I have always had my hair colored at a salon but my stylist became very ill and it became way past time to color my roots. When I saw the esalon add I decided to take a chance and color it myself. The color is a perfect match for me. My hair feels very soft, it has a beautiful shine and it's just perfect. I couldn't be happier. And a great bonus is doing it with your adult daughter and having a fun mother/daughter evening. I see many more of these in our future. Thanks esalon!

I have been coloring my hair for years but as the grays became more with age it was very difficult to keep my color. I happened to see eSalon so decided to try it and filled out the information form and also sent a picture. I received a e-mail saying my colorist was going to change the color just a bit, so I thought OK that is fine but was a bit concerned. For the 1st time today I tried it and couldn't wait to wash it after the coloring was completed. I am amazed how wonderful it looks. I would highly recommend this service!!
Colorist suggested gradual lightening of my salt & pepper hair to go completely gray. Have been doing this & love each of the colors. Looks so great & lasts so long on my short hair, I've decided that instead of going gray - I want to go back to my natural color!

Seriously you nailed it! My hair looks freaking next level after a mess of a job with a CVS box that promised no red tones and delivered FREAKING RED tones 100%! I waS SO SAD. You guys fixed it, I was nervous at first but WOW my color is everything I asked for & more. Shine, tone is great. I love you! Will be back!
I used this hair color just as they told me to. I added it to my roots first, then I wait 15 mins. after that, I added water to the almost empty bottle and poured it on my hair (in the shower) and massaged it in and waited 3-5 mins., then rinsed it out. This works great for me, and it is the right color that I wanted so I'll keep getting it by mail.
The colour is nice it’s more caramel than red. When I got home I washed and used the toner I was given, great product, it added a little more red but still isn’t red looks a little pink in the sun. The guy did a great job of evening out the tone because it was patchie at best when I went in now it blends nicely, I will be back to experiment until I get it right. Great colour leaves your hair in great condition. I just have to find a colour I love ❤️ and it will take me a few tries. I recommend this product. Nice colour just not in love with it for me .
I’ve been using this brand of hair color for over a year now and absolutely love it! The color works great and I LOVE the shampoo & conditioner. Worth the money!
After my first order, I needed an adjustment made in the color. It was done and my second order was perfect! The BEST thing for me is that the color stays on my gray roots much longer than store-bought color!! It also doesn't fade which is a big plus for red color! So many compliments!!

I was looking for a neutral, natural looking dark blonde to even out my faded, previously colored hair. This was perfect. Not too brassy, not too cool...just the perfect shade.

Finally a color I can apply myself and looks good! I had such bad experiences with haircolor from the supermarket. So I decided to color my hair only at the hairsalon. But only until I discovered eSalon. I thought it was worth a shot and I am so happy I did it! The color was easy to apply, the instructions were easy to understand and the result is gorgeous. Will definitely order again!
I wasn't sure how this would work out for me but I LOVE it. I started out with a color that was darker for fall and decided I wanted something lighter. I finally submitted a picture of myself so that my color could be better customized. I am so happy I did. The color blended right in. Not too dark and not too light. It was exactly what I wanted. So happy I decided to give it a try. I am VERY happy with my results.
I asked my colorist to adjust the color and I'm saying she came pretty darn close! Couldn't be happier.... I posted a pic of my hair and the pic posted before was the color I requested.
My customize hair color is wonderful. I love how my hair looks and feels after I applied my hair color. I would definitely recommend this products to friends and family.
The formula on the latest shipment was great! I think we need to keep this formula for at least 2 shipments and then reevaluate. After a few washes the auburn color in my hair is peeking out at the roots, but I think the new formula is helping. I feel like I will end up with great highlights. Also, no gray hair seen yet.😀

Great color and coverage. They took into account my small changes from my first to my second order, and I can't wait to get my third and keep coloring!
The color lasts a long time. My hair is healthier using eSalon. My hair had a lot of split ends and would break when I used other hair dyes. Shampoo and condition definitely lock in the color. Love the little accessories too - stain guard, stain remover. Will continue to use this product!
Way better than prepackaged drugstore hair color. The quality is as good as salon color and I don't have to carve out hours for a appointment...Not to mention that the color you sent me is perfect. I love it!
This is seriously the best hair dye there is. Beautiful color and the closest to my natural color I've ever found. Only gave it 4 stars because the smell is really strong.
What a great concept. i was blown away by the packaging and the easy to use instructions. Even though my initial roots appeared darker the overall hair color turned out beautifully. I love the color. I am not going to make any changes to the formulary yet. I will review again after some time has passed in order to gauge coverage of my grays.

I love the custom hair color. I was able to indicate my current shade of hair color, my desired shade, etc. and the stylist mixed the perfect color. It shipped quickly to my home and came with everything I need. I am very happy with the longevity of the color and the quality. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
I had gotten away from using eSalon for some time as I could "afford" getting my hair and highlights professionally. Life happened and I've returned to eSalon and couldn't be happier with my results! It's wonderful to have this option!
This was my first time using ESalon and I really love how my hair turned out and the process of coloring my hair was a lot easier and I believe more like going to the salon but in the comforts of my own home. My stylist did an awesome job with my color.
Just colored my hair for the first time myself. I am absolutely thrilled with the results and product! So glad I tried this. It was easy to follow and do. The color is beautiful! Although I had just planned on blending my roots, after I did just the roots there was plenty if product left so I decided to do the rest of my hair. Turned out great!❤ I received compliments from friends. My hair also feels so silky and has a nice shine!
I don't plan on ever going to a salon again! I am hoping for for longer lasting results as I would only see salon results for a max of 2 weeks after a visit.

I love my new color and am very impressed with your colorists ability to listen and make adjustments by both uploading and reviewing my color, and reading my instructions. there is no longer a need to spend 4 hours at the salon, I get the same level of service and results with ESalon, for a fraction of the effort and time!
Quality is very good. Dye is but runny, but it’s easier to cover every single hair, jest need to get experience with next ones. It was exactly the colour I wanted. Now I ordered lighter one, and see already it’s going to be THE ONE for me.
It doesn’t even smell so bad as some people said...in hairdressers you just can’t smell it cause it’s usually bigger place than your own bathroom ;) love it 💕

I had a custom color made, as I wanted the red tone out of my hair and to darken it. After a few emails with the beautician, she perfectly blended colors to give me better results than I expected! Plus it's super affordable for the quality!
I am so delighted with my new colour, & have received many compliments. Firstly it covers all the grey, which is now all of my hair; &secondly it is a truly natural shade with natural variations, highlights on top, & natural tones underneath & at the roots; thirdly the colour really does suit me perfectly, as it has the same darkish blonde but very warm overtones as my natural colouring, so it harmonizes beautifully with my skin tone & eyes.
