eSalon has never let me down. In fact, the color is always beautiful and my hair is left hydrated and very shiny! The only problems I have ever had is that unless you have virgin hair, you probably will not receive the exact color that you chose, but the thing I love about eSalon is that they take your comments and adjust your formula accordingly. I cannot say enough good things about eSalon. If you are ready to step away from the drugstore box colors and take a better leap of faith with a company-this is the place for you. Inexpensive, hydrating and vibrant.
I LOVE this color. It saves me sooooo much money which is always amazing. It has made it possible for me to keep my color up more then I was able to due to how expensive a salon is and the color is amazing and looks completely natural. Thank you doesn’t even cover it!!! AMAZING!!!!!

The color was exactly as expected (matched my natural color perfectly), the instructions were thorough and detailed and the products made my hair look healthy and shiny! I was nervous about trying to color my own hair but it worked so well I plan to continue to color my hair at home using this product! I would absolutely recommend this!
I love this product! I love having the ability to get my shade exactly the way I want it. Too dark, let your colorist know. The color gets adjusted. Too much of a red hue to your color? Have your color adjusted. It is so easy to get want you want, when you want it, and for a competitive price.
So impressed with my custom color. The color was PERFECT. While I only colored my roots, I had more than enough product to cover all of my hair. My hair is long but thin. The extras that came with it (2 pair of gloves, stain guard, stain remover, shampoo and conditioner) were very helpful. Give eSalon a try - you will not be disappointed!!
This was such an easy process and the instructions were in large font, which made it even better. The first time was so simple for me, I let my 14 y/o daughter apply the second box. The color was a perfect match and I was able to do it when it was a convenient time for me, I love this product and I highly recommend it to everyone, especially for those of us with extremely busy life-styles, plus you can spend the money you’ll save on life-Insurance, paying off debt or an evening of fun with your family!
I absolutely love this site! I got my first hair color about a month ago and it was even better than I had hoped. The color is amazing, the application was super easy and everything you could ever need was in the box also!!! Incredible !! My next shipment came in today ( my grey has to be done every month ) so I don’t even have to go get it... I highly recommend this to anyone!!!
OMG! I’m so excited, I finally found a product that actually does what it saids, it conquered my stubborn gray resistant hair, it also left my hair soft and shiny....now, because this is my first coloring experience with eSalon, I need to see how long it last or if after several washes it begins to fade and those nasty grays starts peeking through....I’m hoping, stay tune...😉

I adore getting my natural color back. Adore getting a color that has more depth than my original! My color was spot on for the fall. I noticed that after 4 weeks, the color is only showing growth. It hasn't faded in that awkward way, hasn't lost its luster, and the ACV washes haven't been tarnishing the color. I forwarded an invite to other mama bears looking for great color without ridiculous salon prices.

I love that I feel like a redhead again and get asked about my hair all the time, but alyas as who did you inherit that hair from! My dad had gorgeous red hair that turned more Auburn/brunette as he got older, and mine got mousy after my first kid. I am looking forward to playing around with the color but so glad I can look like a natural redhead again.
My hair is quiet long and I still didnt even finish all the colour that was in the bottle. I loved that while applying it it didnt smell like anything. Along with my next shipment of hair color I will be receiving the light kit. After seeing the results from applying my own hair color, I see no reason why I can't apply highlights as well!!
I recommend watching any relevant "how to" videos that are available. Watching the video on how to apply the light kit highlights was what made me want to order the light kit!
I am impressed with the overall pricing of the products. The introductory pricing for other products besides the basic hair color kit is fantastic. It gives you that incentive to add another "layer" to your hair care/color regimen making the experience even more individualized.
Now I actually look forward to seeing my gray roots! It means I get to color my hair with ease and confidence knowing my results will be amazing!!

I'm really happy with the color. I was red for years and wanted to go back to my natural brown, only to discover more gray than I ever thought I'd expect. After my haircut next week, I'm so looking forward to highlighting it. It's short so it shouldn't be a huge project! But the brown I got is great. My first time was just too dark, but it's great now! Thanks so much!
Wonderful product. It was so easy to use even as a novice I achieved a beautiful colour. The instruction were really detailed and led me step by step. I bought the accessories for the 1st colour, which I highly recommend, and they are all reusable for my explan. No more shocks at the hair dressers as to how the colour they use is going to turn out.
Love, love, love the outcome. Always looking for ways to save in my budget and still look great....this is it! Not sure why it took me so long to try coloring my own hair, but is sure a great savings to my budget, while looking as if I went to salon.

This is fantastic color! True to what you ordered and the gray coverage is fantastic! I am able to cover “my sparkles” easily and there is not three or more different colors in the hair. In other words as you touch up the roots you are not seeing a different color an inch or so down the hair shaft.
On another note, I do hope that they get a highlight kit soon for my dark color (did I say I love the color?). I would love to give the highlights kit a try!
I will say the one thing that I truly dislike about this kit is the conditioner. I have tried it twice now and the results are the same, I am left with a gummy residue on my hair that is very hard to get out. I had to re-wash my hair several times to remove it. Color is fantastic but not the conditioner.
I love my color and my hair! This is so different and better than boxed color and easier than buying all your supplies from a beauty supply store. I received 2 bottles one color for my roots and the other for my ends. They ask your skin tone, eye color etc. It had a low odor and included everything I needed except a bowl, which I already had, it did come with bottles. I loved the tips and videos it made it easier to do myself. When I rinsed my hair wow did it feel weird, like plastic it was all stuck together. I was nervous but after using the shampoo for like 4 minutes solid it felt normal again. I used the conditioner also for a good 5 minutes and after it was all dry it felt softer and silkier than before. I also followed the instructions to mix water around on your hair for 5 minutes before you rinse. I love it and will be using it again and again!
I've colored my hair using E-Salon 3 times now, and it's been perfect every time. I love the kit. The instructions are personalized, everything needed is included. I did, however, buy the additional coloring tools and cape. My hair comes out exactly the way I expected it. After my first color, I requested the colorist to warm up the cool black with a hint of "espresso brown," which was done and is now my favorite custom color. Perfect. I highly recommend.
I am no hairdresser but with the step by step and tips, this was AWESOME! It turned out GREAT and I am SO happy! Can't wait to be a lifelong member. My picture looks like my haircolor when I first met my husband. Don't change a thing! My colorist is AWESOME! TALENTED! WONDERFUL!.....I will never have to dread making another hair appointment. I have used hair dye from shops for years so was curious to try this and didn't have high expectations. I have been very pleasantly surprised, the coverage was great, the colour is beautiful and its now 3 wks since I applied it and its still looking great. I will be purchasing again 🙌
I do like the color. I really want to continue but right now I am in the process of having surgery. I have already had 2 major surgeries and Tuesday the 16th I have another major surgery coming up.
I have had high pressure in both eyes and the medicine has stopped working. I have to have a two hour surgery to put a stint in my eyes. Both eyes. One at a time.
I will get back to you guys when it is all over and ready to continue with my coloring.

This product was very easy to use and covered my grays and added just a touch of reddish highlights. It wasn’t a loud change so not many noticed but that’s what I wanted.
This company is top notch! From the beginning of filling out their questionnaire and letting them know what you want, they really listen. I ordered a color and esalon contacted me because they said based on what I said I wanted, the color I picked was too dark for my complexion. They were happy to make it for me but wanted to see if I wanted to change the color since I really didn't know what I wanted. I put my trust in their hands and felt good about it. When I received my order I was so impressed! Everything was personalized with my name and my color creation. I just colored my hair 2 nights ago. It was nice that after rinsing everything out and using the shampoo and conditioner packets they included, I didn't have the usual smell like I just got done coloring my hair that I get from the normal box colors. After I dried my hair and styled it, it feels so nice and looks shiny and healthy. I'm very impressed with this company and the quality and care they put into their products and their customers! I'm excited to try some of their other products too! I'll give my honest reviews on anything I try. I make my purchases based on real reviews and I'm sure you do too :-)
I thought that the color was beautiful and then a hairdresser asked me where I got my hair colored because she was really impressed with my low lights, so I knew it was good!
My hair was looking dull. I needed to hide some grays and get rid of older coloring. ESalon sent me the perfect match to my natural color. It was easy to apply due to their step by step instructions. My hair looks great and super shiny.
Love this product, color matched perfect and covered up grays wonderfully. I just need to reduce time between colors because my grays seem to be coming in way too fast!
esalon has an easy application process and individualized to the hues of color you prefer your hair to be. My color of choice was blended exceptionally! The quality of the color is excellent

I don't have enough space for all the positives; my color is PERFECT; the directions are CLEAR; I ordered my first kit too close to my last color application and communicating via email with my colorist, my 2nd kit was REFUNDED and now I'm on the correct schedule, no fault of eSalon. The formulation DID NOT BURN my scalp-color sessions at the salon used to be torturous because my scalp would burn and itch. NOW I'M FREE TO COLOR WHEN I WANT, WITH NO BURNING AND A FLUFFIER WALLET!!!! Happy, happy, happy. -Cheryl L.
I've used at home color many times but this is by far the best I've ever used. The color is perfect for me and it covers my gray as good as salon color...just costs less!
This is the best hair colour I have ever used and I have been colouring my hair for 26 years. The colour does not fade it continues to look good months after it was applied....I have not recoloured every 9 weeks. In fact if it was not for the "silver" roots growing in I would not need to buy it again.
Even my husband thinks it is great, pays me compliments that my hair looks so good !
Easy to follow instructions and the sticker that comes with the instructions makes it very easy to pin up the instruction leaflet to a mirror or shower cabinet so they are easy to view and follow whilst using the gloves for the application process. Very simple but brilliant idea.
This was such an awesome and easy product to use. The color was exactly what I was hoping for and stayed a lot longer than the L’Oréal product I was using before.
I can’t believe how easy this was- I did have a friend coaching me through it but still I can’t believe how well it covered all my bleached ends and how NATURAL it looks. 10/10 would recommend and use again.
I love the color and the results were perfect. I was hesitant at first but thought why not give it a try. Sure happy I did. I don’t let just anyone put color in my hair. I love my color so when the white started fading my red I just wanted to brighten it back up. Several stylist got it wrong I was a burnt orange color instead of my strawberry blonde. So I was nervous to say the least to try this. This color was perfect and easy to apply! I am will be a customer for life!
I don’t usually right reviews but I had too! I have just coloured my hair to a dark blonde copper and it is amazing!! Always been a salon gal but I am forever converted.
