Love this hair color. Very shiny and soft. Makes my hair look and feel great. Easy application with great instructions. Would give 5 stars if it didn't fade so quickly even with color safe shampoo.
I was hoping to achieve a color as close to my natural color as possible, and wow, this is perfect! It's been a week now, and my hair still looks as though I'd just colored it. I'm a believer, and have told all my friends about your wonderful product.

I'm impressed with the colour match, given the colourists only went off a description and a couple of photos. It's a little browner than I imagined, but looking at my previous pics that they were matching with, very similar. Overall, very pleased with this colour. Time will tell how it fades, but good results up to now.
I am giddy , so impressed with the quality of this hair color! I usually have to do root touch ups every 6 weeks and it has been almost 8 weeks and only now am I ready to color again! The shade was a little darker than I like , but all I had to do was message my colorist to adjust it! Awesome product and helpful to have acess for info or questions at your fingertips!
This is a great service and so handy! Well worth the money to do this rather than go to a beauty shop!

I saw this advertisement for the first time on FB. I don't know what possessed me to order, but I'm so glad I did! It was easy to order, my colorist double checked my color choice because I chose darker than photo of myself provided, came straight to my door, instructions were clear and easy to follow, color is beautiful and covers the gray well! I highly recommend esalon.
I was worried about signing up to a direct debit - but actually it's very convenient- and the product is really good - no concerns about excessive smell as previously reviewed - all in all - I would recommend.
I am so happy with my eSalon hair color. The custom color blend adds a bit of red color to my hair without making it seem unnatural. When you open the box, you find customized directions for you. I love that there is two sets of gloves, one for applying and one for rinsing. The included single use packets of color lock shampoo and conditioner. The best thing about the custom hair color is that it does not have a strong smell. When I used to use other hair color brands, my husband would not like the smell afterwords. Now it is not noticeable when I color my hair, except for all the compliments I get about how nice my hair is.
Everything about this product & this company was great. It was easy to complete the questionnaire & the color made for me is just right. The instructions that come with the kit are easy to follow, I am happy to say my husband did it for me. He said the color is perfect. I won't be spending $85 plus every 4 weeks to color my hair at the salon anymore. Thank you eSalon for making this product so affordable. I wasn't sure how this was going to work but it is amazing and I'm thrilled. I am a customer for life. P.S. The customer service on line has been wonderful. Kudos to this company.

I was so afraid I was going to mess my hair up doing it myself. I have highlights with grew growth and find myself going to the hairdresser every 4 weeks now. I absolutely love my new color. The guys at eSalon are the best! I got my hair color last month and to me it was a little dark for summer time. I called the team and they helped me choose a color that was what I wanted. My hair color is light brown with copper gloss! Its very close to my natural hair color! Love the red highlights!! I have been trying to achieve a red shade on my hair forever and the store box colors did nothing. I even tried non metallic henna a few years ago and that only turned my hair orange. I was skeptical to try seal on, but I am so happy I did! The formula did not irritate my scalp and the color is awesome! It's a little darker than I wanted, but I'm still very happy with it!
The color is exactly what I asked the colorist for. There are no strange hues in my color when I step out into the sunshine and it also covered my gray roots perfectly, I will continue using this product because of my results and money savings,

I really love, love this product. It is not itchy on the scalp and my hair is really soft, which I found really nice. With the other store products I would find my hair stiff and dry. I couldn't believe all the little touches like the cream protector from stains and the remover. Also, 2 pair of quality gloves. the shampoo was really unexpected but appreciated. All in all super product. Thanks.:)
From start to finish , I am very happy with this product. The colour is great, the service is very professional and I'll be looking forward to my next delivery.

Not only is the website user-friendly in selecting your color options but the customer service is some of the best I have ever dealt with!!! The customer service is not like you're waiting on hold forever; you feel like each and every call that you make with them should you have to do so, is personalized just for you kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. They also surprised me the very first time 2 years ago when I ordered my first color product, they wanted to make sure that I had all my selections in line for what I wanted. They had one final confirmation discussion and I just can't say enough about the customer service! CARRY ON and continue to do an outstanding job as I continue to use and refer eSalon, you guys are the greatest!!
Just began using this service and so far I'm really pleased with the personalized attention and the quality of the products. After my first shipment they checked on me to see if I was satisfied. I made some comments about trying to keep the color from fading, and they worked to remedy this with an additional booster product in my next shipment. And it definitely helped.
I intend to continue with the service. For not much more than I'd pay at the store I'm getting so much more.

I haven't been to the salon since March! I just use my custom hair color to touch up roots and blend in the grey! I even have been getting compliments on my hair too...I can't help but tell everyone that I'm doing it myself! So easy!
Love the color designed for me. It's just perfect. The instructions guide you perfectly through the process and the result is beautiful long-lasting color. I have colored my hair for years, guessing at what colors to use but having someone design it uniquely for you, takes out all the guesswork and doesn't cost near what a salon would charge.
This was my first experienceia with Esalon, and I will definitely be using them again. I'm very happy with how my color came out. I told them that my hair gets green when using ash and that my hair gets brassy when using gold, the colorist made a great color for me. Additionally, my hair is very soft and shiny. I also love that the products are not tested on animals. You have a new customer Esalon, who is very pleased with your products. Will try some of your other products in the future.

How they were able to match my natural color witjout knowing me was amazing! The color was rich natural, and covered all grey strands peeking through. Staying with esalon!
I am always a bit skeptical when trying new hair color, but I really liked the online help with the order process and I was excited to try my new color. I love it! It is just right for me. The color is easy to use and did a wonderful job of covering my grey hair, especially around my face.
I have had my hair colored professionally for years and probably spent thousands of dollars doing so. Never again! I took a chance and garnered wonderful results. I have thick, coarse hair that gets wavy/curly and is hard to get complete coverage on with color. eSalon provided plenty of product and it was great. I loved the multi-dimensional results and the compliments from everyone! I am sold.
First, I loved the packaging :) I waited until I had the time oh and the moon was in Leo :) to color my hair..Mission completed and successful. Thank You ..I hope that the results will stay this beautiful for a while.

My hair is light brown or dark blonde. With summer in wisconsin, it was fading out and getting a bit goldy and brassy. I rquested something more ash and they updated my next color and it worked fantastic. Thanks esalon for being so attentive and responding so quickly.
I really enjoy using your hair coloring because it is a non-drip formula and it is virtually odorless too. The formula that I requested is great. It is exactly the color I wanted. I introduced your products to my hairstylist and she loves using them on me instead of others that are available. She was very impressed with the hair color you formulated for me. One of the best hair colors I have ever used. Your hair is soft shiny and not damaged at all. Great company to purchase hair color from. I have been using now for almost 2 years will never use anything else.
Reluctantly I tried this at home coloring experience and it works as well for me on graying roots as going to a salon for a fraction of the cost while avoiding half a day in a chair . I highly recommend this product .

I wanted to go back to my natural deep, rich Auburn color, and have had a very difficult time doing that until esalon, with only one adjustment, NAILED the color!! It looks perfectly natural and not "dyed" at all. Great shine and managability. Thank you esalon! You ROCK!!
After years of using drugstore hair color, I decided to try eSalon. I am so happy that I did. It is easy to use, with excellent instructions and results. The custom color is perfect for me. And it does not fade as quickly as the drugstore brands.
Of course I would love to go to the salon every 6-8 weeks, but I just can't afford it. eSalon is a great affordable alternative.

My hair feels good and it covered the gray nicely. My gray hair usually die until the first shampoo. So far it hasn't washed out yet. I wear my hair natural.
I've seen ads for this many times but was skeptical to try it. After getting tired of paying on average of $90 +tip for my color at a salon then having it look bad after only 3 wks! This is quite costly! My hair is fine & thin so the grow out shows faster. I decided to do this at home & wasn't happy with the hair colors at a local beauty supply store. This review is after my first shipment. The color they fixed up for me is perfect the first time! I'm also pleased with getting the full supply kit of gloves, shampoo/cond. etc. I don't have to worry if I have all I need each time I color my hair!

First of all I have been coloring my hair for more than 35 years. I am now about 80% silver. I really set forth with a positive attitude when I ordered this. I'm tired of spending over $100 per month. My gray is resistant. My order came on time and I got a follow up call from eSalon to see if I had used it yet. Well today was the day. Out of the box it is well organized and I appreciated some of the little things like 2 pair of gloves that fit, a miraculous stain remover and the ease of directions.
I had read that the mixture was runny but I would disagree. it's about the same as with all other products. So far so good.
I stepped into the shower for the final application, sort of step 3, and as I was sudsing up the final application and turned on the water to rinse something odd happened. My hair felt like wet straw. I used the provided shampoo and that really didn't help. Then came the conditioner and finally things started to feel more normal. Unfortunately a lot of my hair was coming out. Much more than during a usual dye job, but the silkiness was back in my wet hair. I was relieved. I dried my hair and I must say the color that was matched for me was excellent. my gray seems to have total coverage and the texture is very full. I don't notice any special highlights as the advertising claims but it's shiny and healthy looking. I will have to wait and think about using this again. I have saved my lost hair in case eSalon wants a photo.
