I finally decided to try eSalon due to scheduling difficulties with my hairdresser as well as the high price. I couldn't be more pleased! The first formulation wasn't quite right, but eSalon's professionals made a slight change and the second one is absolutely perfect. SOOO glad I made the switch; I can color my hair on my schedule and save lots of money in the process. It's a win-win for me. Way to go eSalon!!!

I had pink/blue/purple on my bangs. It was a permanent color. I couldn't believe how well this color covered my hair. I was impressed & shocked! Just what I wanted!

After explaining what I was looking for they were able to get me the best color! Even my hair dresser said it was a gorgeous color and couldn't tell I did it myself. The color is very even, highlights naturally

So I used my kit tonight for the first time and I have to say OMG!! This is the closest I have ever gotten to my original color! Not to brown. Perfect!! At first it seems a little scary with so much info in the box but I followed all the instructions, timed it just like it told me to and it was great!! Not gonna lie I was a little scared to try something new but I am so glad I did!! Thank you so much !!

I have colored my own hair for over a decade now, and this is the first time in all those years I actually LOVE how my hair looks and feels! The grays were winning the war before I discovered eSalon, and now my hair looks gorgeous and youthful!!! The personalized color and instructions has also helped tremendously with my second biggest problem - color oversaturation on the bottom half of my hair. My color expert found the perfect way to get my hair colored evenly yet with dimension, and the color she made for me is just right for my complexion!!! I will forever be a loyal eSalon client!!!

Everything you need to color your hair in one little box. Colors are bright and vibrant and excellent gray coverage. Love the idea of being able to tweak the color when I feel the need. I wish I would have found esalon years ago. I love my beautiful hair.

It's me, only better! This hair color custom made for me, matches the shade of my natural hair color. It restores the shine and vibrancy that it often lacks as the years pass. I was very impressed with the coverage of this color. I have tried all kinds of home color, even some more expensive brands but this one is the closest to salon quality without the price. I am excited to continue using this product. The color was spot on, too!

I am beyond thrilled with this color! I truly did not expect it to turn out like this. The color is natural, it covers all the gray and it feels great (not dry at all) I thought this would be a one and done as I've never been able to find something that I can do myself that is 1. Easy to use and 2. Effective.
One thing to note - the smell is strong while you are timing it in your hair. However, I personally think its worth it because the results are great.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who colors their hair.

Whenever I color my hair the first thing I do when I get out of the shower is go to the mirror to see if it actually covered my gray. With this product my grays were finally 100% covered. Now I'm waiting to see how long it will last before I have to color again. So far so good.

My friend was very skeptic before she put the color on my head. NOT NOW. It was a perfect match and I couldn't be happier with how the color blended so well with my previous hair color and the grey coverage was great.

The color was exactly what I wanted. The Color lasted much longer than when I go to the salon! I am so happy I made the decision to actually try this. Will never buy another box of hair color again! This product gives great results. The colour that was formulated for me produced perfect results. Also, there is no ammonia odour that you find in other hair colouring brands, The hair is left soft and manageable with a pretty shine.

My custom color's name is Soft Black. Your product made my hair color soft and black, manageable and shinny, too. I am very pleased with the results. I color my hair every so often so I plan to order manually instead of automatically, but when I do color, it will be with eSalon.com. I love it!

First time using this product. Absolutely love it!!!!! Amazing!!!!!!! I was skeptical at first because i read reviews about this and they were mostly bad. Easy to use, kind of messy doing it myself. Better to have someone help you. After the first rinse product feels tacky, but not to worry, it disappears through out the process. Just rinse throughly, scrub ur scalp good, not hard just good. i had no problem with the dye staining my skin. the ordering process went smoothly and well. I will be using this from now on! Worth every penny!!!!!!! It matched my original hair color as well!!! I am truely amazed! Thank you esalon!!!!! Love the shampoo and conditioner! I bought extra. I also had old carmel high lights in my black/brown hair. I had to use a demi color then couple wks later i used permanent color. I loved the demi. You have to set the timer from the time u stop applying the color to your hair. I can't say enough about this product!!!!!!!!!😂 Relief that there is something too good to be true and it is true!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was a bit skeptical. I was sure this was going to be like all the other experiences in the past. I am happy to say the color stays on until the roots have grown out. It looks so natural. I really love it!

This is the best hair color and best online shopping experience I've ever had.
Every detail; letting me know my shipment is about to go (gving me an opportunity to change the delivery date), the cute boxes appropriate for the season, the personalized instructions, even the sticky dot so i can put the instructions up on my mirror. I was quite skeptical while ordering this especially since I have never tried coloring my own hair. I was impressed at how easy it was to do this on my own. The package came with everything I needed. I did take advantage of purchasing the coloring tools discount so between the two I had all I needed to get started. The package included a very detailed instruction that was tailored for me. I will definitely try this again as I do believe I'm hooked.

I never dyed my hair until a couple of years ago when I began to go gray. When I went to the hair salon I often left disappointed as my hair color varied after every dye and the cost was ridiculous. When I learned about eSalon I was skeptical but since my first try, I am a true believer and would and will recommend to my family and friends.

Product is extremely easy to use and absolutely LOVE the color. E-Salon adjusted the color to a lighter shade than I had selected based on my pictures....glad they did, as they nailed the color!!

The color is great, grey coverage is immediately noticeable (over the counter didn't touch the grey), easy directions, superb customer service that stays in contact with you and makes adjustments as needed.

I really like the way my hair looks after using this product. It's shiny and soft. The color is very good, if a bit too light in the front. I'm not sure how to fix that and looking to your help with that.

I really like that the products arrive packaged with my name clearly printed on all the bottles of color. Everything is neatly packed in an orderly fashion with directions. The color is the best surprise of all! I have been coloring my hair both at the salon and at home for 20 years. I have never had such beautiful results! Red hair is difficult to color but, E.Salon hair color is perfect and lasting and it does not fade over time.

I had the painful realization that my natural color wasn't my beautiful red anymore, I've never dyed my hair and didn't like the idea of it. I tried store brands and even some salon outlet brands, I couldn't get the color I wanted and the coverage I needed.
I experimented with the color a bit with eSalon. I even spoke to a customer service rep who listened to the trouble I was having and really offered exceptional advice. With her help I have the perfect color and maintenance system.
I can't wait for the mail man to show up!!!
The only drawback is that the smell can be a bit strong. But it's well worth the trade off.
I am in love with my color and eSalon!!!!
