I love this colour, it is quite difficult to get the correct balance, but This colour product does it for me.
Easy to apply, no nasty smells, and great results.

I love that I don't have to lighten the roots before using the custom color - in the past with over the counter colors I had to pre-lighten before applying the color - now easy: mix color, apply, rinse - DONE and Love the color!!!!
I did not submit a picture and based on information provided about myself the color is perfect - how do you do that?

I have always colored my own hair and used boxed color. Always did all over color, never highlights. I have only used esalon 1 time all over following instructions and it came out with beautiful highlights, I love it and need a second color now. Covers grey!! No extreme scent, no dripping and my hair is super soft after coloring! I have 100% grey hair, and the color doesn't start fading until the 4th week.
I loved the product itself: especially the coverage. It turned out a tiny bit darker than my natural color, but I have received many complements. I like that a colorist calls and speaks with you and that you can follow up with one for adjusting color.
I love the hair color you provide. It seems a richer color then when you buy a box at a store - no matter what brand - I've tried them all. I'm glad I found this!!

I've been using e-Salon for about a year and a half. I'm the furthest person from being able to do hair. This is the easiest product to use. The color is just what I asked for in every way. It has the perfect blend of color, showing off accents and highlights. 100% satisfied.

I submitted a photo of a colour i wanted (Cameron Diaz as a brunette) and the hair colour came out exactly the same. It is shiny and it doesnt feel damaged after the process. And you are equipped with stain removers and an extra gloss bottle for when the colour starts fading out.
My hair tends to have a reddish undertone. I asked that my dark blonde have something added to cut the red and it works wonderfully!!! Thank you, Linda
The order process is the easiest EVER! To top it off, if it's not the right shade, the colorist does everything to work with you. All I can say is "It's the Easiest"!
I have been using esalon for several years now. The color is perfect every time. The timing of the shipments is my only challenge. When I have travel planned it is sometimes hard to coordinate when I need to receive it. Last minute trips sometimes require I wear a hat to cover my roots, lol!
This is the third time I have ordered and the second time I have received this particular color! It lasts me about 6 months which is awesome!! And they have gotten the color so perfect you can't even see the growth. I only color for body and to cover gray hair.
The color looks amazing. I chose a bit of red in the blond tint and it's a really good match. The red is subtle and really shows up in the sun. I went from a lighter shade of blonde, but my natural color has become a nondescript dark color. This shade is great.
I love how easy this product is to use. The specially mixed color is exactly perfect to what I wanted and the convenience of auto ship is a definate plus. I would recommend this product to anyone who home colors their hair.
The colour match was spot on and I was pleased with how long the colour lasted. 10 weeks later my second bottle has just gone on and It was just as easy with the personalised instructions. Still very pleased with the results. Will be ordering a third bottle when the time comes.
I had been highlighting and lowlighting my hair so long that I didn't even know what color my hair was. I saw this product and figured, why not....It's not 150 dollars wasted, nor is it 8.99 of no results. The choices are amazing. There's a lot of them and they come with pictures so you can really visualize what you want...and the colorist delivers! The color is rich, rich, rich like you get at the salon.
I also think my hair is in better condition than it was before I colored. I bought the shampoo and conditioner from them also. Reasonably priced and my hair is gorgeous! Shiny and silky!

I love my eSalon color and have recommended eSalon to others! After tweaking it (by the second or third coloring) - it is perfect! The color is shiny, multi-dimensional, natural looking, not brassy (especially after the neutralizing), covers gray well, and not flat or phoney looking (like box color or chunky highlights). Very satisfied!!!
I had previously used box hair dye from the drugstore and always found that the handful of greys I have would be back within the week. I used my first esalon kit about two months ago and the coverage is so much better! Not only is the colour rich and natural, but it took 8 weeks for the first grey to show up again. My hair continues to feel healthy as well. Very happy with this product!
It took me a little while to become accustomed to using this color, as it is applied a little differently than other hair color product. I like that you shampoo and rinse after coloring. I love the color.

Very happy with the hair color. I told them what I was looking for, and that's what they sent. I asked them to adjust the color a little, and they did it. If you want tour shipment earlier or later than usual, they will accommodate you: Just send them a message online. And the colorant does not dry out my hair. I've been an esalon convert since October of 2013 and my hair has never looked better! AND I can't even imagine the thousands of dollars that I've saved.
I love this product. I could never remember what color I wanted and was always buying different brands at the store. This is so consistent and convenient. The price is good and I love the flexibility. I get an email in advance so I can change my delivery date if I'm not ready to color yet; I can change the color if I want it darker or redder or whatever. I haven't bought the extra products (shampoo etc) but the samples that are included are nice. My only suggestion would be that the packaging is kind of excessive. It's very pretty but unnecessary for someone who is a regular customer.
Pleased with colour and easy application. Odour is bit strong - but better than others I have tried. Colour is lasting. Overall quite happy with product.

eSalon matched my true dark brown exactly and the color was amazing because it covered the ombré I didn't like anymore. My hair looks healthier and shiny.... I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a root touch up, the coverage is excellent and the color matches well with the rest of the hair. Even though I leave it on for twice the time instructed, (1hr) it actually works. Store bought color turned brassy and coverage was spotty. Salon color took 3 hrs and was pricier. I also do not have much fading. I apply about every 5 weeks due to new growth. By the way, I love the shampoo/conditioner that comes in the full color kit every month. Great detangler!
I get so many compliment on my hair color. People believe that it is natural... Not possible at my age.. My natural color is a dark brown with lots of gray mixed in. I always had my color (strawberry blond, light brown mix) done at the salon, but I would itch all through the process. I tried this and never went back. I am very happy with my color and no itching.
And I absolutely LOVE it. Messaging my stylist to change my color a little bit is so easy. I also LOVE that I control when the next order is shipped not like other sites where you have to pay a monthly fee whether you purchase or not. I had originally started coloring my hair myself, which turned out great! But I'm getting older and am finding it's not so convenient, so I take it to my hair dresser. Love that she does it for me now at a reasonable price. She's impressed with the color and quality of the product as well. I get so many compliments on my color. High quality product and long lasting color. Covers my grays - no problem! I love the autoship and the fact that it was also easy to get E-Salon to modify the color for me. I find them convenient, the product is high quality and I absolutely love it! My color looks just as good - if not better than the gals that pay hundreds to have their color done at an expensive salon. :)

SInce I had never colored my hair, I was nervous to use my first shipment. However, I should not have been worried in the least. It was easy and turned out wonderful. I am very pleased with the color and how simple it was to do. This is my new way to look younger!!
I wanted a very ash brown and when I wrote that my hair tends to go copper they made my dye with a neutralizer which I think made sure my hair wouldn't pull out any copper colors. I just used it so I don't know how it will fade but I am very happy with my results!!

My husband was reluctant to color my hair for me - but he did. He told me I was not to tell anyone that he did. Funny thing though is that he was so happy with the ease of it and how my hair looked after that he is the one telling people he colored my hair! The color last much longer than a salon color at a fraction of the cost! Thank you eSalon

I just colored my hair with my esalon color kit. I must say this is the closest I have ever come to my natural color. It looks and feels great. Also, there is no lingering smell for days. This is a great product.
