It took time and patience, but an E Salon stylist worked with me, month after month, and now I have my perfect color, tint, and products that make me very Happy! Thank you E-salon. I will never go back to the drugstore box.
I was unsure about trying this, but it is very proffesionally put together and the blending is better than I Iexpected.
I only use on my root area as I have hi-lights. It really is perfect. lasts longer than the usual root dyes I have used and I do not need to go the salon as much. My hairdresser does not know, but on a rercent visit commented on how well my colour blends these days! Love it.

I have been using eSalon now for about a year. I cannot say enough good things. It’s easy and convenient! I recently highlighted my hair at the salon for my wedding, but wanted to continue touching up my roots at home. Love the color and It hasn't faded...Others usually fade and look crappy after a month or so but not this hair color...It's great and doesn't dry my hair out...My hair is actually softer than ever...Will continue using this product for a long time...

I was really impressed at how quickly the colourist came back when I asked about lightening my tone. It had come out very dark that I wanted. I sent a photo of it and they were great - suggested that they could change it and what I could do to lighten it without using chemicals so that the lighter tone would look it's best. I sent a photo a couple of weeks later to show my progress and they sent the new shade. I love it! it's so beautiful. Thank you
I just colored my hair yesterday with my customized kit and I am very pleased with the color that came out. It wasn't as light as I thought it would be but it has completely covered my grays and made my hair soft. The scent once rinsed out isn't as potent as other hair dyes I purchase over the counter. I had some previous lighter hair on my ends and it completely covered it. I do think they should provide a bigger bottle of shampoo and conditioner to use a second time or more since I have very thick long hair. I look forward to see how long the color will last and possibly purchase another color next time.
This was so easy to do and everything you need is included. This color lasted longer than any salon I have ever gone to will continue to use and just go to the salon for a cut.

I tried ESalon a few times and quit because we couldn’t quite get the color match right. Third time must be the charm. I thought I’d give it one more try, but I had the best pictures I could share and honed my feedback after my last bank breaking color session at the salon. The product works as described. My hair does not keep color well and it has not faded as fast as other brands. When I first ordered it my color was a bit off, but after a bit of feedback they sent exactly what I was looking for. My hair also feels healthier.
I was impressed by the color match. I'm sure it was better than I would have pick at the drug store. My hairstylist didn't even notice until I pointed it out, even though I had about an inch of growth.
Gosh, I've just had the best experience. I've been a box girl for years but it's just not covering the gray anymore. My first box came damaged and when I called, I experienced customer service that rivaled Southwest Airlines. haha! They got me another box immediately and I LOVE the color. They matched a perfect color for me that I wouldn't have known to ask for. And today, my friend said "I can spot box color from 20 paces and you finally went to the salon, didn't you?" Can't complain about that! The process is a little more involve than your typical box from Walmart so do it in an evening you have a bit more time but you won't regret it.

i love this darker color. I had some difficulty with the two-step coloring process. My two steps ran together. But i love the color. For my next order I would love to have the same color in only one step. I have not yet had a chance to ry the root touch-up. I just colored a week ago. Thanks so much!

Thought I'd give it a shot. It was a lot darker than I thought I wanted, but I really liked it. The packaging was spiffy, and directions as well as tutorials were very helpful. Looking forward to my next order!
I had dark blonde hair with outgrown dark brown roots, and I wanted to go dark brown again.
I asked my haircolorist for this color, I attached a picture of my hair and a picture of the color that I want, She was very caring and helpful and the end result was the exact color that I had in mind, a gorgeous chocolate brown, Thank you esalon :)
In the past I've spent hundreds of pounds on my hair, from different stylists to specialised colourists, and yeah i liked the results, but the price always meant i couldnt get my hair coloured as regularly as I'd have liked to. But eSalon has changed all that! As it's a snip of the usual salon price it means I can now colour my own hair every 6 weeks, and the results are just as good as going to a salon! So many people have commented on how gorgeous my colour is, and how glossy it is! I couldn't be happier with the results and would recommend everyone to give it a go!!
First time ever dying my hair at home so i was very nervous.
Firstly the box came and the packaging was so cute! They add lots of personal touches which i found fab.
The instructions were very easy to follow for a beginner. The colour itself is fab exactly what i needed and my hair looks very healthy,natural and doesnt look box dyed at all.
Overall super impressed!!
I have used this for many years and every time it’s really amazing how my color turns out. It’s just the shade I want and love. Love that everything you need is right there in the box from personalized instructions to 2 pair of gloves. I have and will recommend it to family and friends!

My grays start to come through about every 3 weeks or so. While I have my hair professionally colored about every 6-7 weeks, I love this kit as an option to touch up my roots myself at home between colorings. It works great!
Love the way my hair turned out! Followed the instructions and no more grey, color did not come out orange or too dark, just the perfect chocolate color that I wanted! I keep getting compliments on my hair and I'm loving it!
I am 51 with salt and pepper hair. With the increase in gray, I was going to the salon often and spending a lot of money. I had highlights but I am trying to grow them out. The color from eSalon was perfect. I called to get extra advice about using it on my highlights. I applied it to my roots for the first 25 minutes and then put it all over for the last 10 minutes. And I love it! The highlights are warmer and the color is much more flattering than what I had been doing. My last picture is a before and after.
My hair was a hot mess but I was able to achieve the look I was going for with the help of the color stylist! my Hair feels soft and is shiny and is the color I was hoping for!
I finally had the chance to use my color and can't believe the shine and softness of my hair. I love the color and it did a great job of covering my roots. Now I'll be curious to see how long I can go before needing to reapply and whether the color will fade or stay vibrant. Application was a little more work than the color I've been using but if it lasts it will be well worth it.
My husband helped me as it was my first attempt and we had a great time with it since the directions were clear. The scent was not strong during application and the end result was silky beautiful hair. I’m impressed and proud of my new discovery!!!!!
I have been coloring my hair red for over 18 years. And this is the best color I have ever used. And it doesn’t run!!! I can color my hair and then be in a white shirt in the rain the same day and The color doesn’t get on my clothes or me!! It is great!!!

I love that it wasn't harsh smelling and my niece who did the application appreciated that as well and we both loved the way it turned out... we just did the coloring on 7Sept so I am now watching to see how long it lasts so I can determine the best ordering frequency
The color immediately following process is natural looking, hair is super soft with no greys peeking through. It even smells lovely. I can’t remember ever getting a color that didn’t need a few days to calm down from looking right out of a bottle (either brassy or too dark). eSalon thought of everything...stain prevention products are a delight (& I used both), 2 pairs of gloves, plus a wonderful finishing shampoo & conditioner included. From start to finish the process couldn’t have been easier. I am super pleased!
Update: 1 month later...still loving the product! The color has stayed true (an exact match for the 5 yr old photo I uploaded) and not a hint of grey showing through. I did start using a non-sulfate shampoo for colored hair (not eSalons, just an inexpensive drug store brand) but the color hasn’t faded and my stubborn wirey greys are still disguised and tamed like normal hair. ESalon offers excellent quality products, tons of tutorial videos and an exceptional staff to talk you through any concern.
I am so glad that I found this company.The color is so great and my husband just loved it.When I'm outside it just shines and looks so natural. I being a redhead that is getting lots of white not grey and it covers it so good.I have had lots of compliments from strangers about my color.So thanks for you making us ladies look good.Keep up the good work cause we need you.
Have been using E-Salon for a few years now and I'm very impressed with the results...if I want to go more intense color -they can make it Your Way! Seems less stress on your hair and lasts quite awhile-I have chosen red..have had many compliments and tell everyone to use E-salon online..Great product and less stress on your locks! Will continue to use E-salon, because the chemicals are not harsh as the ones on the market.
I have yet to find a product that will completely cover my greys until they grow out of course. But no product yet to do this but eSalon products!! I’m very pleased I will never go back to store bought box kits....ever!

This is my first time using this and it has done a great job of keeping my hair color for a longer time than the one in the beautician salon. I have curly hair and I use lotion on my hair and the lotion builds up and strip away the color from my hair, but this one last longer. Thanks
I have been using ESalon for a year or more and I just love it. It is always a perfect match. I used to get it auto-delivery every 12 weeks and just changed it to every 8 weeks now (getting too much gray!) and am looking forward to my next shipment. This may be one of the best products that I can count on to make my hair look great!
I was purchasing a "dark blonde" at my local pharmacy and had to switch brands often due to limited supply. ESalon suggested a medium blonde based on a picture I sent them and it is perfect. I no longer have to search for color. It comes right to my door and I love it!!
