit apprehensive about using this at first as I have always had my hair dyed at my hairdresser. My daughter did it for me but I could have done it myself easily. The colour was perfect. I specified that It was for my roots mainly. I love the colour. Exactly what I wanted!

Never have I used an "at-home" hair dye that has left my hair feeling soft, silky, hydrated, and well, like hair. Most fry and seriously damage.
Then the color was perfect. I wanted something dark but not too dark, and something with dimension but without red tones. And man, did you guys deliver! I love this because it didn't dry my hair out and looks very natural, more than anything I've ever used! They did an EXCELLENT JOB choose the color mixture. The directions are pretty clear. I was nervous because I had to clor my roots a shade lighter from coloring it before and than after 20 mins color the rest with the shade darker. Came out a perfect match! Could not believe it!!!!! This is the best bang for your buck. I have finally narrowed it down to my winter and summer colors. The other stuff besides the color that comes is fabulous. Especially two sets of gloves. My hair NEVER feels brittle or dry. Even my hairstylist approves, and better price than her $80. Then when I get the gloss free it is such a great bonus.

Having had my hair highlighted in salons for years, I read about this and decided to give it a go. (I've been wary of at home colouring since my teenage experiences!) The results impressed me though. Good quality colour that left my hair shiny and healthy looking. The online consultation availability is a great bonus too. I think it's excellent value for money given the cost of salon colouring. I might use a salon again if i wanted something very different to my natural hair colour but am sticking with eSalon for now..a game changer.

With 25+ years of coloring my hair, this is, by far, the best hair coloring product for purchase. I've bought hair color kits from the store for as little as $4.99 and had my hair professionally colored at a salon for as much as $295 and nothing has looked or felt as good as esalon. My husband says I'm like a fine wine, I look prettier and prettier as I get older and it has mostly to do with my hair!
I will admit I was very skeptical about the hair dye actually being salon quality. I expected it to be a more personalized department store bought boxed hair dye. I was very wrong. I am so impressed by how great this hair dye is I will NEVER use department store hair dye again or pay the fortune to go to a professional salon. The colors are rich, natural and vibrant looking and the color really lasts. It is very gentle on the hair and has a very mild pleasant smell. Suprising doesn't smell harsh with chemicals. I wish I had found it earlier.

This is a gentil dye that barely has any smell and the coverage is phenomenal! I have dyed my hair with many, many products over the years and this one is the best, hands down! I had been purchasing my color at the drug store but decided to give eSalon a try and have been
so happy with the results. I just color over white hair with a very light blond to give it some highlights
and the out come is very satisfying. You can tell the product is superior to what you get in the drug store!
The is by far the best hair color I have ever used at home. I have had salon expert's from local salons ask who does my hair color. I love the look on their faces when I say....I do (they smile) with the help of e-salon (they frown). They actually question me. Really? A product on line, with out them seeing you in person? Oh it is always the subject they really whisper about. If the boss shows up...conversation silenced. Haha I love it!
My perfect colour is still a work in progress, but i love the customizable option. The personal colorist is fantastic at helping me try to get to the colour i want. I am just having trouble finding a colour that covers my gray effectively, but i won't give up!
Ok - have to say the personalized box and instructions makes this product feel really special. But, the color itself is great. Easy to use. Looks beautiful. Lasts a long time.
I have been using eSalon hair color for over a year now. Not a month goes by without someone complimenting me on my hair. I had been coloring my roots for several years but noticed that the drugstore hair color was washing out of my hard-to-treat gray. I checked out the website and was impressed with the option of uploading your photo so the color I thought would look natural for me works with my skin tone, eyes, etc... The result is a natural look that's healthy and shiny. I also like that my natural highlights still shine through. Lastly, I can adjust how often I receive my next shipment. I have been coloring my hair for 20 years and for the first time people cant believe i do it myself. And its auto shipped. The highlights are amazing!!!!!
I have never had so many comments on my hair color before. I agree it is very natural and I love that it is not monotone looking. The color is absolutely perfect. I also like the unique application method that keeps the ends from soaking up too much color and getting too dark. I chuckle at their excellent suggestion to do the last bit in the shower....they must know what a disaster I am when coloring my hair. My husband thanks you for that advice. My only hesitation is I find it a bit pricy, so I went from 4 weeks to 8 weeks and do a root touch up in between to get more time out of it. It is worth the price...I am just a huge cheapie.
My hair color turned out great and my hair feels great too, they mixed a great color for me. Super easy to apply and instructions are nice and detailed.
After answering all the questions, I selected a color. The colorist sent me an email suggesting that based on my answers, she recommended a slightly different color. It was perfect.
I was a little bit skeptical about how close I could get to my natural hair color. I haven't seen that color in 6 years! My hair is over processed and I needed to get back to the natural color so that I can leave it alone and work on getting it healthy again. The colorists got me an almost perfect match! Just a touch less "red" than natural but I am truly amazed!!! The products were high quality and WAY better than the drug store boxed stuff I usually use! I am recommending esalon to EVERYONE! I am a competitive swimmer and am in highly chlorinated water nearly daily for long periods of time. All other brands of hair color including professional salon brands don't even compare to how long esalon color lasts. I will never go back to over the counter coloring or salon coloring ever again. So completely happy.

E-salon has an excellent hair color. Not only does the color last longer than other colors I have used, but it makes your hair look and feel healthy and last longer then any of the other products I have used in the past. The convenience of ordering and having it sent to you is an extra. The E- salon team contacts you before your order goes out in case there are any changes you may need. I have several friends that are beauticians and are thinking about using their product instead of the products they currently get from their normal distributor.
