My personalized color always gives me the look I'm hoping to achieve. As a forty something year old with mostly gray at the crown, I always have total gray coverage. Better than any box color in the store. I never can tell any change when using box color. My color selection made a big difference and turned out exactly as pictured and the tones are good for me.
I had tried several brands but none covered my mostly white hair. I had given up and than found ESalon. It was easy to use and my hair is now exactly the color I had hoped for. Not only that but my hair is smooth and shiny. This is the best hair color I have ever used.
I had been trying to put off coloring my hair for as long as possible but it was time to cover up the gray. A friend suggested eSalon and I am so glad I made this choice. This is the first time I had ever colored my hair and was very nervous because I have a very sensitive scalp. In the past, Redken products have made me break out and even made my hair fall out and other women in my family talked about how they have to put up with their scalp burning to get a good coloring- so I was very worried. The kit comes with a recommended test to check for allergy and I did that and didn't have a reaction. I even tested a small unnoticeable place on my head and didn't have a reaction. I had no sensitivity with the actual coloring of my hair- no burning, no itching, nothing! Another worry was that it would really dry out my hair- but it didn't- my hair is soft and just as shiny as ever. When selecting a color, the questions were very thorough and I ended up ordering the demi-permanent dark brown. What a great color! I was worried it would be too dark but it was a great match and even had just the tiniest hint of auburn in it which I am really liking. I can still tell where my gray was because the gray is lighter than the rest, but I think it gives it the look of some lighter brown highlights and it works for me. We had some shipping problems; the developer kept leaking inside the box but customer service was excellent. I emailed and received a response and phone call every time. When I had a question right before I applied the color and called the customer service number, I only waited on hold about 2 minutes, the customer service rep was very friendly, helpful, and supportive. Bottom line: excellent customer service, excellent color, and I am absolutely 100% satisfied.
The color is fantastic and it covers grey! Usually with other coloring products my greys show again within 1 week! It’s been 5-6 weeks since I used my E Salon color and my greys still aren’t showing. Even my regrowth is barely noticeable. Love this product!

I absolutely loved my new color and highlights, thanks for allowing me the ability to create and schedule my hair products from the comfort of my home. The color is always beautiful during the transitions from dark brown to a softer golden brown. The highlights have added a soft but rich sunkissed look to my curls. The color is rich and natural and leaves my hair soft and shiny. I bring it to the salon who was at first skeptical, but acquiesced to my wishes and they agreed it provided better coverage and looked better than the 2 lines that they normally use.
I was super happy with the color that was suggested to me, even though I thought I would want darker. The brunette looks super natural and it brings out my eyes. Very pleased with the results and the instructions were a cake.

I've been very happy with the ingredients in the hair color kit. My hair never feels or looks chemically treated. Even at the 6 week mark, my hair still feels healthy. My last order when I had the option for a lightening kit, I decided to take the plunge. I was a little intimidated to use it. I worried I was going to make a mess. I watched the videos several times and then went for it. I love it! I have had so many compliments on my hair. It was super easy to do. It came out great. I'm at the 2 week mark and my highlights haven't dried out, gone brassy etc. I love having this option available to me in a product that isn't destroying my hair.

I was very pleased with the results I got with my custom hair color. The added color refresher included for the ends of my hair really revitalized my color and I couldn't be happier!

This is my first time with real in. Received a cute box with my name on it containing everything you need. Read the instructions which have a little sticker that I stuck to the mirror. My hair came out fabulously 😁 natural tones came through even my husband said it's better than previous colours. Just sent a message for a slight tweak on the colour so looking forward to my second attempt. Very happy with service, colour pack and colour outcome. Thank you xx
I love the color of my hair now and it is shiny and bouncy. My Strawberry Blonde has just a hint of rich red without the orange tint. The color has lasted longer than other brands and the grey was fully covered. Having the product delivered to the door means not having to search in the store for the correct color when you need it.
This is the first time I've tried the color from eSalon...I was hesitant at first because the liquid color was SO red, but when my hair dried, it was still dark like I like it, with the hint of the red in it, and the overall color is amazing! I'm really happy with this color & the results! It's subtle, and closely matches my natural color but adds some light & covers my gray! Exactly what I hoped for! I've been told by stylists that while my hair itself is thin & fine, I have a lot of hair. So I worried there wouldn't be enough coverage but it was great! I explained the color I wanted to them. The first one was very close. Then I sent another message before second order was sent to me. They nailed it. It was perfect and I love my color! It covers grey well. The color lasts and looks beautiful.
Great instructions came with the kit. Easy to mix and apply, and who knew about that last step when rinsing it out?!?!
This color last a full 4 weeks and it took a beating. Lots of sun, sweat and chlorine. I did appreciate that it didn't "sweat" when I was running the next morning.

I must say, at first I was skeptical of trying Esalon but the price I was paying monthly in a salon was $55.00 just for the root area to be touched up. I tried the product and fell in love. I thought the shine I always had in my hair was gone forever. I tried this and have been happily ever after. If the color doesn't come out the way I would like it I just email Esalon and they re-adjust my color.

Hello, I've seen ads for eSalon and honestly thought how could an online service be of salon quality well I was wrong! I've used drugstore hair dye before and it would not last. Sometimes after a couple weeks the color was gone. But I tried eSalon, answered the questions and shortly received my personalized set. I was so excited I followed the easy step by step directions and I was not disappointed. I'm on auto ship and looking forward to the next shipment. My color looks professional and it lasted longer then the drugstore boxes. I'm very happy with the finish look and the shine was great.
COLOR IS GREAT, IT ALSO CONDITIONS YOUR HAIR DOESN'T DAMAGE IT. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THAT I FEEL THE COLOR FADES AWAY PRETTY QUICK. BUT YES I WOULD MOST CERTAINLY RECOMMED IT, AND MY COLORIST IS GREAT AT MIXING COLORS.
