Not quite what I wantedMy roots are off from my ends. I noticed the percentages on the bottle for my roots were more golden blonde and less copper and the ends has more copper... It didn't make sense to me when I read it and I used it anyway...,my hair is redder at the ends as the color was prescribed. I don't really like it unfortunately. much darker colorI sent a photo with the color i wanted to get. But what i ended up with is a darker color. In fact, you all call it "Dark Blonde with copper". Color not holding and hair is dullThe product was really great in the beginning, it lasted and my hair remained shiny. However, the past few shipments seem to not have the same quality. SO UNHAPPYI have been using eSalon for a few years and loved the fact that it is delivered right to my door. The color which was suppose to be a Golden Mahogany turned out to be a reddish color . I used it and when I tried to change my color I was informed that no they could not do it. But even with that said, I still continued to use the product. My big problem was last August 2015 I received my shipment and put the color on , followed directions as usual. The next thing I know my hair is falling out in clumps. I always had long thick hair, but not anymore. The last shipment sent to me sits in my closet. ChangeI've noticed that the last 2 times I've dyed my hair, the gray on the side burn area and on the top has been showing within 2 shampoos, I only wash my hair maybe 2 times which I've always done in the past. One of the reasons I kept buying your product was because I didn't see the gray for quite a few shampoos, has it changed? I've changed absolutely nothing. Although, we did change the color a bit, which I like but would rather try a burgandy/red if that's possible to do. Hopefully I will not have any more issues with the gray hair. Custom Hair ColorI really liked this product at the beginning but last time I used it I had a problem. After coloring my hair, I rinsed as directed and used the shampoo and conditioner. The whole right side of my hair was coated with thick, sticky, waxy goop. It would NOT rinse out; I had to re-shampoo my hair. I was actually afraid that it wouldn't come out at all. Poor instructionsI tried this product for the first time and I was very disappointed. The instructions said that the whole process from applying the product till rising should last 15 min!!!!! Of course it took me way more than that. Even with half an hour, the product didn't dye my hair evenly and it didn't cover my grey hair. It washed out in 2-3 shampoos. Unsatisfied with the productUsually I don't like to write negative reviews, but I have this time. The product was so strong that not only burnt my skin but it also broke my hair. I have very thick hair and now in the front my hair is so damaged. Plus the coverage of the roots was only for barely 3 weeks like every other color. The color itself was not medium blond at all, but it was kind of blonde more orange/red and I don't like red. I'm very disappointed. Product is so strong that I could not use the 3rd box. nice colour but not what I asked forI asked for a light ash brown and got what I would describe as a medium golden brown. I knew it was wrong straight away, when I was washing it out the water was a mustard colour, I would have thought that since I asked for a very cool ash colour it would have had more of a purple pigment.
