The color is perfect. Everything I needed was included. I felt like everything was made just for me, from my name on the instructions to the specific color wheel to show me what the mix is. I will continue to use eSalon and look forward to Courtney’s emails!

Stopped using a salon a year and half ago taking a chance on this product. Sick and tired of how long it takes at the salon and the cost
Only had to alter the color once after beginning with esalon and I always get compliments on the color!
Application is not too hard, you just need to be careful and patient and I leave it on for 45 minutes
I feel like my hair is relatively healthy still even though I dye every three weeks
Savings gobs of money and time with this product and I love the color

I've never colored my hair myself but due to lock down I was forced to try. Unsure of what box brand to try an eSalon ad mysteriously popped up and I'm so glad I checked it out. Ordering was easier than determining my hair color but because of the messaging options, picture uploads and the really nice colorists who call to discuss my preferences and desired outcomes..... my color is perfect ! I purchased the tool set on my first order so I'm set. Getting used to working on my own head but the process has been forgiving. The color lasts as long as salon color but I was surprised that I have less color loss on successive washes and staining on my skin than when I go to the salon. Which leads me to question my salon lol. All in all great customer service and awesome experience, I highly recommend !
I really liked the color. As a natural redhead always a challenge to get a natural looking color.
The only draw back was my roots did not take on all the color.

It was so easy to color my hair with this kit. I received everything I needed to color my hair and wash it afterwards. The quality of the color was very good too. I didn't miss some grays in the front hairline, but I think that was my error. Ordered my second kit to color again in a few weeks. Happy customer!
I found this an excellent product to use. My hair feels amazing and there was plenty of product to complete the task. The instructions explained everything perfectly. Service was excellent.

This is surprisingly easy to use and the results exceeded my expectations. Grays are covered and color is very even and shines. Will need to see how long it lasts, but, so far so good! So glad I gave it a try. If you are on the fence, go for it!
Never did home coloring and was nervous at first.

I've had various professionals that cut my hair tell me how nice they color is and ask where I got it done!
The reason I first tried eSalon is because I wanted to try doing the color myself for financial reasons and convenience. However, a friend who is a professional colorist told me it is impossible to get a good product at a drug store if you want a blonde shade. I decided to take a chance on eSalon since they use professional colorists and professional products. I was thrilled with the results, and I've never looked back.
Now that we are dealing with a pandemic, I'm really glad I can do my own color at home!

Used my color today on my roots only (and they are white!). My color is dark brown. The results were amazing! I got better root coverage than I do in the salon. I used the brush technique and had a mess of dark dye on my skin, but when I washed my hair and used the shampoo to scrub the areas that had dye on the skin, it came right out. I’m so impressed with the way my hair looks after styling...rich dark brown and shiny. This is day 1 and let’s see how it looks in two weeks. Thanks ESalon!
I never was coloring my hair before . It was my first time pleasant experience. I like the color , my gray coverage on roots are very good . I just missed some spots on roots as it was my first time and now I can slightly see grayish in some spots but it’s only my fault ! Satisfied customer .
I love my new color! I was worried it would come out too dark or too golden, but it is actually perfect. My Stylist asked me several questions and replied many times until we got it just right! It is better than any box dye I've tried. Can't wait for my next shipment! Thank you!!
I've colored my hair for about 10 years, but I had *never* done my own color before I ordered this kit. My goal was just to cover my grays and refresh my roots. With just a picture and a brief note to go on, my colorist (Paul) figured out exactly what I needed. I won't say that I applied the color flawlessly--I need more practice!--but my freshened-up roots looked great! It was the warm, coppery gold color I wanted. I then used a gloss to intensify the red a bit.
Very impressed with my salon kit, lovely personalised packaging easy instructions for my hubby to follow, colour was perfect, my exact colour I usually get at salon each month, excellent coverage covered all grey roots. I love this product! I was very nervous to use it since I never colored my own hair. My hairdresser always did it for the last 20 years. But very easy to use, instructions easy to follow. The color was exactly as I wanted and it has worked perfectly during this pandemic.

I was happy with the results that I got when I used esalon to color my hair. I like that I can set the timing on when the color is received. I also like that I ask for adjustments and esalon makes them before I get my next order.
I typically pay hundreds for a professional colorist but tried this out of necessity with stay at home order. First time on my own and couldn't have been easier and results couldn't have been better!
Was quite scared to do this - have only ever used salons and had highlights. On advice From Esalon having sent them a lot of photos I did an all over light blonde colour as my hair was well overdue a full head of highlights and the roots were terrible. The blonde came out really well, tiny bit brassy on the roots but I used a silver shampoo which rectified it. The condition of my hair after colouring was incredible very soft and lots of volume. Application was fairly easy, my husband helped with the back. I’ve ordered the tint rinse to combat any Brassy colours next time and the light set to add some highlights! fingers crossed they are as successful as the all over dye! Seriously questioning the need to return to a salon for hours at a time spending a lot of ££
My family are saying that my hair looks better using these products than when I go to the hairdresser. Was easy to follow and my hair colour and condition is perfect.
I have known for sometime that my color was going to be discontinued by the manufacture. I have been dreading having to find another color that would be close to mine, as I have been using the same product since I began coloring my hair.
I read an article about your service, so I thought I would give it a shot. I did find it difficult choosing my hair color on the site, but I choose what I thought was the closest. I found it very beneficial to provide a picture of myself, as my colorist said the color that I choose was darker than my picture, so it was tweaked to match closer to what I had. I was very surprised and impressed when you came back with the new color, thank you for adjusting, as I would not have been happy with my original choice.
The instructions were very easy to follow. I recruited my husband for the task and he had only done my roots, so this was new for him. I did a test strip and was very excited to see how close it was. The color is not as light as my hair, but it's a deeper, richer color. I was glad to see that it was a creamy consistency and the application process was simple.
I would definitely recommend your service to my friends and family.

My two nieces do my hair-they work in an upscale salon. They both have new babies so with Covid and me working at a hospital no color for me! I was desperate so I gave Esalon a try. So glad I did!! I was nervous and missed a few spots in the back (only did my roots and this was the first time) but nonetheless it came out great! I did send pictures and the colorist did a great job! Matched perfectly! When my niece saw me the next week she said-oh no you don’t need me anymore! Lol! Not the case but I’ve recommended Esalon to all of my very impressed co-workers! Very happy!
It worked great to cover fading out color and also all my grey hair coming in.. at first it was a little darker than I was used to but I finally got used to it. Had many compliments of how pretty and healthy my hair is since I used your product. I hadn’t dyed my own hair in years & years always at the salon for that.. it was very easy once I got the hang of it again.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Had a call to say looking at the imagine I sent they suggested I go a little lighter as I had lots of bleach still in my hair and could discolour. I really have never had good fortune with "store bought" hair coloring. I really love how my hair dresser colors my hair but with Covid-19 and not being able to go to her. I became desperate. I saw an add anout you on my phone while playing a game. I decided to try your product. The color is amazing, my hair feels soft like I just came out of the salon and I am thrilled at how easy it was to do. I have always gone to the salon for a partial weave. I have been blonde for my whole life- more enhanced now that ever ... I made the switch to all over color from -e-salon and I am converted. Can’t wait to do it again. The instructions were super helpful. I did it all by myself and am happy with the results- even a month later.

The color was perfect. I originally ordered this to just do a touch up. However; because of being quarantined so long, my total hair color had washed out. I called to ask how to run through rest of hair. I received explicit verbal directions followed immediately by an email with new written directions. Highly Satisfied.

My color before eSalon was mostly gray with a bit of brown sprinkled in. I have a tremendous amount of copper undertones in my hair and the color I received pulled that out but made it look natural for my skin tone and age. Thank you- I have found a new color that suits me.
I selected a color which was very similar to my last salon color. It came out perfect. Next time, I’m going to try the highlight kit. It was very easy to do myself. Very pleased!
I have to admit, when I first dried my hair and realized how dark it was, I wasn't sure if I was going to like it, but it looks really good and healthy as well!! Now that I have seen my hair color in different lightings, as well as in the sun, the highlights and tones accent the color perfectly! I may adjust the color, as I will be re-ordering as needed, rather than on a schedule, but I am definitely happy with the overall result of my E* Salon experience! Hats off to my stylist, "colorist", Danielle! My hair hasn't been this dark in a long time because stubborn grey break-through won't allow for it. The coverage from my personalized color that E*salon prepared for me is amazing and I am 100% satisfied!! This exceeded all of my expectations! I had never done my own color before and was pretty nervous, but the guide was very well done and easy to follow. The color was fantastic and had EXCELLENT gray coverage. My grays aren’t even gray anymore- at 37, I have a streak that is bright white. This covered it with no problem. The color is rich and just what I wanted. I did send in pictures to the colorist as recommended, and I’m glad I did. Thanks eSalon! I’m a very happy customer!
I was really nervous about coloring my own hair. I have never ever done it before. I must admit that the instructions were really clear and easy to follow. Best of all, the result was excellent. I have never coloured my hair at home. Always had professional high lites but with my usual salon closed due to Covid-19 I decided to give e-salon a try. I'm really happy with colour. I only did grey root touch up but I'm very happy with the colour and condition of my hair. I will have to see how this grows out before I decided to try again but I've a sneaky feeling I may ditch the salon and use this product instead!

I was so nervous to color my own hair, but the color was perfect! I have thick, wavy hair but I had plenty to cover. My hair was shiny and had good dimensions to the shade. I recommend getting the tools — it makes it so much easier.
I’ve used box colours before but the detailed instructions that came with my kit as well as the custom colour really set this apart. I am delighted with the colour results and have recommended to friends who need to home colour during lockdown.
