I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use the eSalon hair color. They mixed a slightly darker color for my roots to cover some gray hairs & advised me to leave it on longer. Then I had a slightly lighter color to use on the ends. The instructions were easy to follow & the end result looks great! It came with shampoo & conditioner that made my hair silky smooth. I highly recommend eSalon products.
I wasn't sure which was to go with my hair color, I knew I wanted red, but not which shade. I left it up to eSalon, and I couldn't have chosen better! I've been told many times that this is a great color on me. I'm very happy.
I've dyed my hair once in 42 years, so when my grey hair started showing up I was clueless how to go about fixing the issue. Box hair dye was not appealing and salon colors are usually a bit off and pricy. I tried esalon and will never change my routine. They adjusted my color from my vague description and it is perfect. Good quality hair dye that doesn't fade or look monochrome. Price is good and I don't have to leave my house to get it. Bravo!
The color came out beautifully and is as expected. I had someone else do it for me, but it was easy for them to apply and there was more than enough in the bottle for my hair length (approx 6" below shoulder). I love the product and will order again when needed.
It took a few tries but I've got the perfect color now. My colorist tweaked my formula according to my feedback and photos and I couldn't be more pleased.
Packaging is first rate, nothing is flimsy and very attractive overall. Color adjustment company made after picture review turned out lovely. Best color I've had thus far. Not complicated procedure and the sticker to put up the instructions is a VERY NICE and thoughtful touch. No complaints at all.
The color was perfect, easy to use and the process was easy and allowed my color to be evenly distrubuted. It was perfect and looked as good as a salon and less expensive.

My hair color is perfect. I told them what I wanted and that's what I got. I am very impressed and it's cheaper than going to the salon. They will change your color if you decide to go lighter or darker. It definitely covers the gray. I highly recommend eSalon to everyone.
Everything I put on my hair was going super dark. I discussed with eSalon and they gave the perfect solution. Now my hair is medium brown and looks like it has highlights. Love it!!!

I a'm loving the Custom Hair Color that I get, Just for me! and it's has my name on it! I 'am Pleased with what I choose the color for my hair and they make Just for me! & I like the deal's, I get better deal's & sales here then other places, this is the best place to get your color for your beautiful hair.
With my red hair using a box coloring kit , I usually get either have a purple or orange tinge. With this product I had neither. This is the closest to my natural hair color that I have ever gotten. The colorists did a great job. My hair wasn't all dried out, its very soft and shiny. My grays that are hard to cover, actually covered. Love it.
I love this color...ideal for me. I don't like coloring my hair too often as I don't want to damage it (and, frankly, don't have the time). The coverage of my grays is great and so far-so good with the lasting coverage. This particular color is rich and beautiful! Love it!
Quality product with the convinence of shipping to my home. Time is important to me and I'd prefer not to spend hours in a salon. I get the same quality color in my home

It came in so quick. I was nervous to try it and didn't have high expectations since I read some mixed reviews. But I love my hair color. It came out exactly how I wanted with no red tones and their instructions were perfect. I used to use Sally's but it was hard to pick the right color and get the results I wanted. I will be a repeat customer for sure. I highly recommend it esp for a stay at home mom of two like me, so easy and fast.
Best thing I have ever used on my hair. I always dye my own hair and this is truly amazing. I got an amazing color with shine and I don't smell like the at home kits. I get complimented on the color all the time! The process may seem like a lot of work but the results are worth it. My color is all the same no matter where you look on my head and I even have long hair with thick strands.
The packaging of the hair color kit is very well done. I've been coloring my hair for years using Revlon Colorsilk. The application was similar but I liked the addition of the brush and the stain remover. The color was a bit darker than I like, but I reported it to my colorist. We'll see how the next batch goes. Make sure to rinse the product very well. I shampooed only once after rinsing and it needed another shampoo to get all the product out.
I love this company, I was very skeptical at first about the ability to match the color that I love. It was so easy to order and it was delivered very fast. When I applied it for the first time I couldn't believe that it match perfectly to the color I already had. I am very happy and will continue ordering.

I love the color, actually very similar to my natural shade which is exactly what I was looking for. My main objective was to cover the gray and the color seemed to do ok but not great. I followed the directions perfectly and I have a lot of grays that didn't color which has never been as issue before. I'm not sure if leaving the solution on longer would help. When I go to my colorist my processing time is closer to 50 minutes on a permanent color mixed with v20.
My hair looks good and is incredibly soft. I really like the smell and results of the shampoo and conditioner which is why this gets 4 stars. I'm going to to try and let the color sit a bit longer on my next go round and if that doesn't cover the gray then I'm going back to my colorist.
I just love everything about this color. Not only the beautiful packaging and the personalization, but the color itself is perfect. Just enough golden tones to make it shine but it never turns that brassy color.

From the moment I dried my hair I fell in love with the color, its the same color I had when I was young. It was so simple to apply and everything I needed came with the kit. It is so natural looking my sister had to order her own custom hair color.
The colour is beautiful and rich. It can be adjusted by suggestions and it lasts! Excellent product line, happily surprised at stumbling across these products online. I need to colour regularly and I think this system is great, especially with the ability to adjust the timing of shipping.
The first time I used your color my daughter knew something was different… She thought maybe I was wearing make up ... Or it was the outfit I was wearing... That made me especially attractive... When I told her I had colored my hair, it was then she noticed it... I love the fact that it was so natural looking even my own daughter didn't know it was out of a bottle !!!!!
Love the color you send me- it doesn't have a strange hue to it and I love that it doesn't stink like some other dyes do. I also love that my hair isn't completely dried out after dying my hair!
I was initially wary of trying this internet based company, however, I am so glad I went ahead & ordered. I loved the initial offers & the products are wonderful. This is the first colour that has not dripped all down my head & face when applying. Even if it was to drip, there is a stain guard to apply (I didn't need this the second time) & a removal wipe. The colour both conditions & thickens my hair. It lasts well too. I have recently stopped the auto delivery but do intend to continue with their amazing products. In a karmic fluke I ended up spending the last 22 of 30 days in the hospital having an emergency sub total colectomy (colon removal) and follow up full revision surgery following 3 ER stays for extreme bowel obstructions- my nerves, body and HAIR were gray and zapped! BUT thanks to my auto color order I dyed my hair AT THE HOSPITAL and felt 10000% better! and the color was great! thank you!
The color came so quickly. I had chosen a color that was much darker than my current color as I was trying to return to my natural shade. I received an email from the colorist that stated she had customized a color based on my photo and my description. She thought that the color I had chosen would be too dark so the color she mixed was going to be a better color for my skin tone. I must say that I was skeptical to see how my color would turn out. After coloring my hair with this product the color came out great! My husband really likes the color also. Thanks so much!
I have coloured my hair at home for 25 years, always using a well known brand. Recently though I noticed that my hair colour seemed flat, and that it was increasingly hard to keep it smooth and shiny as the condition had really deteriorated. I have now been using eSalon for 4 months, and am constantly complimented on the colour and shine of my hair. My hairdresser even commented on how improved the condition was. I am not usually quick to review products, but on this occasion I have been amazed, and recommend it to friends all the time.

I loved this hair product. It was my first time using it so I still need to adjust it a bit so that all the brassiness is gone. It went on thick and didn't drip. My color has not faded. Will definitely use again.
I tried E-Salon because of a recommendation. I was a little nervous, but after the first application, I was hooked! The color specialists work closely with me and adjust my color any way I want! Every color, every change, I have been pleased. The color lasts a long time and makes my hair look and feel great!
The color looks pretty good. It seems to be pretty even. I can tell a slight color difference between my roots and the rest of my hair. The directions were clear and easy to follow. I did find it a bit difficult to apply the root color just on the roots and then the other color to the rest. Maybe with some practice it would become easier. The shampoo and conditioner smell good and left my hair soft and manageable. For the price I would recommend this product.

I never write product reviews, but just had to share my experience with my custom color. I uploaded a picture of me with my favorite salon color and eSalon matched it perfectly!!!! I was quite nervous applying the color for the first time, but this color is an EXACT match to my picture and I love it! Plus, the cost is comparable to many of the drugstore box hair color and a heck of a lot cheaper than going to my stylist at the salon! Thank you, eSalon for finally developing a home hair coloring system that rivals the salon colors!!! I will never go back to the salon or buy drug store brand box color again! This stuff is great!!!! My hair is shiny, healthy, and I've gotten a ton of compliments. I'm just thrilled I found this alternative to the salon!
This color process is so easy. Because my hair is so long I need help to do my hair but so far it has been a breeze to do. My hair is too heavy to stay in just 4 sections so we divide it as we need to. This keeps the color from getting too much on the strands and stays on the roots. The colorist have been angels helping me to tweak my color and never fuss or complain when I ask questions.
